Just as happened when you had entered the Dungeon, there's a moment of disorientation and you find yourself elsewhere. You're still in the same Dungeon, judging from the look of the place, but Cubone, Eevee and Virgil are nowhere to be seen. As the vines retract, though, you feel a strange, soothing feeling run through you. What do you do? OOCYou may heal up to half your maximum HP, and recover any Persistent Status afflictions you were suffering from. Keep track of how much you've healed.

Kyria glances around, growling after noticing she was alone. "Damnit... Where is Virgil?" She sighs, no use in standing around, she sniffs the air, starting on her way down the only path she can see. She has enough experience in dungeons that it shouldn't be too hard to get through this, right? Virgil has proven he can handle himself a bit, but she should do her best to find him as quick as she can... her stomach growls, at least thats one upside to being separate from the others. She wonders what poor fool will cross her path first. Perception tracking that im almost sure i cant pass. Just because. W1j6Qua82d6

Kyria's pretty sure she can vaguely catch Virgil's scent wafting through the paths of the Dungeon, though since there's only one way to go this isn't particularly helpful at present. In the next room, there's a bunch of roots and vines in the approximate centre. It looks rather as though the Dungeon started to swallow a Pokemon and then gave up. OOCYour Tracker roll actually did succeed; when you have a choice of directions you can choose to go into the one that leads closest to Virgil. (I was assuming you were trying to find Virgil; you could target one of the other PCs instead if you wanted.)

Kyria smiled for two reasons, she found potential prey, and she caught Virgil's scent... She glances around for any traps or bystanders and lunges for the vines, ripping at them to find what lay trapped within. She hoped for a feral, if anything at all. This could easily backfire and be a trap but she didn't care currently.

Trapped within is not, as it turns out, a feral. It's the Numel from Simisear's group, who seems rather beaten up. He looks up at Kyria as she rips through the majority of the vines, the rest retreating back into the ground. "Hello," he says, after a long pause.

The mawile is drooling sightly, shocked, she takes a step back. This wasn't part of the plan, how could she attack a civilized Pokemon. She doesn't reply for a minute, clearly having an internal conflict over the new insight. "H-hi... Where are the others?" She saw the numel back in town with simisear, something is wrong.

There's another long pause before the Numel responds. "I dunno," he replies eventually, with a shrug. "Fennekin and Simisear went the other way, and then a thing with lots of lights and a lot of leaves knocked out Chimchar. And then I guess they knocked me out too." Somehow, he doesn't seem to have noticed Kyria's slavering.

Kyria sighs, the pausing and relaxed nature of the numel was quite annoying to her. "It appears feral pokemon are rising up again, from what we saw on the previous floor, are you alright? The moment you are prepared we should get moving to find the others, i caught scent of my allies on this floor, im sure they will have found some of yours." She goes and stands in the pathway, waiting for the numel to prepare. Food would have to wait it appears.

The Numel gets to his feet, stretching before following after Kyria. "Yeah, I'm ready." Despite his assurances, he actually seems quite hurt.

"Are you Certain? i have no healing items should things take a turn for the worst" Kyria asks in a concerned voice, she didn't want her back-up being hurt after all. "If you say so, just try to stay back, i can try to hold off anything trying to get close." She groans in her mind, this was going to be a chore, hopefully he can handle himself and spot traps better than she can. She heads out, keeping a watchful eye out for anything dangerous.

Fortunately, you do not run into any traps as you start to follow Virgil's scent, because it seems that the Numel is hardly even paying attention to your surroundings. Which might be why it takes him a few moments to stop when you see a feral Elgyem and Surskit approaching down the corridor. "Oh, it's the light thing again..." he complains. Kyria growls, seeing the two. she murmurs to the Numel, "Ferals... the Bug thing looks threatening to you so i'll take that out as fast as i can." Kyria charges forward, spinning around so that her jaws face the surskit, going to clamp down on it, missing and chomping down on a rock next to it, fire erupting from the jaws as it lands. The bug nimbly darts aside from Kyria and spews a sickly-sweet syrup at both her and the Numel, who responds by charging forwards and slamming into...well, the wall besides the Surskit, but it is a valiant attempt. The Elgyem's lights flicker, which causes a few sparkles to glisten around it, and nothing else at all to happen. It seems rather puzzled. OOCSurskit: Shift: Disengage into O9. Kyria grumbles, baring her sword now, she goes to swing it at where she believes the surskit to be, before before spinning around to snap her jaws at it, only to hit a hedge and get a mouthful of leaves. Its obvious to see that she was getting really angry as she glanced around, she was ganna break her mold and lose her cool soon. Shift - none Swift - Focused Training Standard - Wounding Strike To hit - l47INCr91d20-4 Damage - 2d6+30 On hit deals a tick of damage
Spinning dance triggers, but is currently ineffective 1d20-4·2d6+30

As Kyria and the Numel wipe the saccharine goop from their eyes, the Surskit follows up with a torrent of bubbles at the pair. Despite being battered and bruised by the water, the Fire-type slams into the small bug, sending it reeling backwards. OOCSurskit: Standard: Bubble on Kyria & Numel. To-hit (AC2, lowers speed 16+): k6dVewZU1d20 Water Special Damage: 2d6+19 At the end of its turn, Kyria and Numel are no longer Blinded.
Numel takes two Injuries.

Kyria growls, finally being free of the blight that blocked her view, the sound of the odd creature simply is shrugged off as she becomes more agile, the bubbles hurt, it was odd. She looks menacingly at the water bug, spinning around to encase it in her jaws, as fire erupts from it again, toasting it. she would raise her jaws into the air afterwards to keep the ground from stealing it away if it was knocked out, now looking at the odd pokemon again. The bug was her prey now, as she opened her jaws again it'd be gone, quite obvious what happened to it. Spinning Dance triggers, Evasion is now 5. Shift - none Swift - Focused Training Standard - Fire Fang on Surskit To hit - fIRzAx5A1d20+2 AC3 Damage - 2d6+30
Surskit got nommed.

As Kyria fastens her jaws around the Surskit, she feels...something...take hold of the bug, the fact that her jaws are in the way notwithstanding, beginning to pull it free from her grasp. Kyria feels the mysterious force pull her prey from her, and she loses it, the blast puts her on her last leg and she does not even care. She's very, very mad now. "Virgil knows that I hunt, I need to to survive!" she shouts at the mysterious being, before whipping around to slam into the weird creature with her jaws. She glows with rage and her posture is loosening. Shift - none Swift - Focused Training Standard - Bite To hit - bEtV9ip11d20+ Flinch on 15+ Damage - 2d6+28
