Tully winces - Cassie had been hit hard by that attack (from the guy who can shoot poison, another thing Tim hadn't told them, thanks) and escape doesn't look like an option. That means that the only way out of this situation was through these goons. He swallows, not even trying to hide his fear, and prepares to do what he needs to. "Back up, Cassie, we need to-" He cuts himself off as, just as Cassie gives a peck and backs off slightly, he rushes forward, catching Roderick off-guard once again and getting between them. Cassie: Standard action: Peck AC2: HKKq4aLm1d20 Damage: 2d6+20
Shift action: Disengage
Tully: Shift action: Move into Melee with Roderick, between him and Cassie Standard Action: Feint Attack Crit check (Cannot miss): 1d20 Damage: 2d6+18
EDIT: Holy crap, double critical.
Extra damage from Cassie: 2d6+8 Extra Damage from Tully: 2d6+8 1d20·2d6+20·1d20·2d6+18·2d6+8·2d6+8

M.I.A is getting annoyed with the lady throwing pokeballs at her. She begins a charge as soon as Marietta releases her throw, thinking that she can just move slightly out of the way to save time. She sidesteps the ball a bit before it reaches her, but the pokeball was thrown with a bit of a curve and hits the Croagunk in the side. M.I.A is shocked by the precise aim that Marietta has. She falls on her side, but manages to roll back up. Croagunk is more angry at Jace's Eevee for trying to pump themselves up for a next round. M.I.A declares Revenge on Ace: Standby Phase Marietta searches for Tim, but he is nowhere to be found on the first floor of the bank. Rodrick keeps his hands busy with Tully and Cassie. He is surprised that Tully has not retreated the bird back into the pokeball. He witnesses Cassie flying at him beak first, breaking his guard. Before Rodrick has a chance to counter, Tully switches places with her and attacks harder than last time, injuring him even further. Rodrick drops on all fours, barely keeping his conscious in check. He is starting to regret fighting a 6v2 than just talking it out. "H-h-Hey guys, it's not to late to end this... I didn't even want to fight ya'll, I only needed that one guy." Damnit! It hasn't been long enough to see the effects. This is a meaningless battle anyways, we're not gonna make it this time.... Rodrick uses his action to send out Slow Dancer! Sorry for sending you out at a time like this, but I'm desperate. If it gets too strenuous for you, just run OK? Slow Dancer fires herself up and uses Fire Spin on Tully: AC4:8O1DrZcr1d20 Fire Spin Damage: 2d6+13 1d20·2d6+13

Where is Tim? She is expecting Tim to be cowering somewhere, but for him to disappear in a turmoil... Did he dupe us after saving him, not even an alert?
After giving Jane a candy bar (heals 10 hp) to ease the Faint Attack from Croagunk, and starts looking left and right in confusion. Even Tully, the one who looks the least confident, is helping the battle, so why not their boss. She tries to hang onto her trust on Tim, and adjusts her headphone and speaks to her microphone. "J, did you see Tim passing by the entrance?" After all, what is the point of continue the fight? The whole heist is a failure, might as well run away and make some pocket money if Tim does the same.

Before giving his commands to Ace Jace takes inventory of the battlefield. Ace and M.I.A. look like they have taken off the kid's gloves and are about to throw down. Marietta has gone full on turret mode with the Pokeballs. Roderick and Tully are getting ready to throw down in a nice and bloody knife fight, and... Tim is no where to be seen, he has bailed. Jace holds out his hands to his sides, arms outstretched like a traffic cop. "Everybody hold up! Does anyone even know why we are fighting? I love a good Pokemon battle as much as the next guy, but can't we at least sort out our differences first."Ace takes pause, and Jace just sort of hopes that everyone is just as sensible. Jace makes a Command check in an attempt to halt the fighting.

Ace already obeys him, because he's a cool dude, so Ace continues to delay his turn. 4d6

Tully pauses and lowers his weapon slightly, his terror briefly overcome by Jace's call. Maybe there's more to this guy than I thought.
His terror then reasserts itself and he holds the knife up again, looking to get it between himself and anyone who tried anything. "Well, way I saw it, this guy came a-knockin' and a-threatenin', you guys came and tackled him and set things off and Tim..." he looks around, finally noticing that Tim is nowhere to be seen, "...is long gone. Cos course he is." He sighs and looks to Roderick, ready for whatever happens next.

Roderick and his pokemon feel the severe weight in Jace's words. M.I.A. hesitated for a bit, since Ace was withholding his attack, her efforts for revenge were useless. She lowers her guards and looks to her trainer. Roderick kept his eyes steady on Tully and senses his fear and anticipation to counter. Roderick barely manages to stand upright and just when he is about to topple over, Slow Dancer comes to his aid. He lets out a grin and says, Hmfp, this is our loss I guess... I'm going to be so sore in morning oww. He lays on his horse and turns towards Jace. You... your peace will be all for nothing if you and your friends do not exit this building. I have to administer the antidote for the poison you all breathed in before it gets too bad. Roderick tries to laugh but he would risk more strain on his body. M.I.A. opens her mouth and slides her hand under her tongue, taking out vials of liquid from her mouth. She then walks out the bank and looks at the group. Slow Dancer break the door down and follows. Roderick glances back at the group once more. Once we're all patched up, I'll let you guys in on what's about to happen in this Land. Prologue: EndEveryone gets 112exp for battling. And add 1 trainer level to your character for battling one of the royal operatives and attempted heist.
