That brings up a question I forgot to ask; are TMs allowed to be bought during character creation? Actually, for that matter, how are TMs fluffed in this setting?

This seems neat. I liked the idea when you mentioned it to me. Might have to throw in a Sparkmaster/Tumbler I've been holding onto for a while. =P

Bowyer: Yeah their acceptable starters
Hazrond: yeah Honedge is fine
Lylarden: Magic scrolls, and yes. not in that order. Basically teaching you to manipulate your magic in a new way.

Okay, working on a Rider/Fire Ace/Fire Bringer (I realize you've already got two fire applications, but it's the only type with decent synergy with Rider and a decent supply of mountable Pokemon), couple of questions:
First, how much would it cost to give a weapon (a spear in this case) the Reach quality?
Secondly, when's the deadline for applications (I apologize if you do give it somewhere, but I couldn't find it)?

If you want to add the reach quality, I'll probably say that it'll cost an extra 4000 pokeyen.
No there isn't one oas of yet, and I haven't decided on one. Wanted to see the amount of interest generated in 24 hours before deciding.

I don't think anyone has made a fire bringer, unless there are applications that aren't on this page. Two people have made poison types though.

Will Mega-evolution be part of this game, and if so, how will it work?

Mega evolution will be a part of this game, and it'll work the same Mechanichly. Fluffily, it'll just be the user spiking their magic power.

Since I was interested in the game and made Firebringer and everything for it. I'm now going to put up what I will be making before hand.
Going with a Fly Elementalist Investigative Knight person.
that is if I can be in more than one game of Flamefist?

Hmmm...I think I might try for a Bug as well. I think there'd be enough room to be unique since I don't plan to take Swarmlord at all, just a Bug Ace. Currently mulling between Chronicler and Mentor for second class and then going from there. Hopefully that doesn't step on kmckinni's toes

It's in the first post, Level 20. The other five mon, you won't be actually having, and won't really be stating either. You'll receive those at a level, and time I deem naritively appropriate.

It does not. I was wondering whether or not to go into bug ace but then decided against it. If I ever do it will be at late levels.

Forgot to ask. How will Pokemon training be handled, as in training X pokemon a day. Will it just occur naturally, not at all, or we summon them?

It'll be handled as just actually training. Since pokemon are just arcane constructs, they get better as you get better at using them. That's just natrual.

Was going to wait to post until I had character done, but picking last feat. Weird question. How wide spread is metal content? Like in buildings? Was going Spark Master and it can run on surfaces with metal content such as metal walls or concrete with metal I-beams. However, considering an older setting are most the buildings stone? Also, might as well ask now rather than later. How do you view magnetic? Magnetic: Magnetic Pokémon can lightly manipulate magnetic fields. With this, they can repel or attract iron and/or steel, holding it to their body or pushing it away. Through this magnetic manipulation, they can also feel magnetic fields and discern magnetic north. Had different GM's view it different ways. Some say "metal limited TK"(due to "lightly" manipulate fields) others say its strictly a push or pull motion (due to "repel or attract"). What's the range, yada yada? Edit: Damn guess my timing was bad since right as I posted it changed from saying member online to not XD I'll probably go with Magnetize anyways Edit2: Going to put a few questions here in a spoiler just so doesn't take up too much room if I end up adding questions while finalizing sheet. Throwing Mastery lists that it increases throwing range of weapons by 2. But ranged weapons have own range and don't use throwing range. Wanted to know your ruling on if it would increase a throwing dagger from 1-4m to 1-6m or if it doesn't apply to weapons?
I am going to assume buying any alchemy items isn't an option at start (IE: stampede boots)? If not what price?
We will get when narrative appropriate as you said, but for our "wishlist" is there limits? IE: No legends/pseudolegends/etc?
Edit3: Some answers might change it, but for now here is the sheet. I have a couple "to be determined" things (I think just the level 2 edge and last pokemon) docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1QKEEp7gSF5tzrxBN3EpI1d4qd-9JEeNjsdeE2v4mh4E/edit?usp=sharing
