Miguel watched in amusement as Mother was about to suggest that they go back to meet them, only to be interrupted when two of them got here, Sparrow with a wound on his forehead that she immediately started fretting over while Suzume ratted him out by mentioning a guard. Maybe Sparrow got the attention of the guards by showing off those knives out in the open? He did manage to glance them while the forest was giving him bittersweet reminders of his past.
He then snorted and rolled his eyes at her last comment about him and the mildly sulking Kuchi. "Eh, close enough I suppose." He remarked dryly and Kuchi sulked a little more.
Of course the competent one was Miguel's favorite bodyguard, and he was still hiding around... somewhere. Hopefully still not found yet. But who knows?
As Miguel responds, Mother chuckles to herself and pats Sparrow on the head
"Well, if you all have nothing better to do, perhaps we should make our way back to the others? I'm sure Easter is dying to go visit Fantasyland"
Miguel will also receive an alert on his phone. It seems Kuro has sent him a message. A picture of Miguel and the others on the mountain trail, but from absurdly high up. Perhaps Kuro has turned into a bird?
Miguel shrugged, not having any complaints about this because surely a place named like that won't have decorations or themes that would punch his nostalgia in the gut. Or at least he hoped it wouldn't. "Well, not really. So sure, why not? Unless the others mind?"
He then paused when he got a text and pulled out his phone, only to raise an eyebrow at the contents. How in the hell did you get that angle? Is there an observatory up there or something? Miguel texted back.
Kuro sends back a picture oh himself in the sky, with a parachute behind him, slightly crying, mostly smiling.
"Through a series of events, I found myself skydiving. On the upside, I found you!"
Mother acquires the rest of the party, and they all head to fantasy land, a part of the park heavily inspired by medieval fantasy; Knights, Princesses, Dragons, and even an orc! Or that might have just been an unsightly patron. There are rides based off the epic adventures of King Arthur, Celtic lore, and Game of Thrones, because some franchises merit servicing. There's also food courts offering everything from mead and beer, to cupcakes and finger sandwiches, and no, not actual fingers. Children and patrons litter the streets, some in their costumes, waving foam swords and plastic wands like youthful exuberance merits. The entirety of the park are various sections of a well constructed castle, that may me impressive in stature, but disturbingly complex in terms of finding your way around. Easter is clearly excited. Stupidly excited. She runs from stand to stand gawking in gibberish over how much she simply can't handle it.
Ciara interrupts Easter's excite-fueled rampage with a wave of her sketchpad.
"Um, Easter, you said you wanted to check out my work, right? I can't really draw at home so I often carry at least one sketchpad with me. This one has mostly landscapes, though my style can be a bit... intense"
She handed the sketchpad over, a bit worried that the extreme contrast and movement of her art would turn the bubbly girl away.
Suzume looks around with a mixture of wonder and confusion. "This place is an absolute labyrinth." She looked at the sky considering for a moment before asking the others "Anyone else feel like getting something cold and sweet. An ice cream or Slushee would be great right now."
Easter manages to halt her spastic spree of glee for a bit to gander at Ciara's art. The sugar high teen was clearly impressed. So impressed that she immediately embraced Ciara in a lung collapsing hug
"CIARRAAAAA!!! These are amazing! You're like Mozart! But with art! And way cuter than Mozart because you aren't dead!!!"
Sparrow sighs at Easter's antics. He wasn't a fan of the fact that he was the more mature one of the two. He looks over to Suzume
"I wouldn't mind getting something with you. If not to avoid be associated with ADHD Barbie over here"
"Barbie is literally the personification of the perfectly sculpted girl, so thank you Sparrow!~"
"Something frozen would be nice right now. Forestland's lack of air conditioning is rather taxing."
Sparrow, Mother, Suzume, and any wishing to go with them head over to the Ice Queen's dispensary. They have a wide selection of fantasy themed frozen treats, such as the Uni-Cone, Kind Neo of house Politan, Hushee it's a slushee . . . ok they weren't all gems, but have you ever tried making ice cream pun names for fantasy theme? It's difficult, and the creators should be commended for their efforts!
Jaricha wanders around a bit. She mostly checks out all the different suits of armor that around. They kind of remind her of her own attire in Mythos...Although these are more cumbersome while hers are...well...
After Miguel texted Kuro back ( How in the world did you even get to skydiving and how are you using your phone right now? More importantly where can I sign up? ) he followed the others, idly marveling at how this place mimicked a Western medieval fair like the ones he had been to in Europe (and even one in America but that time was weird as hell) despite being in Japan. His head nodded along to the cheery flutes as he watched Kuchi starting to take pictures like a true blue tourist and the others just flitter along.
At the mention of a nice cold treat though, he followed the others and then he bought himself and Kuchi some icy treats with some horribly punny name, and then offered to do the same for the others. "Any of you want to buy something here as well? My treat. Especially you, beautiful." He shot a wry smile her way.
Mother smiles in response to Miguel's offer. She was just about to make a request when suddenly Sparrow showed up in between the two, carrying two large frozen yogurts, and glaring at Miguel. He hands one to Mother.
"Here you are Mother. I didn't bother to wait to get your treat, like SOME people . . ."
Mother laughs and takes her frozen delight
"Well Miguel, it would seem that Sparrow has you beat as the sweetest little gentleman this round~"
As Jericha looks around at the knights armor, she'll hear a family arguing amongst each other. A mother, father, and son, the son being 14 or 15. The parents seem to be in distress and concerned for their son, while the son seems agitated and stressed out
Jericha looks at what all the yelling is about, but looks back to whatever she was doing. Geez that's annoying. You're supposed to got to the park to have fun, right? Jericha tries to just mind her own business.
As the group enjoys their ice cream, there is a faint high pitched scree ringing in your ears. At its original volume, it could easily be muddied with the ambiance of the park, but slowly it becomes more dominant, until it's impossible to ignore. As it grows, the walls around you start distorting into purple and green flashes of numbers, reminiscent of what you've all experienced in Mythos, but you all seem to be the only ones aware of it. Mother and Easter look stern, but before Mother could address the group, Sparrow whips out his phone and uses the Jackapp, disappearing before you all
Well, two people agreed but Sparrow snatched away the opportunity to get Mother something before he could even get his wallet out. Heh. This kid. He smirked at Sparrow in amusement before nodding at both Suzume and Mother. "It seems so. Anyways, I'll get yours Suzume." He said with an amused chuckle and bought her ice cream.
After that, he and Kuchi just followed after the others with their ice cream, humming contentedly until they both paused, grimacing. However, Miguel then frowns when he starts to see distortions around them - an ominous sign. Before anyone could say anything about it though, Sparrow took out his phone and vanished, leaving Miguel and his twitching eyebrow.
"Your charge has no chill, Beautiful. None." He deadpanned.

