"Well that's a correct guess. Take a look it's pretty tiny but it looks like they're dumb enough to mark their work, When it's not destroyed" he said stepping back so Sarah could look into the microscope.

Sarah spied into the microscope and said, "Yeah we met a few of them, they're kinda.... yeah."
"Why would they do this? just to cause general disarray?" she asked.

"Well this is the hub for most of the travel and shipping in Gildarie. I could see them wanting to mess with it. It also may have been a test of the chips" he said.
When Sarah looked down the microscope she saw the two chips, one was black and charred, the other, had active circuits running along the top as she saw stamped on part of it. A purple "A"

(Success(You also beat the 2nd Check I was going to put), Please don't read this spoiler until Sarah reveals the info to the rest of the party) Straining her eyes Sarah was able to see the A was stamped over another letter, she could only see a few edges of it. Straining her eyes even more Sarah could see the letter was a Red B. |

Raven looks lost in thought for a moment, before asking nobody in particular: "Wait. Why would anyone send wild pokemon with these chip thingies instead of their own? Those couldn't be caught at all."

"Team Anarchy is strange unlike Teams like Sovereign or Rocket, they don't have a clear command structure. A lot of 'members' are actually applicants. They'll go to this website, sign up to do something crazy than they get sent the supplies.If they succeed they are members.Others are just criminals who use the shirts. But we haven't been able to figure out the command structure. Usually there's someone like Admins giving orders." he said. "And as for why they'd use these chips, instead of their own pokemon is that, it's easier to cut and run like this, and if a Pokemon's power is greater than they could catch or handle. They could just slap one of these on it and let it run wild." "Thanks for bringing these to me, it might help deal with similar incidents in the future. Here's something for your troubles" he said going over to the desk pulling out 700 pyen each and put something else on Sarah's pile a hunk of a strange metal looking like brass "Here's something a bit extra for you since you brought one in tact" he said looking to Sarah. Everybody get's 700 pyen each 1 Trainer Exp, and Sarah get's a strange hunk of metal "Oh I almost forgot, I was so interested in the new tech, I didn't introduce myself. I'm D.C. Smith." he said looking at them. |

Sarah stood by for a moment. She accepted her gifts happily, but hearing his name it took a second to process.
With a smile she asked, "any chance I can have you pass along a message to the other members of the elite four?"

D.C. smiled "I can tell them that, but before I do you do know they can't hand out badges right? Also the 4 of us are some of the strongest trainers in Gildarie." he said looking at Sarah making sure she didn't think they'd be the same as other gyms.

Though Julian doesn't really have a gym anymore his crazy sister and his grand niece took over the place and made it the Ghost Gym after Talwa woods got infested with them." he explained
"Hmmm they should all be at home right now. Bast is the only one moving around. Do you have a map or a P*DA?" he asked.

D.C. opened up her map, pointing to three cities on the east coat of Gildarie "Alphonse lives in Vrucada I think he runs a hotsprings or something he did something to raise money for the league. Julian lives in Filay, I think he's mostly retired but you could go and see if he's up for it, and finally Blanche lives over here in Kamakif, you'd need a good water type or flying pokemon to get there though the only route to Kamakif is a sea right" he said pointing it out.
"I know all 3 gyms are standing, but 2 are going unused and like I said the Grass Gym is now the Ghost Gym." he said.

Raven smiled wide and extended her hand to D. C. Keeping her tone friendly she said "I should introduce myself properly too: I'm Raven Carter, and it's nice to meet you. You and the others, especially Bast should prepare well, because I'm coming to challenge you." Raven finished her little speech with a playful wink.
