Ovelia blushes at the compliment, "Y-you like this old thing?" She asked surprised. "You wouldn't prefer something more effeminate?" She asked surprised. She had ways felt her attire was overly masculine, but it was efficient so she wore it.

Mael nodded in understanding. "In that case I will go and join her. I assume that door leads to the back room? Or does it lead to the store?" Mael asked.

Igor responded, "to the store."
Johnathan nodded walking a bit, "I'll pick a place then, and yeah it'd be nice, but it wouldn't be you would it?"

Ovelia paused for a moment before following. She couldn't tell if his remark was a compliment or not. She knew he probably meant it as one, but how was dressing effeminate not her? Was he saying she couldn't be effeminate?! Plus he had said it would be nice. Now she had to prove it!
"W-well if you have a place in mind I need to go buy s-some stuff real quick, but I can meet you there." Ovelia said flustered. Fine. He thinks that would be nice but thinks it isn't me? I'll dress super effeminate and nice and it'll be so me also! She thought determined.

"Oh I see, thank you," Mael said. "Well then, have a good day Igor." He walked through the door into the store.
Upon seeing Alex he said, "All done? I think it might be time to meet up with the others soon."

He nodded, "Sure? Last time I was in town there was this interesting restaurant that had the best Shepards Pie's I've ever had."
He rattled off a couple of directions of how to get there from the current location.
"How about we meet there in an hour?" he asked.

"Perfect! I'll see you soon!" She said quickly running off after getting the directions.
Once she was aware from him she groaned. "Ugh...ok...now I need to figure out what is girly..." She mumbled to herself as she started looking for some kind of women's girly clothing shop that she normally wouldn't want to be caught dead in. "Ok...this should be easy. Just think of books or something. Pretty Princess clothes or something...ummm or maybe ask or I don't know..." She grumbled.

Within a couple minutes of looking, Ovelia found herself searching the bazzar before coming upon a dress shop, a tailor made dress shop that had some of the most amazing dresses in the windows.
The sign read a single letter, "Q".

Ovelia lets out a sigh of relief. Not only a dress place, but a tailor! Surely they could help her pick out something good. She walked up to the door and looked at the entrance. I can't believe I'm doing this...these places sell stupid impractical outfits to people that just want to be a silly wall flower...ugh...maybe I should just wear my normal clothes... She thought as she hesitated. However, she finally stepped forward and opened the door. She was too stubborn to simply just give up. She could be effeminate! There was a time and place for everything. Nothing said she couldn't wear impractical, weird, girly, silly clothes just to eat but still wear effective useful clothes other times.
As she stepped in she looked around for a tailor or some female employee who would know more about dresses than her...which really wasn't all that hard. As she looked, she tried to view it as a 'mission'. Maybe in the future they would need to infiltrate a ball or something...

Mael came out of the backroom just as Alex finalized her purchase with the teller. As she put away the weapon into her bag she noticed Mael, and was happy to know that she had thought right, and that he was in the back room, and not in any danger. "Yeah, I'm ready to go." she said. "I need to get back to the guild and go to the medic. As much as the bandages help I think I need some proper medical attention."

The shop was relatively small. On the outside it seemed much bigger, but on the inside it was crammed with all sorts of different dresses on different mannequins lining the walls.
In the shop its self there were only two people, two young women.
The first was a young woman, she looked a bit tired and her hair was up in a bun. It had several needles sticking out of it, she wore an apron, with a handstiched embroidery of a very stylized 'Q' over her chest. She wore a fancy dress under that. Her face wasn't anything impressive.
On the other hand the woman she was talking to was Beautiful. She was tall, Even slightly taller than Ovelia. She had long blond hair flowing down her back. Under it, was a large red Pirate coat, and atop her head was a large pirate hat. Her shoes were pirate boots.
She dumped a bag of Coins on the table, and said, "Alright, There's the payment, and for rush delivery. I really like your dresses here, so I'm really happy we could come up with a deal."
The tailor took the coins and sighed, "Two days doesn't leave me with a lot of time. But I'll get it done."

As Ovelia walked in she couldn't help but feel really out of place. She didn't understand half the styles or weird types. They all looked overly showy like they just wanted to make the wearer look good. She touched a few out of curiosity. They felt much different from the leather's and cloth she normally wore.
When she walked up, she looked at the lady and was surprised, though she remained quiet and waited. The lady was ridiculously good looking and Ovelia couldn't help but slightly fidget feeling inadequate. She shifted slightly to try and casually cross her arms over her chest while she waited. Other than the beauty though, it was the appearance that surprised her. A pirate? Here. Ugh...what is it with pirates in this town... first Niyol now this lady? She thought as she saw the bag get dumped. Geez...this is the type of woman that pervert hung out with and he still feels the need to peep on me? Or maybe that's what he was expecting? Well...hopefully he was disappointed and won't do it again. She thought.
Despite not wanting to be in the store any longer than she had to, Ovelia was too polite to interrupt, so she waited until the two were done.

With that the beautiful pirate woman turned around, and the tailor moved off to the back of the store to start working on things.
She noticed Ovelia standing there, "Oh sorry. She's going to be busy for quite some time. She's making my wedding dress."
She smiled, "Do you need help? I've got some time to kill."

