Tilda dashes forward while veering south hoping to keep her distance from Adrian while closing the gap on the buizel and its trainer. Tilda uses her sky 10 movement to dash forward and a bit down.

Geoff orders Othar to sprint forwards, to get ready for next turn. On Adrian's Initiative Wave gets to act, moving forwards and using Smack Down on Gulliver. Smack Down: On a hit Gulliver is knocked into the water, losing all sky & levitate speeds and becoming vulnerable to ground type moves. AC 2 vs wdzCU9Fc1d20Damage: 2d6+31Geoff binds Fishbowl Technique on Othar, doubling his initiative and then swims forwards. Updated Initiative: 46 - Wave (Carracosta) 40 - Othar (Buizel) 26 - Shoko 20 - Tilda (Vivillon) 18 - Adrian 16 - Geoff 15 - Karla 15 - Horace 12 - Bridgette 10 - Kelpie (Tangela) 7 - Gulliver (Haunter) 5 - Rosa (Shellos) 1d20·2d6+31

Karla swims forward and directs her coldness to the water under Adrian, trying to create an ice block hazard to slow him down. Karla moves up beside Kelpie and uses Frozen Domain to lay 6 squares of Frozen Domain Hazard within 6 meters of her. Adrian is just within 6 of this position, so she puts him on the corner of a 2x3 block. The hazarded area is marked with gray background. Those passing through the area without Naturewalk(tundra), Flying or Levitating must make a DC 14 survival check or be tripped. Those standing on the hazards may act as though they are in hail weather. A fire type move which originates from or targets a square with the hazard melts it.
I don't know if this creates a solid block, a floating block, or doesn't work at all, but it's what Karla attempts to do.

Seeing Caracosta's huge miss Gulliver lets out a ghoulish laugh as Horace gives an evil look towards Gulliver and Adrian, "Lets have a bit of fun and show them some true terror!" Horace's full mask slightly muffling his voice. Horace darts towards the edge of the pool trying to avoid Wave. Horace Binds Haunting Curse

Kelpie swims straight ahead, surprisingly fast for a pile of seaweed, and sends a tendril of the seaweed flying over the ice at the Carracosta Adrian is riding. AC roll was 6, needed 2, 38 physical grass damage

Carracosta easily seems to weather the blow, as Adrian happily chuckles. "You'll need to do better than that dudette." Rosa the Shellos swims forwards and uses Amnesia. Tilda easily dodges the water gun aimed at her and stares down the buizel who dared to aim at her. "He went for it, let's go tilda." Shoko paddles forward into position and aims remoraid right at Adrian's face. Following in her lead, Tilda dashes towards Adrian but not before giving the buizel a frightening stare letting it know it had made a mistake in not knocking her out right away. "Electroweb." Shoko fires at adrian roll 17, with 18 physical damage. Tilda aims at both with Electroweb for 53 special electric damage.

Seeing the duo get into her face Karla brings one hand to her mouth and then pulls it away, imitating blowing a kiss but actually blowing out a gust of frozen wind that forms powdery snow. She's hoping for the same result as last time... Karla uses powdered snow. With an AC of 19 they should both be frozen, and have suffered 21 special ice type damage

Kelpie swims straight at Rosa, trying to wrap the Shellos in her seaweed tentacles, but grabs at the air behind instead.

Seeing the opening that Horace had been waiting for he Yells, " Gulliver burn our adversary now and make sure he can't see me coming!" To which Gulliver complies by shooting off a small spark into Waves face both blinding and burning it. Immediately after the turtle gets sucker-punched by a seemingly disjointed Horace.
Wave is burned Wave is blinded unless it can beat a DC: 22 stealth check Wave takes 34 ghost type damage after the burn drops its Defense by CS. Horace used 1 AP for trickster.

The wisp of flame leaves a trail of melting ice as it burns Wave, the blinded and frozen turtle falling into the water, his trainer still on his back. Moments later the ice defrosts around it as Othar races towards Tilda, leaping from the water and nailing the bug with an Aqua Jet. (30 water damage to Tilda) Updated Initiative: 46 - Wave (Carracosta) 40 - Othar (Buizel) 26 - Shoko 20 - Tilda (Vivillon) 16 - Geoff 15 - Adrian 15 - Karla 15 - Horace 12 - Bridgette 10 - Kelpie (Tangela) 7 - Gulliver (Haunter) 5 - Rosa (Shellos)

Shoko notices Adrian's vulnerability and takes this as a chance to down the gym leader. She aims remoraid right at his face and fires a shot. It connects, but looks like it barely damaged him at all. No matter, once he's out, the rest will hopefully be easy pickings. She then begins to reposition herself a bit further from combat while yelling to Tilda, "Get out of there and try to take him out!" Tilda disengages from the Buizel (moving slowed instead of 1m takes to Celerity being bound). She then flaps her wings rapidly creating a gust of wind which she sends at the helpless gym leader. Shoko connects with a struggle attack dealing 16 physical normal damage, and uses her swift action to use brutal orders on Tilda. She also invokes Gale Strike for Tilda.
Tilda uses her shift to disengage as a slowed movement via Celerity. Tilda resolves gale strike using the AC 2 roll which still hits so gale strike's frequency is not used. She hits adrian for 51 special flying damage.

"Hah! You're not going anywhere!" Karla yells all to enthusiastically at the block of ice in front of her, as she again directs her cold energy at the water below her, Adrian and the Carracosta, raising all of three of them up on a new block of ice. Unlike the turtle, she has no problem keeping her balance as the ice seems to move slightly to support her.

Now that they've both stayed still for a bit, Kelpie once again tries to grab onto Rosa with her tendrils and crush her. Rolled 11 on AC 4 check to hit with grapple, Rosa must pass DC 16 Athletics or Combat test or be grappled, if successfully grappled then will take first 29 physical normal damage and then 26 physical normal damage which will lower speed 1 cs
