Skiddo #3 skids across the grass and tumbles end over end to the dirt. It does pick itself back up though, snorting at the little dragon. The remaining Skiddo shuffles around a bit, taking a hit as needed, and then sends the tiny dragon sailing across the clearing to its buddy.

The fight begins with Miyako's Chimecho. It chimes pleasantly at Victoria in greeting before putting its 'game face' on. The effect is rather comical on the floating wind-chime. Strangely though, first Miyako and then her Chimecho begin to glow a soft red.

Chimecho fires a blast of psychic energy at the Onix. Some of the blue glow siphons off from the aura and into the attack as it is generated.

When the electric Pokemon pops out, Miyako narrows her eyes in concentration. When the electrical attack hits her Pokemon, it briefly spasms uncontrollably before the Shrine Maiden pulls out some sort of remote and presses a button on it; calming the Pokemon and stopping its (mild) seizures. (Miyako pays 1 AP for Emergency Reactivation; preventing Augmentation Shock to Chimecho.)
Thankfully, the fancy stars don't cause the same effect. Chimecho hurls more psychic energy at the Elekid!

Well, weakpoint or not, the much larger blast of electricity takes the windchime out. Miyako pulls it back and sends out an Exeggcute. It, too, then gains the red aura before trying to put Elekid to sleep.