Hi there! I'm Seya, a 24 y.o. editor in Atlantic Canada. I enjoy writing, reading, webcomics, art, worldbuilding, and video games (I can talk for ages about SotC and Monster Hunter...). Although I'm relatively new to playing Pokémon Tabletop via forum, I've been putting together sites like this for a long time, and I'm really excited to work with you all to create an awesome environment for Pokémon roleplay. While my job here is primarily to keep the site running smoothly, I'm always happy to chat, offer advice, and deal with any problems you run across. Let me know if I can be of any help. Inbox is always open! Cheers! xx :)
Hello! I'm Sly, the East Coast mod representative! I'm a 22 year old tax accountant who is exactly as exciting as that sounds, I'm sure. PTU is my major hobby, I run several games (of which the Geode games are my pet project), and I read a disgusting amount of fanfiction. I've been a member of the community for about a year, consider myself more GM material than player material, and am dedicated to helping make your time here enjoyable! If there's ever anything you need, don't be afraid to send me an owl! (Or a PM, I guess, if that works better for you.)
Hey there! I’m DataNinja, the West Coast representative. I'm the most active Staff member on here, so if you need something, try giving me a poke first, and I'll see if I can help sort out your problem. Always happy to help!
(1 May 2015): "For our first pack, we’re focusing on utility character options. Hopefully, this will give you both interesting insights into our dev process as we make changes over time and another focused avenue to give us feedback on what you’d like to see out of PTU."
People are out there, yes, but if you're looking for a game, sorry to say that things seem to be winding down overall. There's basically been... 3 games in the last 2 years, none of which got off the ground.

UwUs into the void...

It's very slow, yes. You'll probably finish working on your game before one pops up here, and if you create a recruitment for it you can expect to be swarmed with applicants.

New games seem to open up slowly here, but if new people are still welcome, I don't mind waiting around (or working on my own). It looks like there's some useful stuff to browse in the meantime.

Anyone else here a Hunter x Hunter fan?

Keep an eye on the recruitment area of this website. They're rare nowadays, but any new games that crop up will show up there. If it's a live game you want though, you're outta luck.

but how else do i find games then?
Nov 28, 2019 6:17:00 GMT
Sounds to me like they weren't a group you'd want to be part of anyway.

i wanted to join a living server on roll20 to learn the system but they ignored my application for 2 weeks then blocked me

Basically, GMs post recruitments in the appropriate section, and then players apply to the open games. Unfortunately, there has been a rather... small amount of games posted lately, but there's one currently recruiting right now.
