General Changes:
The Twisted Power Pokédge requires a Pokémon's Attack and Special Attack stats to remain within 3 points of each other, in addition to the other requirements, or else lose the benefits of the Ability.
All moves that have variable damage (including Five Strike moves and things like Revenge) count as their highest possible DB when applying Tutor Restrictions.
DEXP will not be used.
All Pokémon that require Evolution items to evolve that do not already have a level, instead have a level 20 restriction.
Riolu evolves at level 25, rather than by Loyalty.
Any Pokémon from the AlolaDex that learn Leech Life will use it as the updated version. All other moves will remain their un-updated versions.

New General Features:
Agility Techniques
Prerequisites: Expert Athletics or Command, Agility Orders
At-Will - Extended Action
Target: Your Pokémon with at least 1 Tutor Point remaining.
Effect: The target loses 1 Tutor Point. Choose one Move on the Target’s Move List. That Move becomes the target’s Signature Technique, and you may apply one of the modifications from the following list provided the move fits the category of the modification. A Pokémon may only have one Signature Technique at a time. If at any point it is taught a new Signature Technique over the old one or forgets its Signature Technique move, refund 1 tutor point.
Cone, Line, Burst, and Blast Moves
Shotwave - This attack leaves behind a Hazard that lasts until the beginning of its users next turn in its area of effect. The hazard deals a tick of damage to targets entering, or ending their turn in the area of effect. If the original move lacks the Friendly Keyword, this hazard is indiscriminate.
Single Target Moves
Double Tap - You may target a second Pokemon with this attack, but both targets resist damage one step further. Double Tap may only be applied to damaging Moves.
Damaging Moves
Bloodied Speed - This move may be used as Priority (Advanced) if the user has less than half of their Maximum Hit Points.
Status Moves
Double Curse - The user may target an additional foe with this Attack. This may be applied only to 1-Target Moves.

When used as a Reaction or Interrupt, Pursuit allows the user to make a Shift with a +5 bonus to all Movement Speeds as part of the Reaction or Interrupt, which must end either adjacent to the triggering foe, or as close as possible. This Shift does not provoke Attacks of Opportunity or Pursuit. If the user ends adjacent to the triggering foe, it is able to attack with Pursuit, with an increased Damage Base of 8 (2d8+10 / 19).
