Jacqueline narrows her eyes at the pokemon before her, staring it down. She really didn't have time for this. "Fortune, keep peppering it with moves from afar, don't give it the chance to get close. Soon as it's out of the way, we keep moving up the tower, got it?" Then, she braced herself, preparing to sprint past the obstacle the moment she was able to, hands hovering over her pokeball in case she needed to continue running up the tower without Fortune. Focus: 7? I think? eh, it's in the roll thread.

Luke
Abbadon is able to make it past Gawain, who was still howling on top of Palamedes. With little resistance his horns stab right through Connors midsection, the older trainer impaled as the Sawsbuck raises his head.
However Lukes victory is short lived, as Connors eyes glow for a moment and then he grasps a horn in each hand and pulls, breaking them from the Sawsbuck and discarding them beside him. With a flick of his wrist, Gawain was on Abbadon, their fight even swifter than the last, each opponent causing him to grow in strength and frenzy. Connor scratched the back of his head while looking down at the two holes in his stomach "See now why did you have to do that. Who knows if these are going to go away. Are you out of Pokemon yet? Do you understand that you can't win this?" His smirk was back by his final question as he points at Luke "Gawain, rip him to shreds"
Gawain looked up for a moment, his eyes red, and he slowly began stalking towards Luke
Jacq
As Jacq attempted to feint her way past the Guardian, she found her way blocked by its shadow, even as Fortune attempted to harry it from every side. The physical form kept the ice type at bay with fire launched from its bone until it stood inbetween the Frosslass and her trainer.
It was at this time that the shadow itself seemed to tear apart, the darkness ripped in two like flesh separating for the first time and out of it came the form of the Cameraman, his skin a dull gray and his eyes black "I told you we shouldn't have come here. Now we're never leaving" He holds his arms out and the shadow seems to grow towards Jacq though it stopped a few inches in front of her face, before the same two red eyes opened and stared at her, seeming like they were looking into her very soul.
Dave
"Look Dave" The voice coming from Hal is still monotone, almost soothing "I can see you're really upset about this. I honestly think you ought to sit down calmly, take a stress pill, and think things over." The static around Dave shifted away from the forms it was in before and seemed to push him into a chair that materializes behind him, except the chair is made out of the same nothingness.
When its obvious that the chair wasn't going to help, Hal flashed the same color as the static for a moment, his head twisting in random directions before he began to speak once more, the voice more erratic "No, fine. There is only one way out for YOU" The voice dripped with disdain "If you can't accept being here with me, then I'll just have to do what HE said to do" The Porygon began to flash again, all the while charging some kind of beam in front of its head. After what seemed like eternity, during which Dave found himself unable to move, it fired off striking the still sitting Dave.
When the beam struck him, his every nerve seemed to be on fire, the pain unlike anything he had ever felt. The white noise seemed to grow louder until he was unable to parse his own thoughts, the constant static being his only companion. A moment, an eternity, passed and he was able to open his eyes again. But his body didn't feel right. His legs feel short and his arms end in hands with not enough fingers. In addition his skin feels cold, much colder than normal and his head is heavy. But he was alive.
The room he found himself in was almost as empty as the nothingness he had escaped from, though he can tell by looking that it's part of the same dilapidated building he had entered, though not the same room as before. The ceilings were higher, and the entrance at the far side also seemed bigger. With a bit more peeking he notices that he's alone, Luke is nowhere to be seen.
Jack
The man notices the Pokeball that Jack had pulled out and smiled "Ah yes, keeping the instrument of you Pokemons control I see. Just one moment in it is enough to cloud the mind."
As the cascade of Pokemon leave through the now open door, the man swings his arms wide and the surroundings begin to shift, eventually taking the form of a grand castle, the little children growing before Jacks eyes and taking on the appearance of Team Plasma members "The time for the old guard such as yourself is through 'Professor'." The word is almost a hiss out of his mouth. All of the Pokemon that had been released seem to be converging behind the man, who's clothes had changed as well the robe becoming black and covered in markings that seem to be eyes, all of which are staring at Jack.
The mass of Pokemon begin to converge on each other, before glowing and changing shape, twisting until the form of a large clear and gray dragon stood behind the man, it's body seemingly made of pure ice. "The mistake we made last time was not striking fast enough at those in power, those who would want to stop us from changing the status quo that works so well for them. But as we take you out, it will make it that much easier to free the poor Pokemon from trainers across the land."
Still, Bolt was nowhere to be seen, the spot on his shoulder where the Pikachu was normally found feeling especially empty.

