As Beatrix moves towards the passage and bumps into one of 3 Ninjask that are buzzing into the room. They look at her confused, look past her where the Nincadas were, see the carnage, and start humming very aggressively.

"Looks like the drinks arrre on me!" Buck sloshes more booze at two or the ninjask while Mankey decides he doesn't want to screw around with these flying ones.

"AH! The adults coming to check on the chirp the first let out earlier. It must've been a distress call of some sort! Would that make this room a nursery then? Oh.. of course of course Indiana, no need to get skittish." She gave him a pat between the eyes. "So Nincada have a warning system in place, which is somewhat unobtrusive... compared to other Pokemon like Whismur! Go on and give one of them a Smack Down."
Indiana retreats before taking aim and firing a stone at one of the Ninjask. Beatrix chambers a round, aims down the sights, and fires at the same target (Ninjask 3), swiftly reloads and fires a second time.

Honey hums, thinking. "All of the above, I guess, but largely anything alive, friendly or otherwise. Especially if it's not friendly, for safety's sake." She glances up at the noise, nods at Eric, and follows after him after the strange noise still on the shore. For the sake of safety, she carefully pulls Clove's pokeball from her pocket and releases the small white pokemon into her arms. The Ralts climbs up rather easily onto her shoulder, using a braid as a rope to hold into and keep from slipping as Honey walks.

Elliot considers all the angles for a moment, before picking up Rotor and booking it. There was no way he was going to even chance encountering a Steelix on his lonesome, and running further into what may have been its warren sounded like a great way to get irrevocably lost. "Nopenopenopenopenope," becomes a mantra as he sprints back for the main cavern.

Alessa nodded and followed the group. Verbena rustled from her spot at the girl's shoulder, clearly keeping an eye out for threats.
In the meanwhile, Alessa was trying to potentially identify the cry.

Buck tries to send the Ninjasks to sleep, but fails horribly. Perhaps the pebble is sleepy now?
The Ninjask goes down hard, clearly out of commission for a while. The other one is hurt, but still capable.
The remaining Ninjask swarm past Buck and his Koffing, and aim for Beatrix. One even get's up next to her, scratching at her with it's limbs.
F4|37NQi1d20, DB 9 - 2d10+10 | Elliot makes his way back to the Entrance and finds a lack of Nincada, and a sudden abundance in Ninjask, which are currently battling the "Sailor" and "Lara Tomb". | The trio approach the area where the keening emnates from, only to see a large, blue-ish grey creature with yellow stripes running alongsides it's serpentine body, glistening with moisture, a series of massive wounds on it's back bleeding, dripping mucus as well as it is slowly licking it's wounds. It must be almost 7' long, and looks very eel like actually.
"Alright boss. I see a form of ledge following the wall, leading into small caves. Not much to see there yet. Also, it looks like one could jump from pillar to pillar, but I can't see where to yet...I am also not seeing much of an end here...." |

Elliot takes in the scene, noting that there's only two Ninjask up, and that both Beatrix and the drunk seem to be handling themselves. He also spots a Nincada, snoozing on the ground. "Eh, they'll be fiiiine. Not like I can get there too fast anyway..." With that said, he pulls a pokeball off his belt, and lobs it at the sleeping mon. "Oh no! Eh Del, what is that while I find a Potion?" Once the potion is out he slowly approaches the wounded creature, both hands out showing he's not a threat, one holding the potion. "Hey there buddy, I've got some medicine to heal you if you'll let me."Charm roll 5Nv|nHhr4d6 4d6

Elliot captures the sleeping Nincada without any effort AT ALL.
Level 12, Lax, Female, Compound Eye. | "Crikey bud, that's a bloody Eelektross!! Uh...Eel Fish Pokemon...wait aren't eel fish anyway? So yeah, 7' long, and almost 200 Pounds of sucker faced fishy.
The Eelektross is still keening, and wincing from the pain as it looks at Eric, almost going mad from the pain, but it keeps it together long enough to realize that Eric isn't going to hurt it. It just sits there, waiting, watching, still keening and bleeding. |

"Cripes these things have some digging claws on them...Indiana, give it the Ice Fang and fall back girl!" With a bellow, the Rhyhorn opened it's maw, short, sharp fangs crystallizing in the open space before it lunged at the Ninjask that had attacked it's mistress, then shuffled backwards. Beatrix fetches another empty from her collection, and hurls it at the insect that had survived her earlier rifle blast.

Elliot quickly goes to snatch up his new acquisition, before looking in the direction of the others. "You two okay over there? Need any help?" he hollers.

"Ahm just glad not to be on the pointy end for once."
Buck throws a ball at the remaining ninjask, and if there are any still up, koffing attempts a psybeam finisher.

The Ninjask resists both the Ice Fang and the capture attempt, and it's fellow dodges the Pokeball by Buck, but falls to the Psybeam of the Koffing. The last remaining Ninjask bolts down the passage. |

Alessa's eyes widened at the confirmation of the pokemon's breed. That was a final evolutionary stage... whatever could place it in such a state was very dangerous. "Eric, if you plan on capturing or healing that Eelektross, do it fast. I'm worried about what hurt it"She switched Verbena for Kassia and unstrapped her pokedex. "Cassius, do you detect any nearby pokemon? Flying, or in the water?"She pointed the pokedex's sensor above, then at the water while looking around for movement. Perception nutoXbXm2d6 2d6

Alessa still looked worried, but relayed the information to the group.
"It seems to be mostly clear... Eric, why don't you try to heal it? If I approach with Kassia it may get afraid"

Honey holds back, prepared to take action if the wounded pokemon takes offense to Eric. She keeps an eye on the situation, glancing between him and the surrounding areas, as she mutters to Nebby, "Give it a bit further, and if there doesn't seem to be an exit, start heading back. Keep an eye out for pokemon--we found something wounded over here, and I'm a bit worried. Maybe have the bot and the cinnamon float just a bit higher, if they can, stay away from the actual water. "

Elliot moves up to the duo, tucking his new mon onto his belt and looking the others over. "Already found some fun huh? Heh, I nearly ran into what I'm pretty sure was a Steelix," he points towards the tunnel he had just come from. "Turns out that the source is a spring about midway up the tunnel. Found a bunch of Sentret, and I didn't want to risk a fight. Past that I found a fork in the tunnel and felt something big moving through. Rotor here," he indicates the Sandshrew, "Told me it was coming our way, so I hightailed it the hell out of there. Now it seems to me," he strokes his chin, "That we might want to stick together for safety's sake from here on out. So, given that I sincerely doubt we can take on a Steelix at this point in time, how would you like to see where that other fork in the stream goes?"
