Sara blinks and thinks for a moment, "I'm not sure what a machine or a robot is, but i would think a robot would be steel type, and this is ground and ghost" Sara would not remove her sight from the golett, hoping it does not attempt to harm them, they were strangers in its home after all.

I follow behind the group slightly throuhg the overly stereotype dungeon hallways, and believe I spot something in the darkness between two lanterns, but before I can warn Kotone, who's walking in front, she already bumps into it. Immediately, I hear a buzzing noise and a dim light starts shining. In the light I see... "A construct? What the hell?" Not exactly what I expected to see here. Then the girl starts spouting some babble about these 'Pokémon' and her own world. So, Transformed, ey? Odd. Nevermind, probably that bastard that put us here. Her explanation is interesting though. A whole new world, filled to the brim with magical creatures, and nothing but them, no human life whatsoever? Curious. I inspect the construct closer, hoping to spot something that would explain something about it's made, model and, if I get lucky, maybe some overriding codes. Some people are actually stupid enough to put those on constructs. Occult Education to inspect the construct for any oddities: MnQCS3sR4d6 "That sounds ... pretty amazing. From all that I can tell, this is a golem, a man-made construct given a semblance of life through magic. If you say it's from your world then ... looks like a clay body so that would explain the ... what was it, Ground Typing? Right? Replace the magic core with a specter or ghost of sorts ... it could work. Whoever made this, they're smart. That's clever, really clever. And that communication array, now that's something really impressive. Tough to make, tricky to keep working, and you must either hope whoever sees it speaks the same language as you, or use a shitton of Divination on it. No speach, but given the apparent lack of a mouth, that might explain it, plus, it saves on energy consumption." I pay little attention to the golems actions, figuring it isn't set to act unless we're confirmed to be raiders. An odd setting though, why make it so that you have to state your intent for it to act? 4d6

The small robotic pokemon looks between you all silently, as if judging your characters. Kotone, it takes one glance at you and you can automatically tell it doesn't like you. It seems that it didn't believe the mysterious shadowy unconvincingly denying that it's a raider. Huh, you can't imagine why not. Likewise, its eyes immediately pass over Sara, not even considering her to be a threat. When its eyes scan over Brinn, it takes a long time to stare at her in silence. When it finally moves on, you have no idea what it might think of you. As you kneel down to observe it, it takes a step back, and when you seem to ignore it in favor of what it's made of, it seems to grow mildly offended. Its eyes flicker for a moment before a new message is displayed. "Conclusion: 2 raiders, 1 hero, 1 innocent." It seems about to display another message when its eyes suddenly flicker once more and it turns its back to you and stares up at the ceiling, seeming to be preparing for combat. You don't get much time to ponder why as silently, 4 blue, batlike creatures drop down from the ceiling. Sara and Kotone, you are both caught completely unaware, but Anothony and Brinn manage to spot them in time to not be totally surprised. Anthony, Sara, as the bats drop down upon you, you feel them dig their fangs into you viciously as they get a little something in return. That was far from pleasant. Brinn, Kotone, each of your little batty friends decide to hang back a little bit. The high pitched screeching sounds that you may or may not have heard earlier grow louder in intensity until it's the only thing you can hear, muddling your thoughts. Anthony, you take 14 physical bug type damage. Sara, you take 15 of the same. Brinn, Kotone, you are both now confused.
All PCs may now take their turns in whatever order they wish. Initiative Order: 15 - Zubats 10 - Anthony, Brinn, Sara 5 - Kotone 4 - Golett

Sara squeals in pain, taking a hurried step back to disengage, her calm aura seems to explode outward afterwards, covering the nearby area and bringing her allies to their senses, she was in danger and she knew it, but what could she do? She lacked the attacking moves she had prior to coming here, she didn't want to hurt anything either, the gun was scary as well. She would hold up her arms to shield herself from oncoming attacks, it wouldn't do much but in this panicked state she couldn't do much else. Perhaps the harmless appearance will dissuade the zubat from harming her? She gives it a scared glance. Disengage and trigger calming vibe to cure all confusion within 2 meters, aka both allies. then she cowers.