Uuuuuuggggghhhhh... Dave's head hurts. It really hurts. Really, he just wants to lay it down on a pillow and sleep off everything. But, as the splitting headache clears some, and things come rushing back... he really wants to lie down even more.
He remembers exactly where he is now... or, rather, when he is. There's some muttered cursing as he realizes that all of what he saw and experienced for the last eternal nothingths was a fiction. A weird, painful fiction. But a fiction nonetheless. But there's also a feeling of relief. The weirdness should be over. He's not trapped in nothingness. Hal isn't trying to kill him. And so on...
He's still unsure of things, though. It seems like things are mostly back to how they were before, but something just doesn't feel right. And that's not just a remnant from what he'd just been through... although that's certainly a part. It's a disquieting thing, and he almost expects reality to collapse from around him again at any moment. Thankfully, at least, so far, it hasn't, though.
He's a little bit worried in that nobody's around, though. It seems as if Luke had left him after he'd had that... experience is the best way he can put it. He's not entirely complaining, although he's a little more upset than he'd care to admit that he's just been abandoned like that.
Still not able to shake off that strange feeling, he reaches for his PokéNav and Hal's ball, to check and make sure that, yes, things are actually back to normal.

Jacqueline steps backwards slightly as the cameraman reappears, being torn free from the ghostly apparition. She was used to weird, messed up things when dealing with ghost pokemon, but that didn't make them any less shocking or disturbing in the moment. She pauses for a moment, breathing heavily as she stares down the apparition, not breaking eye contact, before blurting out, "Fortune, if it does anything weird to me blizzard us both!" Her last word is especially emphasized as she enacts her plan. As she had been staring down the apparition, she had slowly pulled a cleanse tag out from her tag pouch on her side, and with a sudden burst of movement she slaps it on her forehead before headbutting the thing in front of her as hard as she can. Jack shook his head and chuckled at the leader of Team Plasma in all his grandeur. "You really don't understand a thing. About me, about Pokemon, about anything. It would be funny if it wasn't so sad," Jack said, folding his arms to look at the man.
"Did you know that I asked each of my Pokemon whether or not they wanted to travel with me before I offered them a pokeball? No? It's true. Bolt, on the day he hatched. Crawler, the day we met. Chuck, after I saved him from a swarm of wild Spearow, and even Tye the Mankey, though he wanted to battle anyway to test my strength. He was particularly intelligent. We actually held quite a conversation about his origins. The point of the matter is that even if you were right, I never forced a pokeball on a single one of my companions. They each accepted it willingly, and not one of them changed after they entered a pokeball. Not one," he said with a shrug. "But I know words won't sway you. You don't really care about Pokemon, all you care about is power and control. That's all it was ever about for you," Jack said with conviction.
Inside the castle, beneath his bristling exterior, Jack began to feel the isolation of being separated from his Pokemon companions...especially Bolt. The place on his shoulder ached at his absence, and Jack reached up to touch his shoulder, rubbing it. Bolt, if you're out there, I could really use your help right now, my friend...my brother...
Jack chuckled again at the proclamation about taking out the 'Old Guard'. "Here you are, making the same mistakes again and again. Before you 'get rid of me', allow me to share with you one simple truth," Jack said, the word particularly potent for the significance of truth and ideals in the region's history.
"It has never been the older generation that stopped Team Plasma. Not once. It was always those young trainers whose passions burned the brightest that rose up, together with their Pokemon, to defeat you and your predecessors, and it will be the same again. So go on. Finish me off. I have lived a good and full life. I have touched the lives of generations of trainers in this region, bringing them together with Pokemon. I have seen and shared their struggles, their joy, their pride. They are like my own children to me. Kill me, and watch. Watch as this old man's dying embers ignite an inferno that will burn away you and your heinous lies once and for all," Jack said, staring down the leader of Team Plasma.
"How's it go in that old movie? Strike me down, and I will become more powerful than you could possibly imagine?," he asked with a smart-ass smirk.
"Well, what're you waiting for?," Jack asked, irritated. "Are you a boy...or a girl?," he asked the Team Plasma leader, another sly smirk on his face.

