After that round the lights went off in the arena, a drum roll. Perception 7 The drum roll is hiding the sound of machinery whirling As suddenly the drum roll ended and with 4 cymbal sounds lit up for spot lights as now the pokemon were standing on podiums of various heights Casey on the highest with a 1 on it Whismur was on the 2nd highest with a 2 on it Poliwag on the 3rd heighest with a 3 on it Finally Bunneary was on a short podium near the floor with a 4 on it The crowd started cheering as the lights came up as Bunneary and Poliwag's trainer looked dissapointed, but Whismur's trainer looked very happy, Rose smiling waving to the crowd "And there you have it folks, the winner this time is Casey and Rose! however we encourage all the trainers who came here today to challenge again. Have a great afternoon folks!" the announcer said as the podiums started retracting into the floor. Rose petting Casey as Whismur's trainer hugged it tight, Poliwag and Bunneary's trainer just returning them and walking off stage as the stands started to empty. |

With a quiet nod to herself Sarah had a good idea of at least a piece of what Casey could do, and a good idea of what she needed. Grabbing her stuff, she rushed out the door, what she first needed was to do a bit of training with Zuzu, and a female fighting type pokemon. She headed for the pokemart to buy some pokeballs, looking over her notes. Running and archiving my stuff. |

A pokemart was pretty easy to find, one on main street near the gym. "Welcome" A person in a green smock was behind the desk "How can I help you?" they asked a sign behind them with a list of items Pokeballs
Greatballs
Potion
Super Potion
Revives
Status Healers

Sarah threw some cash down on the table and said, " I'll take 1 Pokeball, 1 Great ball, 1 Potions." So 150+200+120= 470 p yen |

"Hmm a fighting type? You could check the fake construction yard. It should be mark off on a map" the clerk said.

Sarah checked her map and nodded, "Thanks!"
With a spring in her step she picked up zuzu and started moving to make her way to the fake construction yard.

The construction yard was easy enough to find the map showing her where it was, she was able to reach the yard by bus.
The yard it self was surrounded by a wall mad from various building supplies, most of it dented or bent, the area a little loud construction projects going on all around it. Inside there was one side dominated by Timburr's and Gurrdurs a pile of posts and gurders in one corner. On the other side were a variety of Machops, Mienchoos, Sahks and Throhs with the ocassional Tyrouge a few mankeys perched on a pile of dirt a Primeape sitting on top of it.
Most of them were beating up on make shift training equipment. in the center was 8 gurdurs lined up in an octagon shape, ocassionally 2 fighting pokemon would challenged each other and head into the ring

Sarah looked about and pointed over to the Machops, Sahks, Throguhs, Tyrouges, and other pokemon, and said to zuzu, "Do you know which of those Mienchoos are female?"
She pulled her pokeball out, and nodded to herself, waiting for Zuzu's response.

Zuzu looked around a bit thoughtfully before pointing out a Mienfoo that was being followed a bit by a couple others. Though it would occasionally turn an send out an attack at the two. Sarah watching the creature saw it seemed to move a bit more effeminately than the two following her.

Sarah looked at it and Said to Zuzu, "Alright, So how about we show the Meinfoo how strong we are?"
She brought him over to the Meinfoo and said to her with a smile on her face, "Hi there, I'd like to challenge you to join my team miss."

The Mienfoo looked up at the human a bit confused pointing toward the octagon when she heard the word challenge.
(Roll Charm, Intimidate or Guile to attempt to convince her without a fight)

Sarah smiled, "Yes challenge."
Pointing over at the octagon, "If Zuzu and I win, you join us. If you win, I'll go buy you some food how does that sound?"

Mienfoo thought about it for a second, looking Zuzu up and down before nodding in agreement, seeming sure of her victory.

With that Sarah Smirked, " Alright then... Zuzu, Let's do this." She and Zuzu moved toward the ring, prepared to take her on. The two of them stood at the oppisite edge of the octogon from the Meinfoo standing as , " Alright girl, This is a fight between you and Zuzu. The fight ends when one of us Either one of you is knocked out, or one of us admits defeat, agreed? " Standing as far away from the Meinfoo as possible |

Sarah nodded, " Let's do this Zuzu." She and Zuzu stood at the other end of the octogon ready to fight, " Focus, we're going to hit her with ranged attacks to begin, I want your aim spot on." So I'm Deliberately Setting Zuzu and Sarah up at the edge of the Octogon, 10 meters away from where ever The Mienfoo is. speed 4 |

Mienfoo ran forward as far as she could not able to reach them with any attacks yet.

Sarah smiled, it was going according to plan, she pointed, " Alright! now Mudbomb the Meinfoo!" With a ball of mud shooting from his mouth, straight at the meinfoo. With that attack launched the two of them ran back, leaving the octagon, " We didn't say Leaving the ring was against the rules!" Sarah uses focused orders and Zuzu uses Mudbomb, moving five meters out of the octagon increasing the distance back to 10, Mudbomb AC3 AR20 (forgot the +1 from focused orders)on a 16+ loses 1 accuracy , Damage 26 Special ground typed. |
