Freya was clearly rattled by the golem's attack, but, blinking through the worst of it, she was still lucid enough to retaliate with another twister in the face of the one Chell had attacked. Satisfied with the damage, she flew straight up, both to survey the battlefield and avoid any immediate attacks from the rest of the misshapen things, her eyes eventually falling on the bugs again to see if she could glean anything from them. Having watched Frank give a mighty chomp, and Chell land a serious hit, Hura felt inspired to follow suit... With a real attack, this time, not just a glare... Charging up to the unfortunate creature they were teaming up on, he delivered an attack of his own, chomping down on it and hoping very much that his fangs weren't just for show. As Midna hurries after the others, she hears Frank call out to her. With his voice naturally. "If you think it's best," she calls back before making a bit of an effort to go around the main brunt of the fight. Those bugs didn't seem like they would be that dangerous to her and if they were chained up or something they wouldn't be able to. Plus it would give her another jailbreak under her belt.
She still manages to watch as the chaos unfolds. She's quite glad to be doing something else. She briefly considers trying to push on the golems like she had the spider but instead puts on just a small spurt of speed. Stupid stubby legs. The sooner she got to those bugs, the sooner they could fight back and act as a body block.

Chell leads off, kicking the golem in the chest so hard the chest piece flies backward, and the golem just... falls apart. While Freya and Hura focus in on one of the two sturdier looking ones, Frank yells to Midna, who starts moving around. Of course, heading right for the woodcutters and these golem's boss (Aka, the BIG ONE) may not be the 'best' idea, and it drops it's watching stance and starts heading for Midna. (Golurk is moving forward, and is 1 round away from the edge of combat, where Midna is. Yay!) The two remaining in the fight split up their attention, focusing on the two who've seem to have done the most damage. One of them jumps in the air, and slings a pile of mud at Freya. The other goes for the one that killed their brah. Pound vs Chell AC 2 Normal Physical sNbVypfr1d20 1d8+21

Frank - You focus in on them and OH you see the problem. These ants are beat to hell and back. They look physically beaten, as well as exhausted. And they avoid looking directly at the party, and even glances in your direction earn ire from the big Golem. 1d20·1d8+21·1d20·1d8+10

As far as carrots go, that falls a bit short. It wasn't that Midna thinks Frank made a bad go of it, just that he could have chosen his words a bit more carefully. She'd think of a better plan once the hulking golem that was heading right at her was dealt with. She certainly wasn't going to try and fight it without everyone else there and maybe not even then. "Get out of my way you overgrown piece of pottery!" She reaches out as she had with the spider but instead tries to grab at it's feet. Link might be able to take on giants but he was a lot tougher than this body seemed to be. If she actually manages to topple the brute, well, it gives her a chance to get a bit closer. Otherwise there was no way she'd get closer to 'rescuing' the bugs. Look at this Ranged Trip Maneuver agzzV7V53d6 3d6

As she dodged the worst of the mud flurry from one of the remaining smaller golems, Freya fought to both breathe and stay aloft, still feeling the sheer surprising ghostlisness from earlier. It wasn't a bright situation, and as she turned her head to their would-be benefactors, she hoped they didn't see it that way. She used her eyes and her ears to see if there was something she could gleam to tell them all just why they weren't helping. Maybe it was more than just fear at this point... But not before throwing another twister at the ugly clay thing the rest of the group were trying to bring down. Mildly annoyed that his toothiest of friends had gone around the stocky creature they were attacking, and by extension, out of his reach, Hura settled on shrugging at the lost opportunity and reared up to leap at the enemy once more. Chell smirks as the robot falls apart, happy to have taken out one of the mechanical pests. When another one attacks her, she easily jumps over the clumsy swing, taking on a more defensive stance. She tries to gain the same feeling she had just moments before to attack the golem again, but can't just yet focus enough to do so. Chell uses Splash to jump in place, +2 evasion till the end of her next turn Chell uses Defense Curl, increasing her Defense by +1 CS.

