A- New Pallet
Set on the west side of Neo Island's bay, this small settlement is all that represents human habitation on Neo Island. It was the first landing site for the researchers who made first landfall here and has been their base of operations for several years. It features the only safe harbour site on the island as well as a full range of amenities to provide for both the researchers and the trainers. Recently the town's population has increased tenfold, though this is expected to drop as the new trainers branch out into the wilderness and begin exploring and staking their claims on newer pastures. Important Persons
Professor Sage- Chosen by the professors of all six regions, Sage is a young expert on ecosystems and studied for many years under Professor Oak. She is the lead scientist of the expedition. Lolly, Molly and Polly, The Service Triplets- Identical triplets who run the local trainer establishment. Nobody seems able to tell them apart and they never correct anyone on the names that they use. Between them they are experts in hospitality, healing and retail. Important LocationsNew Pallet Docks- The natural harbour combined with the calm cove has led to this becoming the harbour for Neo Island. At any time there is one larger ship for emergencies and several smaller ships for fishing and explorative purposes moored here. In addition, a large cargo ship arrives at least once a month to bring supplies as well as to take back any important discoveries. New Pallet Power Station- A state-of-the-art solar power station, this facility provides power for all of the town and the many modern technologies necessary for modern living. Broadcast Tower- The first thing that new arrivals see- a towering broadcast structure that allows for communications across the island as well as for he teleportation of surplus pokémon and other necessary actions for trainers. Poké-Services- The most recent of buildings on the island, this facility serves three functions: board and bedding for all the new trainer arrivals; a basic Pokémart; and a Pokémon Centre for the island. Run by a set of identical triplets, nobody is completely certain if each specialises in one area or if they are all simply experts in all three fields. New Pallet Research Lab- The centre of research operations on the island. Here scientists collate and analyse data as well as deciding on what new avenues of research to pursue. Notable Species
Magnemite, Klink, Rattata, Grimer, Koffing, Gulpin, Trubbish, Voltorb Available Missions
Business Establishment: There's not much to do here, tainers will need something to keep them interested and allow them to take a break from the rigours of training. Some sort of business should be established to provide those things. Danger Level: N/A Trainer Facilities: In addition to businesses, trainers will need other facilities. Places like Fighting Dojos, Contest-Halls, a Trainer School or even a Gym.Danger Level: N/A

B- Neo Island Bay Though much of the island is surrounded in shallower water, the bay features much deeper water on the west side allowing for the port in New Pallet to function. The east side features one of the many reefs around the island and this teems with species common to such reefs. It is one of the more well-explored locations.
Important Persons None so far
Important Locations Neo-Bay Reef: Teeming with life, the reef features a great biodiversity that has only been scratched by the research scientist teams so far.
Notable Species Bay: Shellder, Krabby, Magikarp, Corphish, Luvdisc, Finneon, Clauncher, Tentacool, Carvanha, Frillish Reef: Horsea, Staryu, Remoraid, Clamperl, Luvdisc, Shellos, Finneon, Alomomola, Chinchou, Qwilfish, Corsola, Mantyke, Carvanha, Binacle, Skrelp
Available Missions Clear the bay: At least once a week, the bay is packed with tentacool and frillish, so far these have not caused any issues, but it is only a matter of time before they interfere with the arriving boats. Find out why they congregate here and try and move them along. Danger Level: Low Reef Exploration: Only a cursory inspection of the reef has been made and already it has shown that it has massive diversity. A more through exploration is needed. Danger Level: Medium-High

C- Grasslands
Much of the southwestern portion of Neo Island is covered with gentle grasslands. Though they seem fairly sparse, they feature a variety of plants and trees which would provide habitats for a large number of personalities.
Important Persons
Professor Sage: A short journey from the laboratory, Professor Sage is often found here researching the species in the grasslands areas.
Important Locations
Notable Species
Starly, Pidove, Spearow, Taillow, Nidoran, Lillipup, Oddish, Rattata, Sentret, Patrat, Buneary, Deerling, Doduo, Ekans, Poochyena, Tauros, Bouffalant, Flabébé
Available Missions
Species Count: Professor Sage wants to understand the numbers of species found in the grasslands, both confirmation of those present as well as the likelihood of encountering them. Danger Level: Low
Bodyguard: Several herds of bouffalant and tauros roam the plains, Professor Sage would like to explore the lands past them but they are too aggressive for her to get past so that she can investigate the region. Danger Level: Medium

D-taiga forest
North of the plains and south of the mountain ranges, this large expanse of forest is composed mostly of coniferous trees and has a somewhat cool atmosphere.

