Who said anything about robot having hands either?
Jokes aside,I really like the idea of this setting but the breeding aspect seems a bit odd. Hopefully you can manage to snag some mature enough players to handle it responsibly. I assume the nanomachines are to blame for the other partner in the breeding pair being a viable host afterwards?

I'm not going to say it was damage, but it was damage.

Trainer's physical skills and how they effect a Pokemon's skills is something I still have in the works, but I want to say that all physical activity has some measure of technique to it, which for an individual versed in such things would -most certainly- carry over to a degree. As to a physically fit human generating genetically superior stock remotely, unlikely. Unless you wanted to take Pokemon Caretaker or Top Percentage and do some theming. Or even both. Not a passive thing I had intended on implementing.
Retraining within the narrative is something I will happily work with people on as the game progresses.
And... Headpikachu...?
We're all Dunsparce now. (= w =)
Yes Bowyer, the nanomachines being passed on through physical means was the only way I could think of that fit in with the world lore without equipping Pokemon with tagging darts or anything weird, abuseable, or otherwise cumbersome.

Question on Gen 3 of the project, was the psychosis suffered by the Pokemon or the scientists?

Most notably the scientists, but I'm going to go with both. Most of these individuals had to be taken to quarantine, and the samples put down.

A little later than I would've liked, but here is Chloe Tate, a scientist who is in it for science and only science... mostly. I don't yet have her backstory done, but the RP sample is. I just need to take that and actually convert it into a coherent personality, which I will probably do in the morning as it is now getting late at the time of writing

This is your three day, eight hour and fifty five minute warning. If you were looking to get in a character, I need the roleplay prompt answered on the thread as well by that time. As much inactivity as this apps thread has seen, I will not be accepting late applications. As it stands I was considering closing the thread early, but know of at least one individual who wanted to make the attempt.
Please make sure your sheets are accurate, all prerequisites are met, and you are happy with your roleplay submission. As I am only accepting three, even with a limited number of applicants I have to be picky. We are currently at four completed applications, and I am debating closing the game due to lack of interest at this time. If that should happen, those that have put in the effort will be earmarked for what I put up in it's stead.

It's now midnight on the 18th and the two weeks is at an end. I have reviewed both the roleplay thread and the characters submitted. Several individuals submitted Rp samples that I was sad I did not receive characters for.
Headpikachu did not submit the required role-playing sample within the allotted period, and was not considered in the final set.
Shadowblaze did not complete their character's fluff sections on their sheet, despite finishing their role-playing sample and the sheet crunch on a skim. They were not considered in the final set.
Rhewlif similarly didn't complete the entirety of their fluff sections despite the submitted roleplay prompt and completed crunch.
Bloodmankey did not complete their description section on their sheet, despite having everything else finished. I nitpick this particular thing a great deal when selecting players. This being a narrative game, having you breathe as much life into your character as possible would have been ideal.
This in mind, I have no choice but to select the three remaining applicants. Hopefully despite the shallow applicant base the game has a long and fruitful life.
Jim, Birdy, and Revan, welcome aboard.

DARN IT. I found this like 9pm last night, and was rushing to make an account here and finish a sheet by midnight tonight. All my school projects have been due 11:59 on a scheduled day, so I got to thinking "midnight the 18th" meant effectively 11:59 the 18th, so I thought I had a chance to whip something up. I always find campaigns I want to join on the day they end... TT_TT

Though quite late to the party, I really liked the theme of this campaign. I was practically done with my character when I realized I had read the due date wrong. =w= Not wanting that work to go to waste, I'm posting it anyway, along with the RP. So with out further ado, here is Claire Bluefield, the Ambitious Medical Assistant. Also got a little bit of a theme song.