Oppossed Check! HBI3yy3d4d6+2The Golurk is psychicly tripped, and lands on it's face. It gets back up, making it close to Midna and the others. However, without the big one watching it and a few of the smaller ones now defeated, a few of the ants start to come toward you all, making a b-line for the big one! The Golett's fist catches Frank in his overlarge jaw, and he briefly sees stars. Another hit like that and he'll topple over. But now is the time for decisive action! Elongating his maw in a stretching motion briefly to ensure it wasn't broken, he snaps down on the final small golem in what he hopes is a definitive strike. _rs3Sca91d20 Bite! 2d8+23 "Hey Chell, can I get one of the medical supplies for after we take out this schmuck, and before that big one comes over? "HA!" Midna crows as the giant topples over. Who'd have thought it would even topple over that quickly. Normally something that big was a bit more sturdy and...oh, it stood back up. Well she hadn't really thought it was going to break up after one shot but she didn't need to read it's mind to know it was less than peachy.
Maybe I can slam it like I did the spider? She reaches out once more, trying to slam it into the ground. Her smirk quickly fades as nothing happens. "What..."

Having had his fun felling the feisty... Fiend, Hura doesn't set upon the next and last of the smaller slavers. Instead, he bides his time, watching for the perfect moment to throw himself in front of the enemy. After all, with the big one plodding over, having their wordiest and bite-iest negotiator incapacitated would make things difficult... A diplomat he might (technically) be, but these guys weren't too talkative. Intercepting Melee against the Golett. As a Full Action, can push the intended target 1 meter away and be hit instead, after a successful Acrobatics or Athletics check. (Either) versus Triple the distance from its target: upxlcl8t3d6 3d6

Chell, seeing that the golem is now otherwise preoccupied, scans the battlefield. Seeing that Midna is dealing with the larger robot, she jumps off to help, uncaring of anything Frank was saying. If I aim just right...However, rather than landing next to the feline, she shoots towards the Golurk... closer... and closer... And my tming isn't off... Meanwhile, she's turning in midair, preparing to catch herself in her landing... And my luck doesn't fail me now... Right on top of the automaton's back, clinging onto the constructs head and holding on, hopefully providing a decent distraction... and not getting turned in rabbit mash in the meanwhile. Crush the smaller one, or help the overambitious Chell with the biggest brute? Freya's head darted all around the battlefield, from Frank and Hura tearing into the last of the small golems, over to Chell and... the ants. She heaved a sigh of relief and exhaustion - the latter from beating her wings for so long, folded them, and divebombed towards the smaller of them, leveling out at the last seconds and beating wind in its face at near point blank range, letting out a screech to distract it at the same time. Freya shifts back down 5 meters, than uses her Guster boosted Struggle Attack. MSTDYwO51d20 AC 1d8 + 19 1d20·1d8 + 19

Hura takes the hit for his teammate, leaving Frank and Freya to do the 1, 2, punch to knock the final small golem down! Meanwhile, Chell decided 'Hey I could totally use a mount' and jumped on the big one! Who decidedly gets a bit miffed someone decided to ride it. Considering he can't hit you very well with his stiff arms while your on the back of his head, he decides to attack... the air in front of him? Umm, did you drive him insa- OH. THATS NOT GOOD. A ghostly fist was generated from where the golem punched, and like a tracking missile, is turning in midair toward Chell! And then it... fades through you? Wut. With the golem's wasted attack, the ants use the opportunity to come forward! Golurk used Shadow Punch on Chell!
...But since she's normal type, it doesn't work! The Golurk is frustrated!
Three Durants use their whole turn to make it to the Golurk, who's now considered flanked from any side anyone attacks from.

Freya turned on the last of the golems, flew up right beside where his ears would be had he been most anything else, and screeched another loud, Supersonic screech, hanging in the air beside him afterward. Freya shifts towards the Golurk and spends an AP to boost the accuracy of Supersonic. imhXMqfK1-20 AC

Now a fair bit more excited by the battle, ( small fry are just so boring! At least this big guy ought to be a better fighter!) Hura waddled over in a rush to topple the giant. It was a pretty familiar fair, all told: So many smaller bugs overwhelming even the mightiest ( ...well, not the mightiest...) of foes with raw numbers! He would have to compliment Frank on his tactics later... For now, though, it was time to bite the heels of a tyrant! Hopefully without getting stepped on, afterwards. Hura uses Peck on the Golurk.
