" Ooof," Shoko loses her balance from the strong shaking, falling to the ground and hurting her left wrist in the drop. As she gets back up she also feels a bit of a trickle on her left leg alerting her to another injury. However, she does manage to get back up from the attack while looking quite worse for wear. Octillery fairs just as poorly, having been tossed like a ragdoll during the shaking and coming out of it with multiple bruises. It's clearly hurting but manages to aim for the koffing with an Aurora Beam. Shoko and octillery each take 2 injuries. Shoko takes 63 damage and octillery takes 55 damage.
Octillery's Aurora Beam AC 2 rolled a 10 dealing 42 special ice damage on the koffing.

Gulliver floats up to the remaining sigilyph and just gives it a menacing look before floating above it and attempting to shove it into the ground. Koffing faints from Octillery's attack and Sigilyph tries to resist Gulliver's blow but fails miserably, falling to the ground. Acrobatics: cVz4I_eh3d6As Koffing falls the Sandstorm subsides but the light in the room noticeably dims, as you each feel a shiver run down your spine. Top of the new round. Shoko's turn, no more sandstorm3d6

" Good work, Octillery, take a rest." Shoko pulls out its pokeball and switches it out for her newest partner: A rather plucky, and somewhat metallic, Archen. It attempts to perch atop Shoko, but her recent injuries cause her to stagger as she shoos it off. It lands next to her and skawks as it awaits orders. " Things don't look good. Back us up. You know the drill." She continues to wobble a bit from her recent damage. Meanwhile Mirk butts his head gently yet firmly into Shoko. Despite being wrapped around her, Shoko turned while falling during the earthquake to avoid harming Mirk during her fall. His insistent smacking implied he was calling Shoko an idiot for not letting him cushion her fall. Shoko gently pets his head and whispers to him, " I'll be ready next time." She shuffles a bit in her coat and after a few moments she stretches before trying to find the source of their newest worry. Shoko uses a full action to switch out the injured octillery for her Mirrorshine Archen. (Init 11)
Brutal orders as usual with a swift action.
Shoko is currently levitating very close to the ground.

As the Golett falls, Cassandra glances around. She spies the Sigilyph across the way and instructs Weavile to go finish it off.
"Weavile." The Sharp Claw Pokemon nods and darts across the room, flinging shards of ice at the bird. Cassandra's orders allow it to hit harder and more accurately.
Cassandra uses Pinpoint Strike Orders.

As the sandstorm subsides, some of the grit-filled wind still swirls around Noxra. The poor Wurmple is in pretty sorry shape, with sand crusted on her skin and hampering her movements, but she doesn't seem to be letting it bother her just yet - not with an opponent still up and presenting a challenge. Evie would like to recall her, but she can't keep a grip on the Pokéball in the persistent whirlwind around her and doesn't want to risk dropping it, so all she can do for now is hang on as Noxra snaps at the remaining Sigilyph. Noxra used Bug Bite! AC 2 vs ejHJP1es1d20 2d8+26 Physical Bug damage and steal any digestion/food buff Vortex save, DC 16: 1d20 Rage save, DC 15: 1d20 1d20·2d8+26·1d20·1d20

Between Noxra and Weavile the Sigilyph goes down. As it does the room becomes even darker, leaving only those with torches able to see further than a metre away from themselves.

With the fight over (even if only temporarily), Cassandra calls Weavile back to her side to act as guardian/lookout.

"Well, not our greatest moment there with the earthquake," Shoko said bluntly as she turned to the others. "Does anyone have a spare potion? All of my supplies take a bit too long to kick in." She continued to lean against the wall with her latest companion by her side. She patted its head while whispering, "Keep an eye out."

Karla is already way ahead, trying to recover herself. "Yeah, come here and grab one." She is too busy applying a Potion to herself to actually offer it properly though. Buggaboo floats back over to his owner, pullign more health from its gourd (Life Force ability to heal a tick of his health).

As the sand vortex finally dies down, Evie recalls Noxra hurriedly. She doesn't want to push things too hard, and Noxra is injured enough that healing her up would take up a lot more resources than simply recalling her and healing her when they can get to a Pokémon center again.
Instead she calls out Alejandra, and the massive Arcanine peers around the darkening room warily. Normally Ale is pretty easygoing, but right now she's just as spooked as her trainer. Evie curls her fingers in Ale's mane. "I don't like this. Something's coming." Ale growls her agreement as the two of them edge across the chamber back towards the hallway and Evie shines her flashlight down the corridor.

