Nero smiles and shrugs. "I'm not saying we charge into the back alleys and rough up any criminal elements we may find, maybe just ask around if we get the chance. But yeah, trying to catch some pokemon sounds good to me! So, off to find where we're staying, and then to catch, no time like the present, eh?"
With that being said, he finishes the last sip of his coffee and begins gathering his things to leave, recalling Ryke to his pokeball.

After consulting your Pokedexes, quickly finding the map application, you find out that the location of your hostel is fairly close to the Central Plaza, and as such, can infer that the boarding is usually rather expensive. It doesn't take too long to walk there and as you pass the Plaza once more, you notice that there are very few people out and about as compared to earlier during the day. Many shops are closed.
You soon reach your lodgings. Initially stumped by the hybrid key-card/passcode lock, you consult your Pokedexes once more, to find that you have a new message. Within is an apology from Zayna and your passcode, which you punch in, thereby gaining access to the hostel. The message also said that your rooms were on the first floor, which you enter. You are greeted by a somewhat long corridor with doors on either sides. From this you can assume that the rooms are fairly large for hostel rooms.
You can hear talking from the single kitchen. As you enter it, you are faced with a trio of Trainers. One of the two girls is tall and dusky skinned, wearing a close fitting top with the navel exposed and a denim jacket over it, which matches the jeans she is wearing. The other girl is has light skin and seems to, quite obviously, favour black when it comes to colours, seeing as how her hooded jacket, top and jeans are all black. The final member of the trio is also tall and dark skinned, but male. He wears glasses and a red beanie, which compliments the red top he is wearing under an open beige zip-up hoodie. Grey jeans complete his get-up. All have a single Pokeball sticking magnetically to their belts.
They notice you and give you friendly smiles. "Hello," "Hi," "Hey," you are greeted. The dusky skinned girl moves away from the counter-top she was leaning against to come over to you and shake your hands. "I'm Aisha Selim, these are Troy Beaumont-" she gestures to the tall guy, "and Ye Xiaomei," she indicates the other girl. Both wave upon being mentioned. "I assume you guys are my mom's other group?"

"Yep!" Eliza says enthusiastically, shaking the proffered hand. "I'm Eliza Aleph. 'Sup?" She takes in the surroundings and the people a bit more and nods approvingly. "Nice place. It'll be nice to be able to relax a little bit after this morning."

"Greetings" It sounded a bit forced...mostly because it was, she was trying to get better at talking, but it would take more than one game of twenty questions to make her have any skill at conversation. Teresa stared at each of the new people, studying their features. Her eyes did linger on Aisha a bit more than the rest, her interest in her still high due to the meeting of her mother.
"You may address me as Teresa, if that matters to you" Teresa didn't really care what she was called, but giving a name seemed appropriate, especially since Eliza had just done it as well.

Nero smiles widely as he shakes Aisha's hand, fully in his element. He liked the vibe he got off this girl. "'sup, I'm Nero." He gives a friendly up-nod to the other two members of her group, then looks to Eliza, nodding in agreement with her. "Yeah, definitely could use some relaxation. Wasn't exactly expecting to be attacked by fanatics in the first few minutes of becoming a trainer and all that." Those who are standing particularly close to him might hear him mumble a complaint about ruining his favorite hoodie. Seems he can't quite let that one go...

The other two members of the trio walk over after waving, seeing as how Aisha has effectively stopped you from going further into the kitchen. The trio seems to take Eliza's colourful appearance in stride, sparing her little more than a curious glance. The trio are actually more taken aback by Teresa's cold and indifferent manner than the glowing tattoos. Even that reaction is more one of amusement, especially between Aisha and Troy, who share a glance before looking at their teammate, who rolls her eyes. "Just call me Mei, by the way," the girl adds nonchalantly.
Troy nods at Nero, a half serious, half exasperated expression on his face. "We sure picked a bad time to become Trainers, huh?" He seems to consider something. "Or maybe this is the best time? I'd hate to be untrained and without Pokemon right now."
Aisha sighs. "I still feel bad, we got kidnapped because of me. Mom said she told you about that? Luckily our kidnappers were pushovers who had to use dirty tricks. I have to admit, their methods are quite dangerous however. It can't be easy to get your hands on large amounts of a potent enough variant of Sleep Powder to knock adult humans out for a good length of time."
A curious expression grows on Aisha's face. "You guys faced some terrorists as well right? I wonder how strong they were compared to the ones we battled." She smiles a little, her expression revealing a certain battle spirit. "Admittedly, I'm also curious about how good you are at battling. Since we're living in the same place for now, maybe we should have a battle once our Pokemon are fully healed."
Mei coughs a little into her hand. There is a pause, then Troy who seems to be quick on the uptake, responds, interjecting, "Maybe we should give it some more time before duking it out? Get to know each other and all that. We do have the same Agent after all, it's like we're classic rivals or something!"
Aisha pouts a little in your direction. "Come on, you know you want to! Anyway, it'd be a friendly battle! No risk of death, no time constraints, just some good old sparring, if you will."