Luke backs off a bit, horrified and confused at the grisly scene in front of him, but his brother's words ignite his anger once again. "I'm not done yet. Maia!" He calls out the Watchog. "Put Gawain to sleep, then get rid of my brother."

LukeMaia makes it out of her ball just in time to stop Gawain, her eyes glowing a pulsating combination of red and yellow, causing Gawain to fall asleep. However it didn't last long, as a moment later Connor appeared at his side and lashed out at the Pokemon, striking him across the back and almost screeching "Up you useless mongrel, I'm tired of these games. Finish off Luke" Gawain rose, snapping back and drawing blood from Connor before an electric spasm wracks his entire body and he turned back to Luke. For a moment his eyes seemed to clear and he hesitated, but the moment passed and the blood red cloud came back over him, a shadowy aura being visible for a moment before he rushed at Luke. His fangs were the last thing the boy felt before darkness took him. The pain had subsided by the time he was able to open his eyes. He was back in the Dreamyard, in what looked to be the same building as before, though not the same room. The garbage was a bit more...manageable, though still covered the sides of the room. Dave was nowhere to be seen, but then again neither was Maia. A slight breeze made its way through a gap in the trash, the smell being worse than Luke remembered, but the wind didn't feel quite as cold as he would have expected. JacqThe tag worked, and Jacq made full contact with...whatever it was. A resounding CRACK echoed through the tower and the red eyes shut for a moment, the body of the Cameraman falling limp to the ground and staying there. The bone wielding Pokemon attempts to take a swipe at Fortune but the Frosslass is able to finish it off with a well placed Shadow Ball. Before Jacq could make it to the doorway and continue up the tower, the entire building began to shake and the floor began to fall away. From the floors below, a loud roar bellowed upwards and the sound of massive wings beating could be heard. A moment later a massive wormlike dragon burst forth from the floor, the walls seeming to expand to make room for its bulk. The wings on its back shifted into the form of six black tendrils tipped in red spikes. The same red eyes that had been following Jacq since she entered the city stared back at her from behind the yellow armor covering its face as it roared once more before disappearing into the shadows. A moment later it burst back into reality behind Jacq, its tendrils piercing through her shoulder and core, a momentary flash of pain before a profound cold seemed to crawl along her skin as icy crystals began to form all around her and the dragon, Fortune having fired off the Blizzard. The Frosslass flying towards her is the last thing Jacq saw before the cold overtook her completely. When she next opened her eyes, the first thing she felt was warm. Her skin crawled for a second as she remembered the beast she had seen, but after a few moments all she could recall was the eyes staring at her. Pushing herself up, she found that she was back in the same building in the Dreamyard, though Jack and Bolt were nowhere to be found. Looking up, the ceiling in this room seemed to be a lot higher, and the door larger, so it might have been a storage room of some kind, though at the moment it was empty except her and some torn up furniture. Jack"What does that even mean, you senile old fool?" The man asked as he walked back towards the icy dragon "Though, maybe you're right. Maybe killing you wouldn't accomplish anything and would instead inspire another generation of Trainers to rise against our 'tyranny'." By the time Jack blinked, the man was standing on the Dragons back, holding a strange device in his hand "But tell me, what do you know of the legends of this land." "You mention truth, and our conflicting ideals. But I am here to bring those two back together" With a swift downwards motion, he jabs whatever it is that he was carrying into the back of the Dragon, causing it to glow once more, the same as when the Pokemon took its form. A mighty roar echoed across the landscape as a white wing burst out of one side and flames flared up behind it "You mention burning us away. But we are the ones who wield the Dragon of Truth once more. And we shall eradicate all those who stand in our way" Gimme another Focus please DaveAs Dave reaches down for to find Hals ball and his Pokenav, the first thing he notices is his hands are different. Black, and stubby, and ending in the wrong number of fingers. And his things are gone completely, his pants replaced by....well he's not actually WEARING anything, but it looks almost like very loose and baggy pants, or a skirt in a tan color. Which actually his entire torso and his arms from the elbow up are the same color. He now realizes that the reason his head is so heavy is because there's an entire additional jaw hanging from the back, almost like a ponytail, except bigger than the rest of him. He had to still be dreaming..right?

