Stepping outside with zuzu, she bent over and attached the gym badge to him.
"For the contest zuzu." She said.
She looked at her phone checking the time, she wanted to know how much time she had before the contest.
At the same time she was looking at the map to the fastest route to the port, seeing if she could fish a bit in the intervening time.

Zuzu smiled looking at it's new decoration as it seemed to work, making the mudskipper look cuter. Sarah still had about 45 minutes before the gym would turn over the Harbor, easy to find just by heading south, most of spots empty only a couple boats in port besides the one she arrived in.

Going out towards the pier and finding a spot Sarah sent her line out, and looked around seeing if she could purchase a ice chest.
"Hmm.... if things go well I can get us a couple props for the contest." She said, casting her line.

She could see a bait shop down the pier, She sat waiting for about 10 minutes when her line suddenly grew taut, something pulling on it below the surface.
(Roll Athletics you need to be a 4 to bring the fish up)

A small fish popped out of the water floundering around a bit. You gain a Small Fish, It can be used as 50 pyen of Food Scrap but must be used up all at once. (If left at room temperature for 2 hours it will become Rotten and anything made with it will inflict Poison) |

Checking the amount of time left, seeing that she was basically out of time, she started rushing back towards the gym, fish still on the end of the pole. Stripping down to her swimsuit underneath.
Underneath her clothing she was wearing a one piece navy blue swimsuit.

Zuzu ran after her as fast as his stubby legs could take him, from a distance Sarah could see the queue starting to grow again, showing the contest period was starting.

Running up to Tim Sarah flashed her ID at the ticket taker, "Hey Tim, I'm here to do the contest"
She was a bit winded, "Do I have enough time to step into a shower with zuzu for like 3 minutes?"

"Uhh sure, The tough and cool contests are first so you'll have time to prepare." Tim said seeing her in her new outfit "Did you guys go swimming or something?" he asked pressing a few items on his keyboard "Just head in like you're going to the stadium and there should be a four way interesection a bit before you reach it, take a right there and it will take you to the preparation area for the contests." he said

She nodded, "Something like that."
With that she nodded, and started her way inside, "Thanks tim!"
With that she went to go find the showers.

Following Tim's instructions Sarah was able to find the preparation room, it was a large lobby like area with different places to sit, a variety of coordinator looking over their pokemon getting them ready for the contest, off the preparation room were changing rooms and showers for the trainers.

Standing in the shower with Zuzu in her swim suit. She smiled at him, "Alright zuzu, so here's the plan. just hold onto the fish until I fall on my butt okay?"
She smiled at him and offered him the fish on the end of the pole.
She stood in there in the water of the shower till it was time to go.

Zuzu nodded grabbing the fish in it's mouth letting out a mouthled 'Kip-kip'
Soon Sarah heard an announcement over the intercom "Cute contest will beginning in 5 minutes contestants please make your to the stage"

Going up to her way to the stage, Sarah walked up to the raising platforms and said to zuzu who was holding the fish, "Alright. Now just stand slightly off of the platform, it'll raise me up, and I'll pull you up afterwards.

Zuzu nodded standing off the stage as on the stage were Rose with Casey a boy with a Barboach and a Girl with a Skitty as Rose smiled waving to Sarah when she walked up, not seeming to find her costume.
"Lady's and Gentlemen welcome to tonight's Cute Contest, now let's take a look at our competitors" he said the platform rising a bit to give the judges and fans a better view of the competitors who tried to pose as cutely as they could with their pokemon.

As her platform rose up from the position Sarah started reeling in her line bringing Zuzu up from below.
She pretended like she was having a hard time as she pulled up Zuzu from below, letting the pokemon come up to her level.
She put on a faked surprised face as she saw Zuzu on the end of the line, and fell backwards dropping the pole, and letting zuzu and the fish land on her stomach with a slight, "Kya"

Zuzu let go of the fish with a 'Mudkip-kip' the crowd laughing finding the antics of the two of them cute.
The Judges seemed torn between Skitty and Mudkip, flipping a coin which landed in favor of Skitty who was given the C letter and Mudkip the D letter
A went to Casey and B went to Barboach.
"Now It's time to beging the contest phase"
Casey went first in Center growled cutely riling up the crowd followed by Barboach who used kicked up a bit of mud with Mud-slap starting off slow, than Skitty who used sang a shot song to get the crowd on her side.

With a nod Sarah looked at the mudkip who was on her stomach, and whispered to it, " Growl" She she brushed him and the fish off of her stomach, Zuzu started growling at her, and she growled back acting like a cat. Using Growl |
