Jason leads you back to the Interview trailer he pointed out before.
"Right in here."
The outside doesn't say much but the inside looks like a pretty damn nice place. There's two velvety chairs sat next to one another, and a worker is fetching a third for the buneary so you all can sit there.
"We've got commentator Kenny Tombstone who we think would be perfect for your interview. He'll be here in a minute. But first, should we fetch one of our psychic translators for Cherry? Or would you prefer to be the one talking for her?"
Anyone who's watched any main feeds from the Federation knows Kenny Tombstone. He commentates nearly every match in the Main Tent, and is a frequent heel supporter, and not one to hold back from jabs at faces or his fellow commentators. He wears a good looking dark red suit, and has hair slicked back. He even has some visible tattoos seen jutting out from the sleeves and neck of the suit. Those in the know would remember that he was a combantant himself once upon a time, but had to retire early. But he's been absolutely loved on commentary since.
"Right, so this is the first one? Hello by the way."
"She is! This is Jordan Kane, who's the manager for Cherry here. I'll just step out of the way and let the crew start recording."
Once you've taken a seat, there's a quick 3, 2, 1 and the cameras are recording. Kenny looks to the camera, and then to you and Cherry.
"So we are sitting here with Cherry, and her manager Jordan Kane. First off I suppose I'll have to point out the obvious. As in, how great you two look today. I'm going to say to any listeners, anyone who boos should be incarcerated immediately. I'll call and report them myself if need be."
Jordan puts on airs, and chuckles. She smirks, "Oh my Mr. Tombstone. You know exactly how to speak to a woman don't you? Although I would not say we appear "great." I would say we are "amazing", "beautiful", "exquisite", and so on. Also, let the lower class say what they want. Let them marvel at our beauty, and speak their minds for it is what fulfills there so called entitlement."
Jordan crosses her legs, and smirks again. "Well, Mr. Tombstone, I'll let you know that I have an eye for talent, and a hunger for power. I'm looking for pokemon to assemble THE most dominant, and glorious stable this federation has, or will ever know." She sits back in her chair, and pets Cherry who smiles smugly.
"Bold claims, bold claims. I don't doubt you'll get there, but I'm sure everyone's gonna stand in yours, and Cherry's, way. But I'm sure your prepared right? How would you describe how Cherry and yourself tackle an in-ring 'problem'?"
Jordan chuckles. "If people are so in need of vindication, I'll allow them to be the stepping stones to my destiny. And as for in the ring, my beautiful, little Cherry here will take care of any "problem," and I will be her support at ringside."
Jordan winks. "Well I did say I have an eye for talent. I aim to go out, find, and grow brand new talent. Or, perhaps there are individuals nearby in this industry that are meant for greatness. I plan to take them there."
"I'm sure anyone you asked would be foolish- Foolish! ...to say no to you that is. Now I'm going to do something a little unconventional. Jerry, move the camera on her and Cherry. Now Miss Kane. The floor is yours. Anything you have to say to future fans, or jeerers; opponents, or allies... This is your chance for them, and the world, to hear you."
Jordan tosses her hair over her shoulder, and readjusts her tiny hat. She smiles at the camera. "My my my.....Well then. Hello, World. Hehehe. I, Jordan Kane, owe you nothing. And, you will give me everything. When we go out to that ring. When we grace you with our presence, you will be grateful. Grateful that you were able to witness the beginning. The beginning of the era of Jordan Kane. And, for those who dare to defy me..." She reaches into her bra, pulls out a brown paper bag, and hands it to Cherry. "I'll make it so that you'll never show your ugly face again." She tips her hat, and winks. Cherry hops of the chair, and slaps the open bag onto the camera lens. Jordan waits a few seconds for the feed to cut, and lets out a breath.
"Nice touch, Jordan. I think that went well, yeah?"
"Yeah, I think it did. Stick around Kenny we'll need ya for the others. And I'll take you back now, Jordan. They should be doing one of the first test battles by now."
He leads you back.

Hi there! I'm Seya, a 24 y.o. editor in Atlantic Canada. I enjoy writing, reading, webcomics, art, worldbuilding, and video games (I can talk for ages about SotC and Monster Hunter...). Although I'm relatively new to playing Pokémon Tabletop via forum, I've been putting together sites like this for a long time, and I'm really excited to work with you all to create an awesome environment for Pokémon roleplay. While my job here is primarily to keep the site running smoothly, I'm always happy to chat, offer advice, and deal with any problems you run across. Let me know if I can be of any help. Inbox is always open! Cheers! xx :)
Hello! I'm Sly, the East Coast mod representative! I'm a 22 year old tax accountant who is exactly as exciting as that sounds, I'm sure. PTU is my major hobby, I run several games (of which the Geode games are my pet project), and I read a disgusting amount of fanfiction. I've been a member of the community for about a year, consider myself more GM material than player material, and am dedicated to helping make your time here enjoyable! If there's ever anything you need, don't be afraid to send me an owl! (Or a PM, I guess, if that works better for you.)
Hey there! I’m DataNinja, the West Coast representative. I'm the most active Staff member on here, so if you need something, try giving me a poke first, and I'll see if I can help sort out your problem. Always happy to help!
(1 May 2015): "For our first pack, we’re focusing on utility character options. Hopefully, this will give you both interesting insights into our dev process as we make changes over time and another focused avenue to give us feedback on what you’d like to see out of PTU."
People are out there, yes, but if you're looking for a game, sorry to say that things seem to be winding down overall. There's basically been... 3 games in the last 2 years, none of which got off the ground.

It's very slow, yes. You'll probably finish working on your game before one pops up here, and if you create a recruitment for it you can expect to be swarmed with applicants.

New games seem to open up slowly here, but if new people are still welcome, I don't mind waiting around (or working on my own). It looks like there's some useful stuff to browse in the meantime.

Keep an eye on the recruitment area of this website. They're rare nowadays, but any new games that crop up will show up there. If it's a live game you want though, you're outta luck.

but how else do i find games then?
Nov 28, 2019 6:17:00 GMT
Sounds to me like they weren't a group you'd want to be part of anyway.

i wanted to join a living server on roll20 to learn the system but they ignored my application for 2 weeks then blocked me

Basically, GMs post recruitments in the appropriate section, and then players apply to the open games. Unfortunately, there has been a rather... small amount of games posted lately, but there's one currently recruiting right now.

Post on the Game Masters Seeking Players page. There are plenty examples there to go off of.