Mael suppressed a sigh. As much as he hated to admit it, he'd been looking forward to a meal together with everyone, well except for Ovelia, unless she had made her way here too.
"Well if you're going back to the guild, have fun, I think I'll stay in the Bazaar a little longer. I need to get rid of a Dusk Stone and I might have been a little hasty with some of my purchases. If you come back, I'll most likely either be at the trading post or in the food court." I think I didn't really need that Thief Move Scroll after all... Steel Wing will be kept for later however.
"By the way, what did you get? Anything interesting?"

"Congratulations on your wedding," Ovelia said with a polite nod, making sure to keep her arms covering her inferior chest. Sure the woman was a pirate, and she didn't really care for pirates, but it would be rude to not at least congratulate the beautiful woman. "Umm...well I don't know. I'm a knight and much more used to these light armors," She said motioning at her attire, "So I don't really know dresses or what looks good or what I should wear so I was going to ask the tailor for some advice." Ovelia replied before pausing. After a moment she realized that she hadn't introduced herself due to being distracted by the woman's appearance "Oh, right, I should introduce myself, I'm Ovelia." She said as she tried to spot any area that she was 'hotter' in compared to the attractive blonde.

The woman smiled, "Let's see. Your out on the town tonight, and you seem a bit distressed, a bit uncomfortable."
"Date? Forgot to get a nice dress? No.... You weren't expecting the date. Am I right?" She asked.

"I..." Ovelia blinked and fidgeted. Was she THAT easy to read? "Well...I guess. I mean...I don't own any dresses, so even if it was expected I would still need to look...the distress is more because all these weird designs make no sense to me." Ovelia said looking around both to emphasize and break eye-contact. "But he mentioned effeminate wasn't me and I wanted to prove I could be effeminate too." She didn't like having to tell the story, but the lady seemed good at noticing things so maybe she would be able to help if she knew all the details. "So...I wanted something that looks good and is effeminate and I would look good in and that...I guess goes with me so he can't say it isn't me?" Ovelia said uncertainly. "It was stupid...I probably shouldn't have come here." She mumbled.

The woman smiled, "Don't worry about it. I can tell you really like him, and that'll show."
She looked at her for a moment, "you're prettier than you give your self credit for, not exactly effeminate sorry to say. Although that's fine."
She walked around the aisles before stopping at one and pulling the dress off of it.
"I know where your at. I know that feel Ovelia. I'll help you pick out a dress." she said, walking around a bit more.
"The guy I'm marring in a couple days was like that to. I know it's a bit silly, but I knew him when I was younger you know? When I was small, he used to come over to my place and we'd play together. He was a great nice guy, He was handsome to. He was my prince charming. I really love him." She grabbed another dress.
"I used to tell him that I was going to marry him, but he was going through some stuff at the time, and I was like his little sister, so he really never took me seriously. It was depressing, you know? I couldn't help him, and he didn't take me seriously enough to let me. Then we lost touch. Life separated us you know?" she said, grabbing another dress.
"Even now he doesn't. His dad is dead now, so I doubt he ever told him it. But his dad and mine made a deal for us to get married in one of their late night drinking parties. So I came to town looking for him, and found him. My family basically is forcing him to marry me." she said pulling yet another dress off her smile starting to wane at this point.
"I can tell, even now he's in love with someone else." she said, "Though it's fine, I'll just have to drill it into him. That I'm the one for him, one step at a time after wedding."
She smiled, "But from the sounds of it, you're in a better position than I am. You can change how he views your right now, make him see you as a woman."
She handed her the stack of dresses, "So go try these on."

As the woman talked and grabbed various dresses, Ovelia followed behind and listened. She understood the whole Prince Charming thing though she really didn't want to admit she had something in common with a pirate. The story was like one out of one of her books. A handsome childhood friend, a separated life, an arranged marriage! She followed listening to every detail, almost forgetting the pirate thing at first.
She felt slightly dejected at the not-effeminate comment. Was her trying pointless? Was she just 'one of the guys' and not at all able to pull it off?
"I don't think its silly...I was friends with this guy I like. We grew up training and practicing magic and swords together. I was too worried to ever actually ask him. I mean, I still am. Like...we're just going out to eat which makes this dress thing even sillier. How weird is it going to be if I dress up and act effeminate for a simple dinner between friends?" She asked starting to doubt her decision to come even more.
When she was handed the stack of dresses, she looked down at them. "Ummm...before I try them and get opinions I just wanted to say that maybe...like, I mean, its a romantic story and I'm cheering for you, but maybe you should try to drill it into him before the wedding?" She asked, "Like...maybe delay it? I'll be honest, most my dating and marriage and love life knowledge is just from reading romance novels, but he might resent the forced thing." She pointed out. "I think delaying it and then trying to drill it in so he accepts the marriage might work better." She stated.
"Uhh...I'll go change though." She quickly added, not wanting to seem like she was telling someone what to do with their love life. Pirates probably did things weird and different anyways. "Ummm...where do I change?"
