She has it. In her hands is Pokemon #2. In the moment, she will abstain from releasing it like she did the first time. Even though she really, really wants to meet it.
Also, noting that hammocks are banned while on duty, Leslie starts mentally engineering a love-seat made out of webbing. Or maybe a hanging chair? Heck, she'll take a sack to hang in, fastened to a hook.

"It's not my decision to make, Floros," she says, shaking her head. "In this case, I'm just the messenger. And, Kakomyalo, it's... along the lines of, would you give someone a gun who had not shown adequate care in the past, and then only take it away from them if they shot someone?"
"Anyways, you may take some time here to acquaint yourselves with your new acquisitions, before proceeding to armament. Based upon prior usage levels, you will have five thousand each with which to equip yourself. You probably want to decide ahead of time, though, how overt you are wanting to be. Oh, also, allocating that four thousand... fund of yours."

"Can I spend my 'acquainting' time at the shooting range then?" Soleil asked with her typical forced smile despite her annoyance underneath. How kind of them to give her time to get acquainted with her pokemon! Truly the nicest! Or to compare her being banned to gun safety when GUNS were her thing! What a stupid comparison. A part of her almost hoped that something went wrong and they were barely unable to do the mission because one pokemon short, but at the same time failing would look bad, not to mention things going wrong could lead to getting hurt or killed.

Silas nods at Leah's statement, not seeing any reason to press the issue.
As he enters the training room, Silas looks at the two Pokeballs in his hands. Were the creatures he holds once human? If that was the case, he needs to reconsider how he's been treating them. Even an intelligent beast should stay as a tool, business partner at best. At the very least, a former human deserves a name. At the same time, treating Pokemon as closer to person than beast mean that he needs to be more careful. Something that can think for itself will have its own best interest at heart.
There's no point in stalling any longer. Silas puts his first Pokemon's ball in a pocket, remaining ready to release it for self defense. He then tosses the other pokeball forward, bracing himself for the attempted violation of his mind.
Both man and 'mon stagger back, as if struck. Silas had been expecting an attack, a forceful assault on his thoughts. Instead, it felt like a grasp, as if the Pokemon was attempting to hold his entire mind. Silas looks up at the Gardevoir with a wary expression, still slightly stunned. She is half-turned away from him, arms crossed, one eye wide with surprise, fear, and a touch of confusion. Good. He has power over this Psychic monster.
Silas exhales and relaxes his expression. The goal here is to make an ally. He has to forgive this time. He opens his hands as he slowly approaches the Pokemon, speaking with as much sincerity as he can muster. "It's alright. I'm not going to hurt you."
A more foreceful probe slides off Silas's mind, and the uneasy Psychic flinches, turning to face him in the process. Silas stops his approach just out of arm's reach and decides to set some ground rules. "You may not try to read minds without permission. My mind cannot be read. You may not try without direct orders. Understood?" The Gardevoir nods slowly, willing to comply despite not understanding the reasons.
Silas's demeanor calms, and Silas puts on a smile. "Great. I'll introduce you to my other Pokemon, then I'll figure out names for you two." Saying this, Silas releases the Parasect forward and left, forming a small triangle of man and Pokemon.
When it lands, the mushroom looks to Silas, then the Gardevoir, then Silas, then the Gardevoir. Without the slightest hesitation, it releases a cloud of sweet-smelling powder and sidles up to the Psychic. The bug makes a few clicks at the newcomer, and Silas sees a psychic strand reaching toward the Grass-type's head. After a warning from Silas, the strand snaps back and its owner makes a few humming sounds in response. Once it has received what Silas assumes is a click of affirmation, the two establish a Psychic connection.
Silas watches the connection for a few seconds, then blinks in surprise as the Parasect turns to face him, clicking its claws threateningly. The lady feels unsafe, so any chivalrous mushroom must rush to her defense. Once he realizes what has happened, Silas chuckles to himself and takes a few steps back. "Yes, yes. I'll leave it to you."
The two Pokemon spend some time in light-hearted communication, with the Gardevoir showing expressions of amusement and confusion. At this point, Silas is starting to feel light-headed from the sickly sweet scent emitted by the excitable fungus. The pair has also glanced at him several times, and he's uncomfortable not knowing what was said.
"Alright you two, time for names." Silas crouched down and looks at the Parasect. "You will be Gus." Gus snaps his claws in salute. Standing, Silas turns to face his second Pokemon. "And you will be Sera." Sera nods, but shows no sign of approval or disapproval. "We'll do some training before heading on a mission, but that will wait until right before we leave."

