Luke had been listening intently, absorbing all the information that was being slung around. So the tiny blue thing was a Phione, as well as being Gil. Good to know. And Snow... He'd changed into a six armed GIANT. This boded ill for Luke, but he'd been in worse scraps. He closed his eyes as Snow began to speak about fighting Arceus.
Killing the one thing that had made all of creation. Yeah that seemed a bit batshit insane, but he was now a Victini so he supposed Snow wasn't COMPLETELY mental. Just predominantly so. One word stuck out from Snow's grandiose speech though. The word Transform. Not past tense. Specifically implying control. That meant he could probably shift back to being human if he tried hard enough.
Even if he could swap to his human form, he wouldn't yet. Not with the monstrosity in front of him. It'd be too easy for Snow to break him in half if he were a human. His instincts told him he was faster now, stronger too. He may be smaller but he knew he could do some major damage. So he leaned back a bit, setting his footing right as he dived back into his memories.
Something had been bugging him. There was one memory he couldn't get over. All four of his pokemon had, in a last ditch effort, tried attacking him at once. From the ground beneath him, flames had erupted and exploded outwards, ending the fight as he tucked into the meal. Luke rewound the memory a bit, focusing on the feeling. It was there, buried deep within him, the fire he needed. It was time to bring it forth.
"You've ruined no less than 20 lives today. Now you want us to ruin even more? I don't think so!" He pushed off his back foot, rocketing forward as flames enveloped him, exploding outwards the moment he was in range of Snow. Ironic that Lina had used him as the model of patience a moment before, but his anger had boiled over.

Gordon was about to respond to one of Gil or Lina, but was distracted by the burning butt buster rapidly approaching. Mildred's a yacht.
Her head turned towards he blue top, plopping to sit as she wiped the blood from her muzzle with a paw. "Thanks for that," she smirked, shaking her head a bit, "but I'm no where near a fancy boat. Besides... I think you'd swim a lot easier than me."
Her attention returned to Snow as he spoke, brow furrowing at the words. She would of spoke up if Gil hadn't interjected with his own comments, all pertaining to stupid card games they play in the casinos. She looked a bit more befuzzled at the notion. Of course he was going to tell them. He had nothing to fear from them, so what would there be to lose? By just the small amount of power that was wafting off of him he could probably have killed them all in an instant if he so chose.
Then the girl spoke up, her calmness even more than Mildred's own sent a bit of unease down her spine. Her questions about the eggs did pique her own interest, though what followed made her smirk. "Power in numbers. It's easier to overwhelm something with many pawns over trying to do something yourself."
She followed her gaze to Gil, before it drifted to Luke, tilting her head at the small pokemon's expression. He most certainly was not calm... and her thought was proved right as he spoke out. She watched almost blankly as he charged towards their 'host', enveloped in flames though she just watched. She may have been fucked up... but she wasn't suicidal. Not yet anyway. Not until her sister was cured and home.
She watched as the small thing was flung around as Snow disappeared, staring only a moment before a laugh bubbled up from her. "Man you're some kind of stupid, aren't you...?" she spoke towards LUke before her ears perked up, listening to Snow's voice. "I suppose that could be just as valid of a reason as my suggested one."

"What, do I swim? I don't even know. I can do this..."
Gil spins around a couple of times before landing on Mildred again.
"But that's about it. I guess I'm water type, cause blue, but I ain't got sense to test that."
Gil looks to Lina talking, and shakes his head, turning back to Snow.
Nope. She's waaaay to into this. Not touching that. Nope. Nope. Nope.
And then Luke decides to be as dumb as their hosts. He puts his dimunitive hands to his temple.
"Moron. Obviously he'd just smack you down, you can feel what we feel. I'd say to Snow to just kill you and get it over with but..."
Gil looks up and smirks.
"Snow can't kill us. He won't. We are way too valuable at this point. Snow's given us too much info and leverage to begin with. Now you two finish your little 'spat'. Then we can talk seriously. I'm officially declaring that I'll be representing us four now. This is what I do. We are too valuable to let go now, Snow. And I get those valuable things to clients. So 'Chef'... Lets do some fucking business."