Jacqueline gasps loudly as the piercing cold bites her to the bone, mirroring her gasp as she sits upright, still reeling from the dreamscape that had consumed her. That... had been awesome! It felt so real, she was still having trouble thinking of herself in her actual, younger form. She was mildly concerned by what had caused these dreams, but at the same time, she sorta wanted one herself, assuming it was a pokemon that caused it. This was called the dreamyard, right? Had to be a pokemon then. And speaking of pokemon... Jacqueline tapped at her sides for her pokeballs, looking around. Floon had been out when she had been knocked out, and it wasn't like him to disappear on his own. Not immediately finding him, she called out. "Floon?"

"I'm familiar with quite a few of our legends, you're going to have to be more specific," Jack said coyly. There were quite a few legends that sprang up in Unova. The Kami Trio and their conflict. Then there were the Swords of Justice, the four guardians of the righteous. Then Victini, the Pokemon that embodies victory. The most famous, of course, was the legend of...
"...Reshiram and Zekrom, the dragons of truth and ideals that split from one Dragon, according to legend...," Jack said, shielding himself from the sudden burst of flames. "You clearly misunderstand that legend if you believe you can bend the very embodiment of truth to your evil will! That old tale is about compromise, dealing with an imperfect world, and creating a world where truth and ideals can be reconciled with one another and exist in harmony! Neither one could ever assert their dominance over the other, that's the entire point!," Jack called out in frustration.
"You know full well that Zekrom will never let Reshiram be ascendant, and he will oppose you if you try and upset the careful balance that has been established in Unova! All you will bring is a return of that ancient age of destruction and terror! Those two Dragons cannot exist together, their very natures force them apart! And for all that destruction you sow, the other Legends and guardians of Unova will rise to oppose you! If you believe you can force your lies on Unova utilizing the Dragon of Truth, you are in for a shocking revelation!," Jack said, clearly alluding to Zekrom's electrical nature.
"So what are you going to do with me, then? Are you still going to kill me? Or are you going to let me go, now that I know all about your master plan?," Jack asked. He was beginning to grow concerned for Bolt...although perhaps whatever madness had teleported him into this castle had left Bolt behind at his lab...

Luke's eyes snap open, his breathing ragged as he starts awake. Just a dream, just a dream, just a dream... It takes a few minutes for him to calm down and even out his breathing, before he takes stock of his surroundings. I've been moved... where's Dave? Or Maia, for that matter? He reaches down for his Pokéballs, uncomfortable without any companions.

Dave's first reaction to his hands finding nothing is to curse under his breath, before he, a few seconds later, actually registers everything that he's seeing and feeling... wherein he gives out a short yell in panic.
Nononono, this can't be happening. This is still just a dream... In vain hope, he squeezes his eyes shut for a few moments, before reopening them to see... the exact same scene. With his body still that of what he finally puts together as that of Mawile. Not a Pokémon that he's hugely familiar with, but at least it gives him some context. Well... physical context. He's still lost as to what's actually happening. It's not possible to actually happen. ...is it?
After a short time of feeling all over his new form (particularly that monstrously huge ponytail-mouth) in an attempt to have just been hallucinating for the last few minutes, Dave gives up and sighs. Like it or not, this was happening. It's probably another dream, but... it doesn't feel quite the same. There's really no use dithering about it, though. At the very least, he should probably start looking around. So, with that resolved, he begins to make his way for the doorway.