While Thoron was tempted to cite Soleil's altogether reasonable use of her living weapon in missions prior, it was clearly not going to help. Complaining to Leah would be just as fruitful as complaining to, say, Leslie. Better to cut their losses and prove his team was deserving as a whole... Later. To gather ammunition, evidence that their verdict had been a wrong one. To do that, they would have to complete the mission with that handicap in place... For the moment, he had to 'acquaint' himself with this new Pokemon, a Honchkrow? It was an odd phrasing, he thought. Navigating to one suitable room or another - somewhere suitable for a flier, so not too cramped - Thoron released the newcomer and noted to himself, out loud, " ...Even ignoring wingspan, it seems you are about as large as Lowe... I suppose that is irrelevant though, if you can fulfill your role. Will endurance be an issue, I wonder? The matter of size aside, you seem impressive enough. Good..." Directly to the bird, he stared next, and declared as he did so, " Your name will be Aias. I am Thoron." and more contemplatively, " I wonder; have they already instructed you on the dangers of flight in Arcadia? In the meantime, suffice to say that until otherwise instructed you should remain near me, flight or no." He watched the Honchkrow as that order was delivered, more to see if it responded to such a convoluted demand than to see if it could actually comprehend the details. Due to phrasing, Thoron assumed this 'acquainting' time was to be kept brief, which meant there would be time to train both Aias and Lowe later. Perhaps it would be best to introduce the newcomer to its senior, though? At least, now was an opportune time. " Aias, meet Lowe, a Luxio. Another member of our team, the first, in fact... He, I suppose Lowe has demonstrated exemplary behavior thus far, perhaps consider following his example." Although I am uncertain 'his example' would translate to a different species entirely? That introduction done, he recalled both of them and proceeded back to their meeting area. Ideally, they would discuss a plan of action before requesting equipment. And what to add to the cache, for easier access... Really, a proper discussion would only be best for accomplishing this rather more complicated mission. Archiving/Profiling a Honchkrow, this Honchkrow in particular. -1 AP?

Leslie absconds with her new containment orb to some ill-forgotten and dimly lit corne... she goes to the gym, that's where she goes. Immediately upon entering the wide expanse, she releases her latest companion while flopping face first onto a workout mat. They clean those, right? They're wiped down now and then, they must be. Whatever.
The familiar crimson light expels a... this isn't fluffy. One could argue that it is actually the opposite of fluffy. Sleek, and rather pointy in some places. This is not a new fluffbutt. It is colorful though. One must wonder though, how it ended up with such a goofy face. A yellow cone mouth that almost looks like a nozzle, and a pair of small and flat black eyes, all on a rather bulbous head? It's like a kid put it together.
Cccchhhchchqqqchtt... Qchch?
And its butt chitters? This is really an oddb... oh, she's looking at it's behind. The buggy rotates in place, turning to the layabout.
Qqqutttcht!
"Hiiiii. You're mine now. I'm yours. Cool? Cool. Cooooool." She stares at the insect. It stares back. She staaaaaaaares. It blinks at her, cocking its head one way, then the other. This goes on for longer than it rightfully should. Sometime later, Leslie learns Leggy doesn't understand what a hammock is, much to her remorse.
Also, she names him Leggy. It is a good name. One fit for... anything that has legs, honestly. But it's his.