Kotone staggers back for a moment as the noise pierces through her head. It's shrill enough and loud enough to be painful, and it's doing nasty things to her inner ear, until a wave of calmness sweeps over her. She doesn't know where it came from, but it gives her enough time to steady herself. She glares up at the... bats. Okay. They're in a dungeon, and there are bats. Lovely. She takes a deep breath and focuses, drawing on the genes implanted in her. "So you want to play rough, hm? Apollyon Complex, activate!"A strange, clear fluid leaks from Kotone's pores, soaking through her clothes until it covers her body and begins hardening into sheets of chitinous armor. By the time it finishes, she's all but unrecognizable, with a mask of chitin like a grasshopper's head covering her face and her body looking like a massive, humanoid insect, made all the more sinister by the shadows still dancing over it. Behind the exoskeleton, Kotone grins fiercely up at the bats. "Okay, let's dance." The words come out in a feral snarl. Kotone uses Defend Order! Kotone's Defense rose! Kotone's Special Defense rose! The Golett's scrutiny causes her to shift slightly in discomfort. She doesn't usually attract a gaze for that long. It's statement of their character left her disquieted. The innocent was clear but...at least one of the other two was a 'raider'. Of course the sudden shift of the golem caught her attention, or more importantly the bats that sprung out behind it. "Look out," she calls, but the swarm is upon them before she can do anything. She tries to take a step forward but the ground seems to shift under her. Brinn's head is swimming. She just manages to make out Sara's scared visage. The sight fills her with determination and, with a calm stride, she slides in front of the girl. She lashes out at the nearest beastly bat. "Back off!" The absurdly colored sword connects, sending the bat caroming down the hallway before it flops on the floor. With success from the strike, she shifts her attention to another of the bats. "It'll take more than you lot to take on the BlackBlood!" Kotone's sudden shift from slight woman to a green clad warrior, leaves one more thing for Brinn to wonder at. "Wh-where did that?" She leaves the sentence hanging and tries to let the transformation slip from her mind. The shapeshifter could wait. There were still several bats in front of her. I'm kinda surprised at the constructs assessment of us, and even more so when the thing seems offended at my actions, which makes absolutely bugger all sense, but whatever, when the construct looks away. I quickly look up and I see several ... purple bats heading our way. Not the strangest creatures I've encountered so far, but still, outside of the Nine Hells, odd. One of the flying pesks darts of towards me and bites me, seemingly sucking some life force out of me. Great. Just. Fricking. Great. Fricking vampires, just what we fricking needed. I raise my hammer to bash the Zubat away, but just as it's about to connect, I feel a rushing energy through my arm and a bolt of lighting jumps from the hammer to the bat. Now that's interesting, the magic I saw earlier seems to be some sort of elemental Evocation. No time to contemplate that now though, combat's happening! Anthony used Thunder Shock! The Golett finally springs to life with a small whir. Seeing one of the Zubat go after Sara, it in turn goes after that Zubat, pulling back an arm and giving it a ghostly surprise. The Zubat, not to be outdone, swoops in and gives the Golett a surprise of its own, and its eyes flicker for a moment and it stands still. It seems that the hit had interfered with its function as its eyes flicker multiple colors, seeming to go through a quick reboot sequence. Anthony, the Zubat in front of you is scorched hard by the zap, it flaps its wings and flies in angrily, taking a nasty bite of you as it restores some of its own vitality. You had given it a good hit, but the life sucking could get very old very quickly. The Zubat that Brinn knocked away can do nothing but pick itself up from the floor, and you're certain it would be glaring angrily at you, if it had eyes. The Zubat that had been facing up against Kotone sees Brinn send its companion flying and it seems to gauge her as a larger threat, turning and swooping in for a hit, catching her completely unaware. Anthony, you take 17 Physical Bug type damage. Brinn, you take 18 Physical Ghost type damage and are flinched.
Take your turns!