Important Locations
None known yet
Notable Species
Caterpie, Weedle, Sewaddle, Venipede, Wurmple, Pidgey, Starly, Seedot, Deerling, Burmy, Venonat, Spinarak, Pineco, Hoothoot, Foongus, Stantler, Volbeat, Illumise, Spewpa, Phantump, Teddiursa
Available Missions
Finding the Path: To make travel easier, trainers would need to be able to travel through the forest to get to the mountain ranges. The professor needs someone to map out this route and begin to clear it ready for a more permanent road. Danger Level: Medium
Ranger Station: Forests present more dangers than open grasslands and an enterprising and civically minded trainer might be able to establish a station to patrol the forest and ensure that it is safe for trainers and the Pokémon who inhabit it. This will also involve patrolling the pathway that will eventually be created. A potentially very lonely experience!Danger Level: Medium-High
Bug Hunt: Taiga forests have a prominence of bug-types. Professor Sage wonders if these show any particular differences to those found elsewhere in the world, to do this would mean capturing a variety of different bug-types, and also helping them to develop through their many stages. Danger Level: Medium (due to time needed in the forest)

E- sea marshes These marshlands flank the river mouth to the west of New Pallet. They present a strange mixture of wetland and beach species, showing a diversity of species found in very few other places.
Important Persons
None so far
Important Locations
Riverbank: The banks of the river which leads here, full of freshwater species, though the varieties change as you make your way up towards the mountains and taiga forest.
Rivermouth: Expanding out onto the beach, these marshland is highly diverse and shows a mixture of freshwater and seawater species.
Notable Species
Riverbank:Lotad, Poliwag, Azurill, Goldeen, Barboach, Ducklett, Psyduck, Wooper
Rivermouth:Slowpoke, Wingull, Krabby, Crawdaunt, Shellos, Binacle, Lotad, Azurill, Tympole, Goldeen, Ducklett, Psyduck, Buizel, Magikarp, Feebas, Yanma
Available Missions
Bridge: Crossing the river is currently made difficult by the fact that there is no bridge. Find a natural fjord and use it to help you to build a bridge so that trainers can cross it. Beware of the species who might call this home though! Danger Level: Low
Species Search: At least one of Professor Sage's colleagues believes that they have seen something rarer in the marshlands. They said that they thought it might be a regional starter colony, though they didn't see enough of it to be certain. The professor wants somebody to go out there and check. Danger Level: Medium

F- mountain marshes
These marshes are formed due to the saturating influence of the two river systems coming from the mountains to the east of New Pallet. They are warmer than those to the west and support a very different set of species.

Notable Species
Oddish, Bellsprout, Poliwag, Tympole, Bidoof, Yanma, Shelmet, Escavalier, Ekans, Skorupi, Croagunk, Tangela, Shroomish, Ducklett, Wooper, Carnivine, Tropius
Available Missions
Mountain Staging Post: To cross the mountains, there realistically needs to be some sort of rest-stop. Travel to the marshes and locate a suitable crossing point for the mountains and then establish a safe rest-stop for excursions across the mountains and also into the marshes. Danger Level: Medium-High
Ranger Station: Due to the diversity of species, it is likely trainers will want to explore here. Of course, most will get themselves into danger! There needs to be someone to get them out of danger and also to warn them of any dangers which might be present. Danger Level: Medium-High
Marsh-Hunting: Due to the warmth and wetness of the environment, Professor Sage thinks that there may well be some very rare species living here, he wants someone to go and seek and confirm whether they do exist in this locale.Danger Level: High
