Just as happened when you had entered the Dungeon, there's a moment of disorientation and you find yourself elsewhere. You're still in the same Dungeon, judging from the look of the place, but Cubone, Eevee and Kyria are nowhere to be seen. As the vines retract, though, you feel a strange, soothing feeling run through you. There is someone else in the field you've arrived in, though - a feral Purrloin, which snarls at you and springs forwards, letting out an angry growl. OOCYou may heal up to half your maximum HP, and recover any Persistent Status afflictions you were suffering from. Keep track of how much you've healed.

Virgil doesn't have much more time than to glance at the screen before Eevee presses the button. And then the walls close in. His eyes go wide and he manages to squeak, "K-Kyria!" And then he is separated from the others. He nearly tumbles over when the vines part. He looks about frantically but the only thing there is a Purrloin. Scratch that, a feral Purrloin. "Oh no, oh no." Why did these things have to happen to him? He doesn't have any time to think about running, the cat closes the distance too quickly. "Shoo cat! Get out of here," he cries desperately as he tries to slide away. The air fills with twinkling specks at the sound of his voice. The Purrloin yowls in pain and lunges at Virgil, claws bared. Apparently it doesn't like the tone of his voice. Unfortunately, it horribly misjudges the timing of Virgil's bouncing and ends up faceplanting into the ground under him instead. OOCPurrloin takes 2 Injuries.

Whew Virgil is glad that the swiping claws missed but he isn't out of the woods...dungeon yet? Right the Purrloin. It wasn't looking so good but he still couldn't run yet. He takes a deep breathe and sends fey words into the cat once more, "J-Just don't worry. There's nothing to worry about here."Standard: Disarming Voice Can't Miss 39bkw|2u1d8+17 Fairy Special Damage 1d8+17

Virgil breathes a sigh of relief. He wouldn't be cat food tonight. But now he had to decide which way to go. After worrying the decision over he decides on the Eastern path and then strikes North at the fork. Hopefully he wouldn't run into anything dangerous. Or even better one of the others! "Now would be the perfect time to look for treasure...right self?" Without a dissenting opinion, he pulls out his fancy treasure stick and gets to dowsing as he walks. As Virgil bounces cheerfully down the path, the doswing rod tugs him towards a few crystalline flowers which, when he uproots them, turn out to have their roots twined around a selection of shimmering crystals. A little more bouncing later, and he arrives at a reasonably large room with a few exits. OOC9NulihtN3d6

Virgil still is a little worried at not finding the others but the shiny crystals help take his mind off it somewhat. He stops, trying to decide where to go from this giant room. The Southern path is closest...well that might actually lead somewhere. He takes one more glance about the room before heading down the unknown path. Hopefully he could find somebody.

It appears that navigating the twisting paths of the Dungeon is harder than it looks, because Virgil finds himself bouncing back to the room he only just left.

"Oh bother..." He'd made a circle. Well, third time's the charm right? He takes a hop down the SouthWest path. Hoping to have better luck.

This time Virgil has better luck, finding himself at an intersection leading onto a long corridor, with various other branching paths.

So many choices! Virgil hums to himself a bit, something about catching Raikou or toes, before deciding to head South once more. Surely he wouldn't loop back on himself again.

As Virgil bounces along, he finds himself bouncing towards a small, empty field. Before he can pause to reconsider, however, a hidden log swings up from the ground, batting him backwards. OOCTrap Stealth: jbMzifN82d6 Virgil Perception: 3d6
Tackle on Virgil (AC2): 1d20 Normal Physical Damage: 1d8+11 Reset Roll: 1d20
EDIT: I forgot Tackle is DB5. Add 2 to the damage.
You can get past the trap if you want, though there's nothing in that room and you'd have to try to get past the trap (or attempt to disable it) on the way out.

"Waaah-omph" Virgil goes flying before landing with a thud. His third time was not the charm... He dusts himself off and glares at the log trap. At least no one was around to see him run into the trap. He retraces his steps and takes the first left, though now wary for traps that might be about.

It seems that whoever built this Dungeon really liked convoluted, circular paths, because Virgil finds himself going down another one.

This solo exploring wasn't going so well. Virgil was beginning to worry again...well more than before. He looks to his gadget and discards a couple paths. If he was gonna find the others, and not loop back around, the path at Y16 looked to be his best shot. Plus he didn't want to hop all the way through that big room to the north.

After so many attempts, Virgil is perhaps bound to find the right path eventually. He ends up looking through a large, open field to a path on the exact opposite side, where Kyria is standing, apparently intending to head in the direction that Virgil had just come from.

Floor 3
As the vines retreat, you find yourself in a small field. Numel, despite being dragged away from you before, is on the other side of the field, though the rest of the group seems to have been split off. "Oh, hello," he says after a moment.
A small path leads out of the field, though between you and it is a mound of vines, as if the Dungeon had started to swallow a Pokemon but stopped halfway through.

Virgil was upset over being separated again. At least he ended up landing with someone else...it kept him a bit calmer than the last floor. "Uh...hello?" It wasn't like they had been separated, so the response seemed a little odd.
Looking around he spots the odd mound. "What's that?" He says pointing it out. He hops over and gives it a poke. After all, it might be someone in trouble. Or that toy. Or TREASURE.

The pile of vines wobbles slightly, and a muffled "Mmf?" comes from within them.
"I suppose that's what it looks like from the outside," Numel observes, for no apparent reason.