"Sounds like fun!" Eliza says, cheerfully. The others might not want to but, yeah, not like it would hurt. "But... yes, not right now." Her voice becomes more somber. "Rainbow still needs to rest. She... took rather a beating in the last fight. I wasn't good enough..."
"Might take awhile until she's back in tiptop shape, though, so I'm sure we'll have plenty of time to get to know each other!" She seems to be making the best of a bad situation as she turns back to Mei and Troy, getting a chipper tone back. "Where are you guys from? I'm from Lumiose myself. Not used to a place like this yet."

Teresa raised an eyebrow. She understood that competition was high between trainers, but she often didn't understand it. She supposed it could be an easy way to field test against trained Pokemon. Maybe there was some merit to this.
"I'll agree with Eliza, they need time to rest. I personally took more damage, but I'd prefer for Variable to be in perfect condition." She gives a sideways glance at Eliza as she starts telling everyone where she's from. She supposed she could oblige as well. "Ambrette" Terse, that's Teresa for you.

Nero perks up a bit at the mention of a fight between the groups, although the pain in his shoulder causes him to think twice. "Sure, I'd be down for a friendly battle after we're given some time to rest up, maybe tomorrow?" He smiles and looks at Aisha. "After all, no better way to get to know someone than to spar, right? Oh, and speaking of getting to know each other, we were thinking of heading out and exploring, maybe finding some pokemon after we got settled here, you guys should join us."
He looks at Eliza with a little bit of a frown, not exactly happy with her blaming herself, but he keeps quiet about it, for the time being. He considers mentioning where he was from, but decides against it. If the other group wanted to know, they'd ask.

The trio smile at Eliza encouragingly. Troy in particular tries to console her. "I'm sure you did just fine."
They look at each other and then back to you. "Please don't spread this around, but we actually all grew up together here in Aquacorde," Aisha said. "My mom specifically put us together for this reason. She may or may not have been in trouble for doing this." She smiled helplessly, then continued. "Though we grew up together, we all moved away during some points of our lives. Mei's family now lives in Lumiose City, Troy's family lives in Anistar City and I stayed here in Aquacorde for the most part with my dad, while my mom moved around due to her career. Things are easier, now that she's stationed here as well."
Aisha nods at Nero with a smile. "Tomorrow sounds fine. I'd be up for doing some capturing. How about you?" She turns to her friends. "Yeah." "Sure." The responses are unanimous and so Aisha grins, "It seems we are good to go. Just call us when you're ready as well."

"Thanks for the support," Eliza says, smiling at the others, "But if I don't acknowledge when I'm not good enough, how am I supposed to get better?"
"And, oh, Lumiose?" she looks at Mei, "How do you like it there? It's a lot different than places like this. Granted, part of that's probably because Prism Tower's nowhere to be seen. Must be hard moving away from people that you grew up around, though"
"And, sure," she adds, "would be cool to go out and try and catch some Pokémon. I, uh, have never actually tried doing that," she admits, sheepishly. "Training with Rainbow was really all the engagement I needed at the time. So, more people would be great. Less chance something goes wrong..."

Teresa nods as everyone agrees to go out and fine Pokemon. She is glad her idea from earlier was catching on. "Yes, I suggested that earlier, so...I am still...down, is it?" She gives an awkward smile as she tries out slang, but it looks a little creepy, especially because of how fake it is. She is trying though.

Nero tries his best to stop himself from cracking at Teresa's awkward attempt to socialize, but his facade quickly breaks, and he has to turn his head away from her, choking down a laugh. It seemed that she had a bit more to personality than the cold, corporate facade after all. It only takes him a moment to snap back to normal though, and he looks at everyone with a smile. "Alright, I'm gonna find where I'm staying so that I can change out of these ruined clothes real quick, and then I should be ready whenever you all are." He begins to walk down the hall, muttering to himself as he goes. "Armor or no armor... well, we're not planning on getting into any serious battles right now, so maybe no armor... but given how this day is going..."

Teresa will pipe in as Nero walks away, trying out the vaunted power of humor. "Well...at least my teammate isn't an exhibitionist." The tone is rather sour, and comes off way more...harsh than she was trying, she doesn't really notice that herself. She turns to look at the rest's expressions to see if it succeeded, but while she was at it, she decided to finally ask the question she probably should have bothered with earlier.
"Oh yes, that reminds me, Is there a reason you wear such...flashy clothing, Eliza?" Her tone has a vague interest, as if she meant to ask it earlier, but due to forgetting it has been eating her up a little inside.

"Uh... okay, then?" Eliza responds to Teresa's exhibitionist comment. "That... that is indeed good." She's not quite sure how exactly the other jumped to that point but... well, she's a bit of a strange one.
"That brings me such joy that exhibitionism reminds you of my clothing, since that's exactly what I was going for." she dryly teases. "But, nah, more seriously, I just like 'em. They're bright, and different. What's the point of wearing what everyone else is, eh? And I like bright colours. They just pop. Clothes are a form of expression, after all! They'll say something about a person."

