Boy #1: "As we said it's-"
Boy #2: "-quite simple. We would like to-"
Boy #3: "-buy you lunch in the city-"
Boy #1: "-and discuss business. Shall we-"
Boy #2: "-head out then? We have a place in mind-"
Boy #3: "-but if there is someplace you'd prefer-"
All three: "-we'll happily take you there instead."

The boys and their seeming army of servants escort you to one of the nicest eateries in town and tell you to order anything you'd like. They're buying, after all. It all looks very fancy and expensive, but hey, free is free, right? Over lunch, they, in their still weird circular talking pattern lay out the details of the 'trial performance'. It is set to be in a week at a private venue here in Saffron before a few 'family friends' of their parents. What it boils down to is you give them a musical performance that blows them away and they'll tell their friends, and so on down the line until you are a shoe-in for a high-profile performance in the Capitol itself. For this trial, they are willing to pay for all your expenses just to make the attempt. If you manage to suitably impress everyone, you will earn a commission on the order of 10,000 crowns. Just for the trial performance.

Tiki is quite blown away by the incredible fancy lunch, and the super incredible opportunity she's getting. She happily agrees to the chance to perform. She takes notes on where she'll need to be, and when she'll need to be there. "Wow wow wow! Thank you guys so much!" This was legitimately a great thing that happened in what felt like sooo long.

The servants give her all the details on the venue, the best types of music to perform if she really wants to blow them away, how to 'dress to impress' and so on. All Tiki needs to do is practice, practice, practice. Oh, and keep her receipts so they can reimburse her performance-related expenses.

Tiki graciously thanks them, and heads off. Wow. She had a really big opportunity land in her lap just now. But, there was still one thing, she had her fight coming up. That was a dark cloud that hung over her still. Well, Rei would be back sooner than Tiki would be needed, and depending on the outcome of the fight, it might work in Tiki's favor even more. What if she lost though?...Who knows for sure, but, she did have to get back to training.
