Dwebble is down, and Dewpider comes out. It sends a wave of sticky webbing to hold the dergen down. Aha! No more tails for you!

Spider Web cannot miss. Target is Stuck (can't be switched) and Trapped (cannot move).

Dewpider flings masses of tiny, non-Pokemon insects at Gebiet.

Infestation AC 4 vs ohFOllb31d20+1 Spent an AP.
Bug Special Damage: 2d6+17
Target is put in a Vortex (Trapped, Slowed, and Vulnerable). DC to break is 20, 14, 8, 2, 0 (Dispel)

After (hopefully) sticking the dragon in a slowing vortex of bugs, Dewpider skitters back a few meters. (is now 5 meters away)1d20+1·2d6+17

Naturally, Dewpider promptly spits out more webbing to hold the dragon down. Yes, this means it can't do that to any *other* Pokemon Victoria might have, but obviously since she knows about this ability now, she won't fall for it twice.

Gebiet breaks free of the vortex, but it doesn't really matter since now Dewpider just pelts it with exploding bubbles until it faints.
