"Oh right..." Jane had grown accustomed to having slightly less flimsy opponent so she wasn't prepared for the pikachu to be KOed so easily, even if the attack had been super effective. Ah well. Luckily she really wasn't in a hurry or anything so she could probably fix this!
First the dismissed Alice and Sam, sending out Nie. Less threatening that way she figured.
Then she retrieved one of her Revives and applied it to the Pikachu. She really just couldn't leave it laying around on her ranch! That would have felt weird.
And then, assuming the yellow mouse didn't immediately bolt (electric or running kind - either would make her pause!) she attempts to boop it with a pokéball.

Nie manages to avoid being distracted by pikillusions and spots it nearing the edge of the clearing. Once in the forest again it will be much harder to track down.

At Initiative 6 she figures out that simply Crunching it might be easier - so she goes for just that.

The bird tweets in anger as it flutters away from Sam's snapping jaws. It first Intimidates, and then blows Sam backwards.
Starly used Whirlwind! Sam is pushed back X meters, where X is 8 minus their Weight Class.