Snow Unbound's head reappears just in front of Mildred and Gil, smirking. He then casually turns his head at Lina and, still smirking, answers her question. "Do you know why there are always gods? It's not that they're immortal, they're still Pokémon after all, it's that whenever they do die, a new egg appears to hatch a replacement shortly after." He turns back to face Gil directly "And yes, that includes if you were to die. But let's negotiate, I'd rather not waste a few more months doing this again"

Luke just attacked Snow. After I said that to Mister Gil... Oh no...
Ignoring that the extremely powerful Something didn't actually seem all that phased by what had looked, as far as she could tell, like a rather serious attack, actually attacking their host during a very important conversation was not acceptable! At least Chef Snow didn't seem to mind, right...?
Once Lina (eventually) overcame that shock, she turned her head to the other canine-shaped guest, and said, "This feels like really high investment for pawns... You have a point, though." Normal pawns didn't practice insubordination, either, she thought glumly.
Gil... looked like he knew what he was doing. That was good... Someone who dealt in rare items would have to be a good negotiator, right? As she rose, slowly, to her feet, as much to move toward their negotiator as to move away from their... Warrior, the image Snow described sent a shiver down her spine. And begged yet more questions, but if Gil was handling negotiation, well... Information was another form of currency, or some such, and demanding more of it could make his job harder, very soon.
Besides, rather intimidated by the giant, disembodied head's watchful stare, Lina tried to hurry over to the other two, stopping behind them. Like Mildred said, power in numbers. Also, relief in not being the one stared at.

Well. That hadn't worked. Luke picked himself up, dusting his tiny body off as he was talked down to. Nothing he wasn't used to. Vermillion punks, Elis's family, everyone said whatever they wanted to him. He'd learned to ignore it, to not let it phase him. The damage had been real though. He'd be sore for a while, but he knew when he was beat. He shook his head, looking towards the others.
"Apologies. My baser instincts must be stronger in this form as I couldn't help myself." Not entirely a lie, but not entirely the truth. He raised an eyebrow at Gil in annoyance. They'd know each other for a few minutes and the man presumed he could speak for them all.
"Before anything else occurs, I just want to know why. Why you have such a bone to pick with Arceus, I mean."

Alright, he's calmed down. Great. Yeah, look at me like you hate me, whatever buddy I wasn't the one who decided to hit the Kaiju cook in the face. OH GREAT creepy lady is on my side at well GREEEEEAT.
With the group more or less behind him, or just letting him at least take point for now. Good, he's only gonna need a minute.
"The why can certainly be answered later. It really doesn't affect this. So Snow, lets put the situation down and easy. You are on a ticking clock right now. You've done abducted legendaries, in order to fight Arceus. You don't think the actual GOD of our world wouldn't notice some of his powered buddies going missing? Nah. So you don't have months to do this again, buddy. Whatcha should have done was just abduct some peeps, then break em and then get them to eat. Boom, loyal crazies to follow you. The problem with our situation, is you got four randos, and expect fear to take place after the fact. And yeah, it'll work. Duh. I'm the size of a toy and I did call you a Kaiju earlier. You could snap me easy, but fear aint enough. Not forever. What you need is four people who won't think about screwing up your plans. What if down the line one of us like literal hot head Luke over there decides to attack you during a hunt of like Lugia or something. And then your plan falls apart?"
Gil shakes his head.
"Nah, man. Fear leads to desperation. Trust me on this one. You need to give us 'something' for this. Even a little. One thing for each of us, within reason. That's our payment. Each one of us requests something for this deal. Then we have a reason to follow rather than be pushed. Now, if you show me how to turn back human, let's shake to seal this deal."