Horace silently walks towards the center of the room with only his lighter dimly lighting his path. He only mutters, "Gulliver make this creature fear us." quickly before Gulliver disappears. Horace uses Haunting Curse Gulliver uses Ghost Step Haunt Count: 1

A dark wind blows through the room, somehow causing all your lights to go dark. An unwilling shiver runs down Horace's back as Gulliver reappears next to him, clearly overwhelmed by something.
The red splinters scattered around the room start to glow and rise into the air, being pulled towards the centre of the room. The light reveals the shadow familiar to Horace and Karla - a giant Inkay with dead eyes and half-inverted colouring. Down here it seems more ethereal, though it becomes more solid as the splinters approach it. At the same time the remaining clay spheres gleam for a moment before rising out of the ground as similarly dead-eyed clay koffings.
The splinters of red crystal reach the Inkay and seem to fuse with it, forcing it into the physical realm and causing it to screech in pain and fury.

As the strange, half-dead Inkay materializes in the center of the room, Cassandra takes only a few moments to assess things before springing into action. She quickly unfolds a heavy net from her belt and tosses it at the Inkay while Weavile closes to melee range.
Cassandra Free Action: Ready the weighted net (50 HP). Weavile Shift Action: Advance to melee range with Inkay. (If it attempts to use a ranged attack against anyone other than weavile, it triggers an AoO for as long as Weavile is in melee range.)
Cassandra Swift Action: Surprise! for 1 AP. Trigger: You make an attack against a target that does not anticipate an attack or is adjacent to your Pokemon with Teamwork. Effect: Make two attack rolls for the triggering action, and use the better result to finalize the attack. If both attacks would hit, the target is Flinched. Surprise! may only be used once per Scene per target. If the triggering attack was a Poke Ball, Hand Net, Weighted Net, Glue Cannon, Cap Cannon, or Struggle Attack, it costs 1 AP to activate. Otherwise, it costs 2 AP.
Weighted Net AC 8 vs tPvKf|qP1d20+2 or 1d20+2 (Weavile's Teamwork grants accuracy boost to allies while it's adjacent to a foe) Pokemon hit by a Weighted Net become Slowed as long as the net is in place and cannot use Sky or Levitate speeds except to lower themselves safely back to the ground.
Cassandra Shift Action: Close to melee with Inkay. Cassandra Standard Action: Pinpoint Strike Orders on Weavile. (+2 Accuracy and Effect Range, -5 Damage)
Weavile Standard Action: Icicle Crash
AC 3 vs 1d20+2 Crit 18+. Flinch 12+. (Base 15, +1 Brutal, +2 Pinpoint Strike) Damage: 3d8+29 (Add 5 damage from Finisher if the net hits.)
Finisher Feature (Static): You and your Pokemon get a +5 on Damage Rolls against Fainted, Flinched, Sleeping, Slowed, Stuck, Trapped, or Tripped targets.
If Icicle Crash hits, Cassandra's Pack Hunt Triggers, granting her a free AC 5 Physical attack.
Pack Hunt AC 5 vs 1d20+2 Target loses a Tick of Hit Points. (unaffected by Finisher)1d20+2·1d20+2·1d20+2·3d8+29·1d20+2

On the one hand, this is what Evie's been expecting to happen ever since they found the dais. On the other, she was absolutely not prepared for this... thing. "Zut. Is that what made this hole?"Ale growls and snaps at the clay Koffing as it rises up right next to her. Startling an Arcanine is not the world's best idea - Ale's bite comes with a backdraft, fire jetting out from between her teeth as she snaps at the Koffing. Then Evie hauls herself up onto Ale's back, leaning down to avoid the ceiling. She strokes Ale's main gently, gearing her up to charge the eerie Inkay. "Come on, girl, get ready!"Alejandra uses Fire Fang! Shoko takes the opportunity to stretch her wings as she begins to levitate off of the ground and begins to circle some wind around the room. She guides it to provide a gentle nudge to her cohort aiding them in moving quickly. She turns to her archen issuing her order as she pointed to the Inkay as it slowly materialized, "Show me what you've got." Following her order she prepared to move her wings back in as the Tailwind would sustain itself now. However, a small nudge at her pockets soon brought distress to her face. A few of her shards were seemingly phasing through her clothes towards the Inkay, merging with it. Shoko remained floating in place in shock while trying to process what happened to her precious sources of happiness. Shoko uses Tailwind to provide all allies with +5 initiative for the entire encounter.
She uses brutal orders as a swift action as is her usualness.

Her attention is initially drawn to the Inkay, but as a Clay Sphere starts moving right next to her she decides she'd rather not deal with more sand while fighting that.