"Hm, interesting opinion... I'll note it down for future reference" Teresa held her hand to her head, doing a few small movements, but nothing majorly noteworthy.
"What does my clothing say about me, then?" She taps the side of her head as she says this, her gaze now fully back on Eliza, rather curious to the answer. She does choose her own clothing, so she wonders what thoughts the whole ensemble brings to a person such as Eliza, easiest way to get that answer is asking.

"Oh, that's easy," Eliza replies, casting a glance over the outfit in question. "It says that you care more for function over form, but also aren't so self-conscious as to try and fully conceal yourself. You don't really want to call attention to yourself just by presence alone, though, you'd rather do it by words or actions. And also," she adds wryly, nodding at the lab coat, "that you're either really dedicated to your work or worried that you'll spill something on your clothes." She of course knows that it's the former, but she couldn't resist getting the tease in. "That sound anything like you?"

Teresa nods at the question, Eliza had deduced it quite well. She was quite enamored with her work, practicality out-bred fashion everyday, though sometimes people thought her faux-sleeves were a fashion choice, they just make it easier to escape when someone grabs her by the arm.
"Quite accurate, and considering my job works with some chemicals and substances, both would be quite apt, wouldn't you say?"

Nero finds the room assigned to him as well as its passcode within the text Zayna sent him earlier. Unlocking it, he opens the door to be greeted by a large, professional, yet comfortable looking space. At the far side of the room, there is a desk with a chair next to it, waiting to be placed underneath. On its right side is another door which presumably leads to a bathroom. A little ways away from the entrance is a large bed, and not too far away from that is an armchair. Opposite the armchair is a cupboard. The room is sparsely decorated, but that simply makes it look clean rather than empty.
Troy looks at Eliza curiously. "Have you always worn clothing like that? I don't think my dad would let me wear an outlandish style even if I wanted to. He's a board member at Galactic, so apparently I should be "presentable" at all times in order to represent him well. I do what I want to some extent, by wearing more casual clothing than he wants me to, but it's nothing compared to your outfit, which I have to say, I do like. Really though, you get all sorts of people in Kalos right? It's not that strange for people to wear something different from the norm, especially in places like Lumiose City. Sometimes these things even catch on and start a trend."
He pauses for a moment. "Thinking about it, maybe spreading around that my dad's a board member of anything in these times isn't a good idea. Please keep that to your group," he asked.
Mei rolls her eyes at him. "Who do you think they're going to tell?"
Troy looks a little embarrassed after that. "Just wanted to make sure."
"Speaking of clothes," Aisha pipes up, "I love your outfit, Teresa. The lab coat just suits you so well." She turns to Eliza. "I am curious though, what do you think our clothes say about us?"

"Yeah, more or less, at least as soon as I started being old enough to pick out my own stuff," Eliza says, before shrugging. "Regardless, wear what you want. What's the point of living if what you want, even in something so small, is constantly being overruled by someone else?" The irony of that statement when pertaining to this particular half-dozen people does not go unnoticed, but she continues regardless.
"Do what makes you happy, as long as you're willing to deal with the consequences. And, really," she grins, "if you're worried that us spreading things around will put a target on you or anything," she traces a circle in the air with her finger and dots the center, the shape of a bulls-eye appearing on Troy's shirt, "then it's probably not as big of a deal as you'd think. Most people wouldn't even connect you now, would they? Besides, you'll have to live your own life someday." She shrugs, the light image disappearing. "Just my thoughts, anyways... was probably rambling on a little bit. I tend to do that, and I'm doing it now again..."
"Aaaaaaanyways," she says, looking the other trio of Trainers over, before first addressing Aisha. "Let's seeeee... you've got a fair bit of confidence in yourself, a good self-image. You're practical, but won't avoid bringing some flair or showing off if it won't hurt. Overall, a person willing to take charge, who won't hesitate too much."
She turns next to Troy, "Well, you already said that it's not exactly what you might want to actually wear, but... you're more concerned with doing things that make you happy, regardless of how people might judge you. There's still practicality in there, though. Good shoes, and still some pockets. You're wanting to stand out, but still hesitant to really get out there. Granted," she shrugs, laughing, "A lot of that is pretty much the same as what you said to me a moment ago, though, so... take it with a grain of salt of how much is unbiased, I guess"
And, finally, to Mei, "First impressions are someone who prefers to slip under the radar, and engage with people on their own terms. You're true to who you want to be, but you don't exactly flaunt it. You prefer to skim along the edges of problems, rather than tackling them head on."
"Man," Eliza chuckles, running her fingers through her hair. "This usually isn't something that I'm called on to do, so, hopefully I didn't make too much of a fool out of myself. Or, at least, if I did, it's the funny kind rather than the insulting one."