The phantom head disappears, and a small Genie appears in it's place. The feeling remains. Gil and Luke recognise it as Hoopa, and recall tales that usually it is sealed within a prison bottle... "Alright then. Lets clear things up. First, I ate Hoopa 3 years ago, I'm pretty safe until I start eating enough to draw attention, and I'll tell you straight up that's where you lot are coming in. Second, I'll be training you all in how to swap forms, move properly, use those fancy new god powers like Luke seems to have worked out, all that fun stuff. Oh actually that damned thing made..." He waves his arm and several small colourful pamphlets appear in the tiny hand. Upon them can be read the title 'So You've Eaten a God'. "Third, I am open to requests. there's plenty I can give beyond just pure power."

Her expression was blank for the most part, having little to say in the matters as Gil seemed to take the lead on things. It wasn't as if she had much objection, he definitely had more of a way with people then most. Her gaze shifted to follow the Raiku, padding over to sit behind her and Gi-... when did she get so close to him? A paw moved to rub her face, furrowing her brow a bit. She hadn't realized she even moved to sit beside him when she sat down. She sighed, claws clicking softly against the ground as she set her paw back in place upon it.
As Luke spoke her head would tilts slightly, a pique of interest as the question of why was brought up though Gil was quick to silence it with silvered words. She remained silent, listening intently before her gaze slid to the suddenly much smaller genie before them. She was almost impressed as he seemed to have gotten partly through to Snow, as a response was given. Her eyes widened just slightly, before they narrowed in a serious expression. "My sister," she spoke.
"Her hospital bills get paid and she is well taken care of even if she leaves it. You do that, and you'll have no complaints from me," she spoke out, her voice was level and calm. She didn't care about further negotiations on anyone elses part. This was her, probably only, chance to do something right by the only family she had. And she'll be damned if she didn't take it.

Gil sees the phamphlets appear and is basically just like 'wut' for a second, before shaking that off.
Later.
"Alright Snow, glad we could have an understanding. I already know mine. Resources. Mainly I need access to some of your cash flow to get this done. I'll be able to supply the group. I'll be able to cover our tracks, and pay people to look out for our targets and people to silence those who ask too much. I think for a dude who's MANSION we are in, that's not asking too much, is it? No, it isn't."
Gil looks to the others, and gestures as if it's their turn.
"Alright, go nuts ya'll. And maybe bring up the why again."

Gordon nods, "Your sister will be well taken care of, as will all of you. I have in fact already routed funds to the hospital on your behalf. That will include considerable bankrolling in exchange for your talents, Mr Seeka." He looks at Lina "Anything else anyone would like?"

"Well then alright. Now we're talkin. I'll let the L's ask for their hearts desire or whatever. I'll be over here waiting for this nightmare to start."
Gil takes a few steps behind the group, although not straying too far from them. (Although edging slightly toward Mildred, there being at least a hint of a similar mind-set between the two and some familiarity, and edging AWAY from Lina.)

A pamphlet? Well, that was grand! Perhaps it would yield some answers... Once she had the anatomy required to read it. Paws might be fine for walking, but they paled in comparison to the dexterity of the hand... Hopefully there wasn't anything truly pressing locked away in those fragile papers.
This smaller Gordon was considerably less outwardly intimidating, but Lina could still have done without the attentive eye. Who knew what the watcher was thinking? Sizing her up, silently laughing at his good fortune, judging how useful they'd really be... Best not to think about. There was just too much to think about. Even before getting into what she might ask of a sort-of-god, sort-of-human, in exchange for her service.
Staring intently at the mysterious pamphlets, Lina declared, "I would ask... To defer my request, please? You know what's going on, Chef Snow, so... Listening to you makes the most sense. And nobody warned me we were getting special requests, either! No time to get something ready..."
"Right, I did have a question, though. Well, more Luke's question. Also," turning to their small blue negotiator, "I'd never met Mister Luke before, for the record." Wasn't I closer? Hmm, maybe Gil still hasn't mastered rolling about. It sounds pretty hard to do properly. Her attention moved back to the host, continuing, "Sorry, sir. Ah, the question... Could you tell us why you're so dedicated to taking out, umm. The big one?"

