Isabella nods at Keno's comment, rubbing a hand over her right temple before pausing in the action. "Um... Should we go find that other Applicant before we go? The older fellow who left the group right away?"
She watches Keno call out to the Pokémon and the hand that was rubbing her temple slips to the general area of her chin to help hide the smile that's starting to grow there.

Izzy can see the bubbles created by the pokemon and gives keno a glare, but he has enough focus to not be too bothered by it. When making the melodic rhyme to the corphish, the pokemon starts giving off less bubbles and feels around the direction where he spoke. It slowly approaches through the dark water.

Seeing the Corphish seeingly calm down, and move twards him, there were one of two options; it did not see him as a threat and became curious, or it viewed him as potencial food. If nothinging else of Izzy's sentiment got across, he was aware that this was a result of his actions, though he did not view them as wrong or rash.
His assumption was, the Corphish relied more on sence of sound, and feel of temperature, a result of the dark caves that caused his albino mutation. Keno figured it was worth the risk, and slowly lowered a hand into the water, fingers together, (incase it was the food option). He made no attempt to reach out to the pokemon but rather, let it decide. The temperature of the water would no doubt spike and alert the COrphish to his presence.

You can tell that the corphish is, indeed, curious of your presence. The pokemon begins to move toward your hand, but as it gets to the point to where you are under the light of your flashlight, it shivers and begins swimming backward. Even the soothing sound of your voice doesn't seem to get it closer.

Click. Off went the light, Keno knew it was time to move on, but the least he could do was assure the pokemon, everything would be alright. In a way, it felt like Keno was extending his senses, 'seeing' much like the Corphish did. He waited, listening to the sounds, feeling the vibrations in the water.
After a few more moments, and hopefully some reassuring contact, Keno would rise and rejoin the rest of the Trial members. "Oh right, had anyone seen Jakar?"

Isabella frowns uncertainly, "Hopefully the Professor will be done with whatver he had to take care of by the time we're done here, so we can confirm that he didn't get trapped, injured or worse in here. Though we haven't crossed paths with anything overly dangerous that I've seen so far."

Each of you feel something move in your bags and pockets. A stream of smoke leaks out of the openings, which strangely has a hint of the tobacco from Jakar's cigars.

Izzy freezes for a beat, her eyes going wide, before she shifts the bag from her back to one shoulder. Ensuring the opening will be pointing away form her and any of her fellow Applicants, she reaches up and opens the bag further. Wondering if this might be another illusion/Spirit, she offers a tentative, "Hello?"

Jason quickly checks the stone in his coat pocket. If it is the thing smoking he will go dip it into the remaining water. If it is not, Jason will direct his attention to Izzy, waiting to see if anything answers her.

Izzy, you find what looks like a large playing card in the bag. It has an image that looks like Jakar, holding two aces and three eights in his hand. A Pokemon that looks like a Murkrow is perched on his shoulder.

Izzy immediately takes the smoking (previously-smoking?) card and places it on the floor before taking a half-dozen steps backwards, continually facing it. Only then does she dig into the bag to see if the Stone she put in there earlier is still in there.

You all find that your stones are where you left them, safe and sound in your bags. The cards released another puff of smoke as a familiar voice echoed from them.
"Dear, Frers et Sere, as much as I would have enjoyed spelunking in this dark hope with you all, I have very pressing matters to attend to in Carbonne City. I hope you don't mind my rude exit while you followed the art gallery, but I had no time to wait for you. So, I took the liberty of getting a bit of help from some 'friends' in collecting my part of the cave's treasure and the license that was prepared for me upstairs. I wish you luck on the rest of your trial. I know it won't be as easy for you as it was for me. Until we meet again, Jakar." The cards then vanished into thin air.
Keno, in the dark water, you feel the Pokemon touch your hand with its feelers. From the amount of time it took, you could tell it was studying you. Not long after, you could feel some points pressing around your hand. It wasn't hard or painful, but enough to hold onto you.

Keno got used to the feelers and the Corphish explored, but the grab sent a ripple through his body, 'this fella is either curious, or very brave, maybe both.' Not feeling any pain, he didn't want to pull away for fear of startling the creature. In response, Keno wrapped his fingers around what he believed to be a claw, applying subtle pressure, on par with what he received. Beyond that he didn't have any plans, the Corphish seemed to be calm now at least, so it was time for him to continue his quest.
Intuition to determine if his beliefs are true 3d6
"OK buddy, it's time for me to get going, gotta finish up so we can get the water back to normal, you're welcome to come along if you like." Eventually, Keno would need to release the pokemon, stand and regroup with he companions.3d6·3d6

Izzy looks thoughtfully at the card as she moves the stone from her bag into one of her pant pockets for easier access.
"Well... It's good to know that he's uninjured. And that the Professor won't have to get anyone to do all this on their own."
She looks at the others and then watches Keno and the aquatic Pokémon, seemingly rather patient for him to retrieve his hand in the safest way possible.
