Lia - Solo RP & Special Missions

Faeryl nods. "Absolutely, we can. It'll be maybe a week before I can get you a full wardrobe, but I can get you a 'temp' garment as soon as today."

The two women look at each other before Alei speaks up. "You seemed like you didn't want to talk about it, so we..." she shoots a look at Fae, who smiles innocently "didn't want to bother you about it."

Alei just smiles at Lia. "You don't have to talk to us about it if you don't want to. You know I'll always respect your privacy."

Alei hmms thoughtfully. "Truth be told, I know very little about the inner workings of Cinnabar Gym. What I do know is that the Leader, Ashandra, is a very...erm... intense woman. Apparently she drives her Gym Trainers hard every day to ensure that only the 'truly worthy' can acquire her Badge." She sighs before muttering. "Probably why The Champion favors her so much..."

"Well, since you asked for my honest opinion: I think you should stay on. Not just because I like you, but because I feel that Cinnabar Gym is not someplace you'd do well mentally. Of course, if you do stay on, you'll have to deal with damp tails after each shift. It'd probably be pretty annoying, even though I certainly don't require you to get into the water itself (never have)." Alei comments.

Aleisandra practically beams at Lia when she hears this. "Excellent. I'm so glad to hear you say that. I'm sure we can work everything out the next time you're able to come in. Fae and her friends should be able to get you something by the end of the day, if not early tomorrow, and they'll definitely have a full wardrobe for you by the end of the week." Faeryl nods along to Alei's projected timetable. The two then depart, with Alei requesting that Lia contact her by the end of the week to work out her new job schedule and such. Just in case her old schedule needs changing up, or she wants to work more/fewer hours.

When the two leave, thankfully having not noticed (or cared but that thought makes Lia a little upset but not in a way she can fathom why), Lia pulls her dex out. Time to do some huntin. Hopefully for an expert besides Dmara. There’s gotta be a next best looking to usurp the woman, right? Someone who knows About Hoopa?

She begins searching, already knowing a few places to check from her previous weird searches.

And then a while passes of her clearly not finding anyone reliable, she sighs long and hard. And then calls Dmara.

Ill just fucking do it.

Huh, alright... Still doesn’t tell me if I’m shafted or not...

Lia exhales and begins.

”Ok so hi. I think Dmara is the only one who can help me out here. I’m looking to track down Hoopa. I have reason to believe my friend got sent by Hoopa from another world to here and we are trying to track it down to convince it to send us back.”

Lia frowns. That's... I mean I guess a little helpful? She thanks the Ace commander before hanging up and looking out for a moment.

"Well I guess now we got a possible trip to Kalos in the future. Shit. That'll have to wait methinks."

She walks outside. Now that she's reached a dead end (sorta) with Hoopa until they can all get to Kalos, time to work on other stuff. Time to tap into her power. Celestyna said to just keep on focusing exploring her fire first. To master that before doing anything else. So it's time to do that. She heads out to a remote area of the ranch. As if sensing Lia's intention, Kamien walks up, Scier is holding onto Kamein's back, trying to make her tassal the tenth tail, to the amusement of both of them. When she sees Lia she floats up, all smiles.

"Well you two are getting along. That's good."

Seeing Kamien gives her an idea though. She whips out her dex and looks up Ninetales. Reason stands she can learn anything a Ninetales can, right? So lets look at the list of attacks they are known for. Just start up from there.

Hmmmm, Fire Spin... ok. Flame Burst, Fire Blast... and Inferno. Hmmm. They also have that ability that focuses on ember right? Could I do that? Hrm.

Lia decides to start with the one at the bottom of the list. Fire Spin. I mean she turned embers into a stream. Maybe doing flamethrower in some sort of spinning motion will help her figure that out? She does just that, careful to not start a spreading fire on the ranch.
