Lia heads into the bathroom to get the outfit on, taking her new winter cloak with her. She calls out from in there to Kaeda.
"So what are you doing to 'look the part'?"

Kaeda goes through some of the clothes she got. She decides, and starts getting changed as well. "Eh. I picked out a little something. Not to different from what I usually where." She loosely puts on a school blazer, much shorter skirt than she would like, a fashionable muffler, and after kissing her lovely, silky straight hair goody, begins to tease it up to add more volume to it. She looks herself over in a mirror with a bit of blush, and goes over to knock on the door. "Oi. You about ready? I-I am..."Reference: |

Lia comes out, she looks in the mirror, and like Kaeda, blushes at what she's done with herself, and noticing Kaeda's similar revealing outfit, tries to avoid staring. She wraps up the cloak, hoping that the surprise factor will be upped by hiding it until she gets there.
"We look like we are about to go into a slutty halloween party, which I think is the gym's wheelhouse. So I think we are ready. I hope this gives us at least some of an edge. I mean I like the new hairstyle, and if it survives the Cerulean pools I might keep it. But otherwise we are doing a very silly thing for no reason. Let's go."
Lia turns and catches another look of Kaeda and looks away, trying to shake it from her mind. She turns to go back to the gym.

Kaeda quickly catches a good look of Lia in her outfit, and looks away herself. "Hehe...Y-Yeah...Lets get this done..." She fixes her hair, and sees Lia catch a peek?....Maybe not....Kaeda shakes thoughts out of her head, and follows Lia to the gym.

"Might be a good idea to keep Orpheus out, and I'll keep Scier out. They can mentally keep a look out."
Lia does up the hood of her cloak and heads inside, making sure to keep her look hidden for now. Scier bobs alongside, really unsure of what all the fuss is about. Once inside she addresses the darkness.
"Alright no shenanigans this time. We are aware of what you do."

Kaeda did not expect it to be so dark. She has Orpheus stay close to her side. "Nothing says welcome like complete darkness...You sure they're here?"

Lia just shakes her head.
"Yeah there they are. Just like last time."
Lia is about to very clearly state that they are not together, but decides against it. It was clearly a dig just to get under her skin some more, and she's NOT going to fall for that this time. She's got her own games to play.
"I'd reconsider the poor taste comment if you knew about the nice surprise I have for you two."

She stares at Lia a bit, and does remember that they gotta put on an act here. "Hehe. I got ya, baby." Kaeda focuses, struts up behind Lia, runs her hands down her cloak, grabs the ends of it, and pulls it to reveal Lia's new look.

Voice #1: "Oh wow. She really is trying to fit in now. How quaint."
Voice #2: "You can tell whoever did her up is an amateur. That, or she's just impossible to pretty up."
Voice #1: "I dunno. That look might work with 'roughneck shic', but not with that outfit."
Voice #2: "Yeah, definitely. If you're going for the 'rough/messy' look, you're doing it wrong. If you were going for 'I'm a slightly prettier than average girl', you're still doing it wrong. You barely even have the assets to show off in that outfit."
Voice #1: "Mm. I totally agree."

Lia acts like she doesn't even notice at first, but then bursts out laughing.
"Oh come on, did you girls age DOWN since I left? You know nobody finds 'High-school diva' attractive, right?"
She merely shakes her head.
"It almost seems like you are trying too hard. As if the outfit I was given wasn't supposed to be worn in case of THIS happening. But it's ok. Once I've destroyed all of you at once, you'll see. Get. Out. Here."
The last bit is laced with as much venom as Lia can come up with.

Kaeda giggles, drapes her arms around Lia, and presses up against her. "Everyone's a critic. Maybe it's best they stay in the dark. I would hate to see whatever they are." She shudders.

The two voices merely laugh at Lia's attempt to intimidate them.
Voice #1: "Lia, please. You aren't nearly as scary as you think you are. You haven't seen the Boss when it's her 'time of the month'."
Voice #2: "Or her Mom... any time."
You can practically hear the two of them shudder at the mention of this mysterious 'Boss's Mom'.

Lia begins laughing with the voices, even after they stopped she keeps laughing, starting to sound a bit mad.
"You better hope to Arcues you aren't in this room. Czolg, come out here!"
The karp is released, and quickly picked up. Lia holds him like some sort of cannon, and hold Czolg forward.
"Czolg... do it. The thing I taught you. Go NUTS."
Czolg's eyes look unusually determined, and he begins... glowing? Like... a lot. OH NO WHAT HAS SCIENCE DONE!
Czolg uses FUCKING HYPER BEAM BITCHES!
As the beam lasts, Lia waves it across the room's darkness. If those girls are in here, they'll regret it.

Temporarily blinded by the bright beam, you barely even register the dark shape swoop in and KO czolg in a single hit. Next thing you know, it's pitch black again, and you feel a blade against your throat.
Unknown Voice: "Try to break my Gym again, and I'll kill you. Got me?"