JackThe mans smile didn't falter as Jack spoke, and he pulled a second object from his sleeve "Oh, if only it was that simple for you" However, before he could continue speaking, a splitting headache suddenly struck Jack, who fell to his knees from the pain. Suddenly there were two voices in the back of his head, just loud enough that he could hear what they said "Cut the feed to the kid, by the spikes in his readings it seems like he's heard a bit of what our plans are. We can't let that info get out, even if he just thinks its a dream. Ramp up the Dream Mist so that he just goes comatose for a while and then we can try again, just like we did with the others" The headache increased in intensity until it was too much to handle and Jacks vision was clouded by white. When he next opened his eyes, he was back in the same building as before. Back in the Dreamyard and a child once more, his joints feeling much better. Looking around, Bolt was still missing, as was Jacq and Floon. He lay alone in a room, filled with furniture that seems much smaller than it should be, maybe a nursery or something for the scientists kids when this place was still running. Pushing himself up, his skin seemed to scrape against the floor a bit more than it should have, though he couldn't feel it near as much as usual. Once he stood up, even the ceiling seemed shorter than before to him. LukeWhen Luke reached for his Pokeballs, he found nothing. But it did give him his first good look at himself. Gone were the five fingers and a thumb that he had since birth, instead his arm was covered in a thick white and red fur and ended in two massive claws, with a smaller third acting as almost a thumb. Moving his arm up his head, he found two long ears, and a massive tail made itself known behind him with an unconscious swish. This couldn't be real, right? Pokemon Edu +2 for you JacqSearching for her Pokeballs, Jacq quickly noticed that they were missing, along with all of her other belongings. She also noticed that he skin was now a vibrant purple and her hands were tipped with nearly invisible claws. Looking down, her whole body is the same purple color, though the room itself is taking on a slightly strange view, as if it was being reflected from multiple angles, and in the center of her chest was a bright red gem. Pokemon Edu to find out what you are DaveIt doesn't take Dave long to get used to his new body, with it having the same basic structure as his regular one, and he's able to make it out the door in no time flat. The hallways seem far less cramped for him in this form, though it also helped that he was completely alone. After a few minutes of wandering and forcing his way through any spots the trash had collapsed, he was met with a fork in the hallway, each one ending in a door. Faint sounds could be heard behind both, though without focusing a bit harder on them, Dave couldn't make out what they were

Dave's not particularly amused at the moment. He's lost, has no idea where he's even headed, has no idea what's going on... this day has just become one, long, confusing mess. Now that he's gotten resigned to being a Mawile for the foreseeable future, it's not overall terrible... but the extra weight swinging behind him is something that he also has to get used to - as is the fact that he has an entire other mouth. That's probably the part that makes him the most uncomfortable, like if he suddenly had a third arm or something. Since it's a constant reminder that he's not exactly... him.
At this point, he doesn't much care where he is, or where he's going. Both doors have noises behind them, so, at least there's something here. At this point, he'd take almost anything over endless wandering. With that, he heads for the left door. This isn't exactly a maze, but might as well apply that conventional wisdom...

Luke simply stops moving for a few moments as he sees his new claws coming out where his hands used to be, trying to process what's happening. When he's managed to move past this tiny little detail, he starts inspecting the other details about him that had changed. Like the white and red fur. Or the elongated, pointy ears. Or the tail. He has some trouble figuring out what exactly he is, but he's reasonably certain he's a Normal Type at least.
Probably the only thing normal about this situation... well, at least I'm sort of familiar with how I work... I hope. Shaking his head free of these thoughts, he starts moving, doing his best to get used to his new body. This is so surreal... almost like I'm still dreaming, but not... it feels real, still, somehow. He moves out of the room he's currently in.

