Sano works a little on Clay's Pokes, but is a little puzzled when he comes to Flower. He sprinkles a little bit of a dried up herb into her flame, and she perks up a little bit. He tells them all to take it easy for a little while, and starts to put away his stuff.
Healing rolls, Clay can assign them as he sees fit

Never mind, shoulda checked first. Put a Bandage on all of them, and healed 1 injury off of Flower with Expertise.
Sano's head pops up at the mention of a Ground type. "Oh, Rei, my team has been falling a little short when I'm fighting other Poison types, and I'm quickly developing a weakness to any Electric types, so I'd gladly trade you one of my friends for that little guy."5d6·5d6·5d6 |

Rei walks over, asks for Sano's hand and places the Sandile's ball in it.
"I'm not one to ask for one of your friends to join me in a trade, so if you promise to treat it nice I'll be alright. And if that isn't acceptable, you can 'owe' me."
(Sandile is Female, Relaxed Nature, Level 11, and has the Moxie ability)

Clay sighs quietly as Sano looks over his Pokémon, relaxing a little. He'd inexpertly bandaged Fan and Flower himself, but it's a relief to see them being attended to by someone who knows what he's doing. Flower's already looking better, in fact. "Thanks, Sano."
He glances around at the others thoughtfully. "I guess we oughta head off to the mountain and make sure the news got through okay?"

Rei sighs as the situation is resolved rather easily.
"I'm glad we could reach this understanding and work together. I hope this teaches us all to consider those we live near, for either side of this. There's always a way to not resort to violence, keep that in mind. Now if everyone will excuse me, I'm going back to rest more."
With that Rei 'tries' to make her way back to the room, barring any party shenanigans.

Sano bows in acceptance of the Pokeball. "Thank you very much. Of course I will value her as a friend." He thinks for a moment, counting his team in his head. "Although I remember reading something in the Guild about limiting yourself to only 6 Pokemon, and I think I've just acquired my 7th, so I'll have to drop off Neoxena when we get back."... "I do think it's in your best interest to get to bed. I would've protested more about you coming to the meeting, but seeing things through is good for the soul. I like the idea of you resting now, however, since we aren't doing anything particularly important at the moment." He turns away from the tired Rei to the others, with a huge smile on his face. "But for the rest of us, we have an exciting day of Soil Collecting! Boy, it'll be so much fun with you guys along! Here's my list; I've already collected two of them."
- Collect soil from around the roots on the North side of a tree that sits upon a hill, while the sunlight touches only the lower branches.
Collect soil of a sandy consistency from around a lone rock.
- Collect the dried mud slung by a Pokemon that looks like a crab. Make sure it is no more than 3 hours old upon collection.
- Next, you must collect soil from a hidden grotto near the base of Mt. Moon while the moon shines directly overhead.
Finally, take a sample of soil from the heart of the forest to the North of Cerulean.

Tiki is happy that they solved the mountain problem, but she wasn't excited about looking for dirt. She would much rather sleep in, and cuddle with Rei. After walking Rei back to her room, and begging to stay with her, she resigns to help look for...ugh...dirt. She decided to go look for mud slinging crabs.

Clay looks down at the list for a moment, before sheepishly admitting, "I should probably have said before, but I'm not so great at reading. I never did a very good job at it when Master Nob was teaching me."
He rubs the back of his neck, then sighs. "But yeah, I can help." Once the list is actually explained to him, he frowns slightly. "Why does it matter what time of day you pick up the dirt, anyway? Sounds like we need to wait and do both of those later. One of 'em at sunrise or sunset, one at high moon... I guess we can try and find the places, at least? Apart from that it's just the crab."
Picking up dirt doesn't sound very exciting, but it's that or trying to track down the poachers, and between his track record and what happened to Rei he's not so keen on doing that on his own. Better to help Sano do his job and have backup.

Rei glares at Tiki to help Sano finish the dirt quest and begins walking back to the inn. Shinpuru and Zumu walk next to her, the former putting on a brave face while the latter does his usual thing. Look around for snacks.
But unknown to Rei, pokemon in the city are just waiting for someone come along...

Sano gives Tiki one of the vials and warns her not to break it.
"Alright, so Tiki has the Krab one covered, so we should tackle the other ones. The Mt. Moon one needs to be at night, so let's see if we can find a tree meeting these conditions. There's a nearby forest which I had some luck with yesterday we could try."

"Sounds good to me! So we just need to find a hill in the woods, yeah?" Clay recalls his Pokémon, though after a moment's consideration he decides to keep Baloo on hand and swings the little bear up onto his shoulders. "Let's get going! You never know, maybe we'll find something cool on the way, too. Uh, maybe you should carry the vials, though. Just to be safe."
As they set out, Clay tries to keep a close eye on the lay of the land, looking for likely rises toward be-tree'd hills. Well, not exactly a close eye - his process is more intuitive, enough that he probably couldn't describe it if asked, just that he has a hunch where high ground might be.

Tiki, having done what she needed to do, heads back to the inn. She peaks into Rei's room, giggles, and with the stealthiness of a tauros, slips into the room, and under the covers for more cuddles.
