The little scorpion Pokemon narrow their eyes at the Beautifly and do some weird little wiggling dances. Probably some sort of boosting move. It's kinda cute the way they wiggle like that.

In the next area, after passing by an eerie, narrow area between sets of trees, Victoria gets the feeling of being watched. A quick look around allows her to make out dark shapes in the higher branches of some trees. Murkrow, if the reflective red eyes are anything to go by. Strangely, they don't immediately attack. Instead, they're watching her. Sizing her up, probably.

She looks at them for a moment before moving on. Her bug-heavy team probably won't like it anyway, and she's not one to just stir up trouble when she's sure more will find her anyway.
She opts for a bit of piece offering, and leaves some food and some coins in the middle of the grouping of them and walks off. Hopefully that's enough for a 'toll'.

Noctowl seems to mostly shrug off the massive twister, but the rushing attack knocks it for a loop briefly. It recovers, however, and continues the fight by building off its ally's previous attack.