So the robot's on their side. Great. Whatever. Kotone has more pressing issues at the moment - like, for instance, the fact that right now she very much needs to rip some annoying bats to shreds. She has these blades in her hands... well, she might as well use them. The bat that turned away from her toward Brinn might find itself discovering that that was a mistake. Kotone all but howls as she charges at the bat, the shadowy swords crossing in an X as she rips at it. There's not a whole lot of technique there - she's too angry for much finesse, even if she had the slightest idea how to use a sword. She keeps on going for a few steps before she stops, panting. Her mind feels a little clearer now - clear enough to be slightly horrified at how badly she just wanted to murder that bat. Distantly, she realizes one of the blades seems to have disappeared. Sara witnesses the combat around her, unprepared for such a spectacle, and unable to bring herself to cause harm to another creature, she looks to the zubat attacking Brinn and would shake a bit, stating "please... stop fighting" in an attempt to calm the feral pokemon, unsure of how well it would work, she was not like it anymore and her influence could be gone, who knows. Whether it was Kotone transforming into a bug or Anothony's hammer suddenly spewing lightning, Brinn's concentration wavered. The lapse allowed one of the bats to catch her unawares, causing her to flinch away from it. It was hardly a scrap in truth. And the one she'd hit didn't even have the decency to stay down! At least she wouldn't have to worry about the robot attacking the raiders.

Well, the lighting seems to have worked, if only slightly. I'm guessing my skill with offensive Evocation really isn't worth shit at the moment. Time for the ancient My-Hammer-To-His-Face technique. I swing out my hammer, landing it right on top of the bat with pinpoint precision. Now chance in the Hells that it's gonna dodge that. Anthony used Feint Attack! The Zubat that Anthony is in fierce battle with gets knocked around, but it isn't done yet, it swoops in and gets a direct bite on his neck, sucking life energy and pulling back with a triumphant screech. The small golem gets through its reboot sequence just in time to get hit by its Zubat opponent once again, but it weathers the blow and stares at it angrily, ready to fight back. The Zubat that Brinn knocked away swoops in from the edge of the battle, but it still can't quite get in range to hit anything. It screeches at Brinn angrily, but it doesn't seem to have the same confusing effect it had before. It still messes with her mind though, the noise dulling her senses. The last Zubat that turned away from Kotone, not marking her as a threat, turns back to her angrily, swooping in for an attack and battering her head. Anthony, you got crit, lucky you! Take 21 physical bug type damage, please.
Brinn, you were missed by a Supersonic. Enjoy your -2 penalty to accuracy rolls.
Kotone, take 19 physical ghost type damage, please. Enjoy~!
Oh yeah, you all can go now, I guess.

Damn, that hurt. Yeah, that's gonna leave a bruise, I'm afraid. Motherfricking bat is starting to get on my nerves. I'm guessing it's gonna keep healing if I don't put it down quickly. The bats shrieking still rings in Brinn's head, annoying but manageable. She is vaguely aware that Anothny is being attacked but she knows better than to turn her back on the ones in front of her. She lashes out at the one that had been harassing herself and the bug woman but between the resounding shrieks and the flexing sword, her flail goes wide. "Hold still you cursed thing," she growls though it isn't clear whether she means the sword or the bat. Another Dragon Tail! AC 3 TM4wXdoM1d20-4

