Ranger #3: "Maybe it's an as-yet-unheard-of Evolution? Hell, Champion Lilith had that 'impossible' Mega Milotic, so maybe this is also an 'impossible' evolution?"
Ranger #1: "Could be. If you can get a picture of it, or find its lair, that'd be great. I'd love to study it in the wild."

While doing some laps and swinking/swooding, there is suddenly a splash, followed by another splash. Looking around, you spot Nathan's little sister, Missy, and her Shinx playing in the pool now. She smiles and waves at you when she notices you're here too.
Rock Tunnel Group
Ranger #2 gives the group her personal number in case they happen across the giant Sableye again.

"Hey Missy. Just don't let your Shine zap me while in the pool. We don't need fried Lia today. I doubt I taste good."

Lia heads out and changes before really anyone can stop her. It's still a bit light outside, and she's really really going to need training before taking any future gyms on. Maybe. Maaaabye it's a bad idea. But she decides to head the scenic route, most likely what the others took. Rock Tunnel.
She heads out with Scier at her side, and finally stopping in the center right outside Rock Tunnel. At this point it's too late to go in, so she'll hope to get started in the morning.

Despite doing fairly well against the Cranidos trio, the Lileep hiding in the back prove far more resilient than their headbutting allies. They end up somehow defeating 90% of the group members' total Pokemon teams and injuring all the humans at least once before being defeated. Seems like perhaps a good time to retreat for a bit and ask those nice Rangers for some help.
