Random thought of the day: Do you guys want to share your Pokémon "wishlists" with each other, of just the GM? Izzy's aiming for just 9 Pokémon total, though I'm not sure if this universe has the hard maximum of 6 Pokémon in a Trainer's Team at any given time, or not. I haven't put much thought into it actually. As a duelist, Keno would be interested in Pokemon with the super much ability like Absol, and maybe someone with interrupt moves like sucker punch... I planned on letting the world we are in show him what his team will be. |

Jason will want to find some fire power and a nice defensive wall after he learns the seriousness of the league, but for now he just wants to make friends and meet a bunch of cool pokemon. He had the rider ability so getting him a mount would be on my list for him.
What 9 does Izzy want?

This is the current list. If the Taillow resist all 10 'Balls she has currently, I'll need to revise it.
Effectively, it's 9 Pokémon, each dual-type with no overlap and no Type changes due to evolution. (I sometimes do a "one 'mon per Type" run in the actual games. *shrugs*)
ICly I like to think she might have seen a few of those in action with the Trainers she worked with.

Despite Corphish and Gypsy both being water type, Keno still wanted to befriend the Corphish. It had unique qualities that intrigued him. With his desire to find new pokemon, the thought of catching a pokemon HE had never seem before was alluring. Beyond that, they already began to bond.
"OK, I'm going to try to talk to Corphish and see it it wants to come along, if things get combative, you can try and snag a Squirtle right off the bat, before they wake, or jump right into battle. I'll back you with the remaining Squirtle as soon as I am done with Corphish."
Cradling Gypsy in his arms, Keno slinks through the cavern. Trying not to disturb the sleeping Squirtle as he moved, he made his way towards the Corphish. "Hi again," he cooed, "I'm a pokemon trainer now, and I would like it if you joined me on my adventure. Or, if you wish, you can test our strength in combat."
Gypsy hops down from Keno's arms and strikes a majestic pose, trying to impress, but not to intimidate. Keno in response holds out an empty pokeball.
Stealth to sneak 4
Mystic Senses to charm 8
