Adelle moved over to the window looking to see if anyone was out and moving around, looters were a major worry during any kind of bad event.

You are unable to see anything other than the occasional light in another building. No one seems to have braved the waters yet. (Also the event has just now happened.)

The sun is slowly rising int he distance and is providing just enough light to show you a broken window closer to the water. You all can see the water still surging a couple of floors down.

Cervis and Leon are able to make it up to the roof, but so far there are no helicopters in the area. Maybe a bit later. On the roof you are able to see a set of Fletchinder and Fletchling Fly a couple of buildings over as well a set of Pidgey flying a couple of feet to the left side of the tower.
The group others head down stairs but the water is rough surging pass. You can see debris and a few pokemon streaming pass most of them struggling to stay in control. Two Croconaw pass by and seem to be swimming fine; it probably got washed up in the currents that hit the beach. A young Dewott grabs a hold of the side of a building near by and tries to pull itself up. It is barely able to get itself up before a debris hits it. A small group of Spheal are unable to do much other than hold onto each other for safety.