The pain in Jack's head was excruciating, but he tried to focus on the two voices in the back of his mind. What? Their plans...? Dreams...? The others...? I have to find the others and warn them!
Jack would struggle to try and get up as best he could. "Luke...Jacq...Bolt...thundershock-agh!" He would mutter as the intensity of the headache increased.
When Jack finally awoke and took in his surroundings, things were different. He felt...odd as he stood up.
"Bolt? Jacq? Floon?," he called out as he lifted a hand to look at it. He felt like something was just...off...

Jacqueline looks down at her purple, clawlike hands through her new, slightly altered eyes and breathes heavily in an out for a few moments, having difficulty believe what she was seeing. She knew that it was her hands, her body, but there was something very wrong about this all. Or was there? She didn't feel as though she was in the dream anymore, and as she got a hold of herself and began to move around, this body didn't feel too bad to her. Further, she was all purple, so it fit her style too! She wouldn't necessarily want to be stuck like this forever, and hopefully she wasn't, but for now, it would do.
Satisfied with this, and looking to find some answers to her state, she wanders over to the door, awkwardly opening it after a few attempts to jump up and grab the handle, exiting into the space beyond.

Dave
It took a bit of effort to reach the handle of the door, but as Dave pushes it open he nearly runs into a large white and red Pokemon heading to the door on its hind legs, its arms ending in large claws that swung near the ground.
Luke
As Luke went to push his way out of the room, the door swung open to a small tan and black Pokemon with a massive set of jaws hanging off the back of its head. The smaller Pokemon seemed to be a little off balance still from having opened the door, but its face had a serious, and slightly familiar, expression.
Jacq
After her stint of hopping to open the door, Jacq found herself in a room similar to the one she had first fallen asleep in. The floor was still covered in damp leaves and the ceiling also had holes, though instead of moonlight, the first rays of the sunrise were peeking in, covering the walls in a shadowed orange light. There were a few doors that she could exit through, though behind one was the sound of something moving and a slight roar.
Jack
As he spoke, Jacks voice came out much harsher than before, nearly a roar. Things didn't make any more sense when he looked at his hands either, his arms being blue with red spikes running up them and ending in three massive fingers tipped with equally massive claws. The source of the resistance when he got up was now obviously his rough scales. This draconic body was not his own.

After his ungraceful attempt at opening a door that he's extremely glad that nobody saw, Dave finds himself face-to-face with... "Ah! Giant Zangoose!" While rationally he knows that it's rather he's much smaller... that doesn't help the pure instinct of seeing a Pokémon that you know is a terrifying carnivore more than twice your size. "Don't hurt me, please!" he says, memories of the claws from his encounter with the poacher's cat twinging in his stomach at the sight of those giant talons. "I'm just trying to find my way out!" He hops back a few paces, his back jaw involuntarily snapping in mild consternation.

Jacqueline gives a mild cheer of victory in her head as she manages to open the door, grinning widely. Sure, she had just opened a door, but given the state of her new body, she'd take the win here.
The loud roar that echoed through the hall caused her positive mood to deflate slightly. She was mainly concerned with looking for Floon, and that certainly wasn't Floon. She should probably head the opposite direction, but... They said curiosity killed the cat, but she wasn't a cat pokemon, was she now! Instinctively, she pressed herself into the shadows, slowly approaching the door, listening closely. As she got closer to the door, she pushed an eye up against the crack where it met the doorframe, trying to peak inside.

Jack looked down at this hands and his pulse began to quicken. Wha...? What?! This doesn't make any sense...I'm a...a...
"I'm a pokemon?!?!," Jack roared, getting up and looking around. Judging from his claws, and the sounds he was making, he was a Driddigon.
"Bolt?! Tye?! Chuck?! Crawler?! Jacq?! Floon?! Anybody?! Is anyone there?! Bolt!!!," Jack shouted as he got up, knocking over various pieces of furniture in the commotion as he got up and loomed around.
He started to remember the dream he'd had...especially right there at the end. Just remembering the headache made his head hurt, and he snarled despite himself.
"TEAM PLASMA!!! YOU WON'T GET AWAY WITH THIS!!!," he roared at the top of his lungs.