Chef Hoopa floated away from the group for a moment, bobbing almost as if pacing... Then he looks at Luke. "You mentioned earlier the lives I had ruined. As in ended, as in killed. Dying though, is what living things do. Everything dies. Not even birth is guaranteed to all, as you well know, but death is constant. Hell even the gods die, though they return shortly after. He is gesturing wildly as he speaks now, his expression mad and passionate. "But that does not have to be, that is merely how Arceus decided it would work. Because why not, right? Well I'm why not! I won't accept that. And WE are going to change it!" He seems to take a moment to compose himself before turning fully to Luke again. "So, anything I can do to put us on the same side, Luke buddy?"

So that's what this was about. Immortality. Whether it was for himself or everyone didn't matter. Luke was pretty sure he didn't want this mad man to be immortal. He'd read through the pamphlet while the others were talking, thinking to himself. And now Snow wanted to know what it would take to get on Luke's good side. Oh he knew EXACTLY what he wanted. But it would have to wait. For now, he simply closed the Pamphlet and looked at the small Hoopa in front of him.
"Three things. First, the ability to go back in time, or to another time. I don't plan on changing anything. Second, my sister is completely taken care of. Anything she needs, she's able to get. And finally, one task from you, to be decided by me later. If you can arrange that, I'll work with you." He wasn't smiling. The look on Luke's face was completely flat. If Snow agreed, then Luke should be able to settle some things. Most importantly, his sister would be taken care of, and since she was the only family he had left, he had to look out for her.

Hoopa shrugs "All good to me. Everyone's nearest and dearest will be looked after, you will all be kept bankrolled and I will owe favours to you in the future." He addresses this to everyone. "In return you will all build up power acquiring gods as will I, with the end goal being the eradication of death itself, sound good? "So then, if that's all well and good how about we work out how to move and attack, and then we can go over transformations."
If you have nothing else to say on this you spend the next while learning how to actually act in Divine Form, and are then thought how to transform back to human, finally.

All of the crazy was too much for Gil, and he just thumbed through the phamplet.
Yup. Yup. All nuts. And I just made a deal with this guy...

Over the next hour you all get the hang of your bodies. Snow even waves his hands and a pool appears within the basement for Gil to discover that yeah, Phione actually can swim reasonably fast, as fast as Victini can fly over the Aquatic, and faster than everyone else. You all also work out how to perform your Divine Form moves. Gordon waves his arms again, the pool shrinks, four hoops fly away from Gordon and dummies appear from them. Displays of fire, lightning, Aquatic and dragon breath ensue. Finally, he has everyone sit and focus, as he goes through the process of transforming back. Luke is the first to transform, his earlier mental note on transformation turning out to be true. The rest turn back shortly after. As Mildred turns back to No Type that scattered pull she felt fades. Even back in human form something feels slightly off. For one thing the hunger is still there, though for both Divine and Human forms it is almost non-existant currently. Almost. For another, Luke still feels like he could manifest flames, Mildred feels like her maw could still spit Virus, if she let it. Lina feels like she could shoot off sparks or drain life with a kiss, like she'd seen her Clefairy and Snubbull do respectively. Gil feels the least different, though to him it is almost like the spirit of his Murkrow is there? And that with work he could manifest it too as he manifests the Aquatic as a Phione. Gordon stands a ways away, nack where he'd been initially, and in his own human form merely watches you as you adjust back to normal.

A hand rubbed over her face once she was back, a soft groan escaping her as she moved to just lay back upon the floor. That was too much of a workout for a first time session, at least for a girl who just got off a high. Yet she only relaxed a moment, giving a sight and slowly moving to her feet. She had to steady herself for a second, having been used to all fours now, before she began to pace a little. It wasn't so much that she was thinking, no, but more of reminding her brain how to function with her human form just as well as her divine. Eventually she came to a stop, slowly turning on heel to face Snow before offering a faint smile. "Well then... where do we begin?"