"Gah!" Kotone flails an arm at the bat going after her head. Even through the chitin, that hurts. She really isn't sure what to do to these things, not when she can feel the rage pushing at the edges of her mind, trying to get in. She's worried about one of the blades vanishing, too; she can't help but wonder what will happen if she tries to use the other one. Maybe it will rid her of the shadows... or maybe she'll just lose a pretty potent offense. After a moment, the flailing turns into a real punch. She didn't have high hopes when she threw it, but she thinks she clocked the bat a good one that time. Her vision clouds with shadow as the rage takes over again, and she makes a noise as if she intends to spit at the bat. "Come back for more, I dare you." Sara opens her eyes and has a firm gaze, looking over at the combat, she states "Zubats, they are weak to psychic, rock, ice, and electric attacks. They resist bug, grass, fighting, poison and fairy. Keep using that thunder shock attack if you are able, it is most effective." New confidence arises from within her, she raises the gun and thinks of a ball of electricity and pulls the trigger at the zubat attacking anthony, her voice stern and informative. As her shot misses horribly an appearance of shock covers her face, hoping not to have harmed an ally. Accuracy of thundergun, if that's possible, otherwise rubber 7hSO|qIg1d20 AC 4 if hit 1d8+8+5 Electric maybe? :3

Anthony brings the hammer up, and when it goes down, the zubat goes down with it. Similarly, the small golem seems to curl up in a ball, rolling up and over the zubat that had been harrying it and crushing it underneath its weight in a far more devastating than normal blow. That zubat isn't getting up again any time soon. Kotone gets a satisfying slash in on the zubat attacking her, even as Brinn misses it. It probably won't last much longer. As Sara raises the gun, she thinks of lightning shooting forth, but unfortunately that isn't what it's made for, and it gives a weak fizzle of blue arcane sparks instead. The two remaining zubats seem oblivious to the fate of their brothers, and swoop in to bite Kotone and Brinn respectively, gaining some vitality back as they go, but it isn't nearly enough vitality to face off against the 5 of you. You'll finish them handily soon. Brinn, take 16 physical bug damage, Kotone, take 18!
I'm just going to say at this point that you're going to finish the zubats before they can act again, so flavor it as you wish and continue on.
After you lot have finished the remaining 2 zubat, the slightly damaged looking robot walks up to Brinn and projects a message in front of her. "Hero, are the bandits holding you and the Innocent against your will?"

The first 'Zubat' that had attacked Brinn finally wanders back over. Its triumph is short-lived as Brinn gives another great heave of the the sword and sends the bat crashing into the wall before it crumples to the ground. One down, and its partner was downed too by one of the others. The few bites she sustained were trivial.
Were the others uninjured as well? Kotone looked a little worn. Brinn is just turning to check on Anthony and Sara, when the Golett writes forth a message. Her a hero? "I'm no hero," she says bluntly. "And these two..." She glances at Kotone and Anthony, "I think they are prisoners here too. Her tone shifts, suddenly bolder, Not that they could hold me if they tried." Still, she hadn't forgotten that something was holding her here. "So, do you know a way out?" She inquires gruffly.
The Gollet's response is important but Brinn still needed to know the condition of the others. "Are you unhurt?" She asks, even though she can see Anthony is rather ragged. Brinn is more concerned with everyone being able to continue traveling. She didn't have any plans on staying here.

When the bat swoops toward her again, Kotone catches it with a rather acrobatic flying kick, driving it into the nearest wall. She grabs hold of it and slams it against the wall viciously a few more times, snarling something incoherent that has the tone of a threat. Then she seems to realize what she's doing and backs away; her armor vanishes as she does, sort of dissolving into nothingness, and when her face becomes visible, it's even paler than normal. She looks down at the remaining blade and tries to hurl it away - but of course it stays firmly lodged in the grip of that shadowy hand that follows her own. "What is this thing?"
She glances over sharply at Brinn and snaps out "We'll see who could handle who" before she realizes what she's saying and bites her tongue. This is probably not the best time to antagonize the closest thing she has to allies, even if she's not used to being a team player. She huffs out a reluctant sigh. "Sorry.
She holds a hand over one of the bite marks she sustained that's still trying to bleed. "I've had worse. I'll live. Are, uh, bats venomous?" Kotone doesn't know a whole lot about wildlife, what with living on a planet that hasn't got any.