Silas leaves the supply depot to join the rest of his team, with a sickly-sweet smell still sticking to him thanks to Gus's enthusiasm. This is prime time for the team to plan and for Silas to brief them on the upcoming district. He'd love to put off that last bit if he can, so he decides to bring up the point discussed with Emily earlier.
"There's one thing I'd like to discuss before we get to planning. I talked to Emily about team organization, and one thing she mentioned stuck with me. We should designate one person to have the final say when things are serious and we don't have time to discuss. Having four people going in one direction gives us the best odds, even if we're not going the right way. I suggest we all recommend someone aside from ourselves for the role, which can be accepted or declined. I think it would suit Leslie, by virtue of 'unlikely to use the power except in a true emergency.' What about you all?"

Returning with a new bird encapsulated on his person, Thoron was instantly drawn in by the words 'one thing [Silas] would like to discuss'. While taking advice from Solomon of all people felt strangely disagreeable, the actual idea presented was sensible enough. If they had a chain of command, it would be easier to make sense and respond to disadvantageous situations appropriately. Instead of, say, one little soldier marching their Pokemon against a priority target, and leaving the slower among them to fend for themselves. " Hmm. I suppose I can see the merit in such an arrangement. Very well, I nominate you, Floros. My rationale is that a leader limited to a single burst of activity a day would be less than ideal... Though yes, Kincaid is certainly... Not one to use such an ability, except in an emergency." With a frown, he adds, " Consider also, suspects such as Requiem have been shown to manipulate the average Technician's thoughts. A 'leader' immune to such suggestion would have a clear advantage, no?" Equipment purchased: 1x Hyper Potion 2x Revive 2x Sitrus Berry 2x Enriched Water 2x Antidote 3x Great Ball Extra Funds/Misc: 2025 Credits

Soleil sat there waiting for a moment for the answer to her question, before realizing she wasn't going to be getting one. As everyone else left to go play with their pokemon, Soleil frowned and headed right to supplies buying her gear while waiting for everyone else. With the mission being one that could have a multitude of pokemon, Soleil purchased her usual running shoes, a handful of pokeballs, some nets, and a lighter. She didn't really have many plans with the lighter, but she had very little else to buy with the remaining funds. Once that was done she went back to the room and waited...and waited... She twiddled her thumbs and lay her head on the table bored until the others arrived. Once they arrived, she glanced over at them as Silas started his explanation. Oh joy, he was talking to Emily and hearing from her. Wonderful. At the idea of picking a boss, Soleil turned her head back so that it was facing into her arms as she lay them on the table and rolled her eyes. Here it was. Now he would ask for himself to be the person to have final say and be the boss. When he instead suggested nominating other people she was surprised at first, though she also suspected it was just to avoid a 4 way split. Instead, by suggesting the idea he would probably get the votes and be the "reluctant boss" or something. Either way, it was annoying but Soleil didn't care. The goal was probably so that they could tell her what to do and boss her around, but she was already planning on doing whatever anyways. "No preference." Soleil commented casually as she remained seated. They probably didn't care about her vote anyways. Running Shoes-2000 Pokeball x5-500 Great Ball x3 525 Poition x2 400 Lighter x1 150 Rope (25ft) 400 Weighted Net (80HP) 850 Hand Net (50 HP) 100 Remaining: 75
From the supply cache Greatball x2 Pesterball sleep x1 Pesterball paralysis x2

My oh my, what a conundrum... Leslie is torn between two parts of herself.... On one side, she can vote Silas as leader to get this over with without a headache. He'd probably be fine, and if she thought this through, there's a good chance she'd pick him anyway. The one person immune to psychic interference is a logical leader. On the other side though, she could vote Thoron or Soleil. Havoc would ensue as a small even numbered group tries to decide a tie breaker. It would be glorious to watch. Starting shit is the best shit. This isn't fair. This is too hard. Why must life toy with her like this?? Ultimately Leslie is Leslie, and that means for an outside observer, she's lazy. Her mind is racing around the decision yet she idly staaares at the two guys for several seconds. "Mmmmmeh, yeeea, Silas. Let's go with that. Yea." She shuffles the bag strap hung over her shoulder. Such a prime opportunity for discord lost. Weep. Weep, Arcadia, for one of your daughters was forced to sell out in the name of harmony. What dark times we live in. Dark times indeed. In the bag is:
The Chemistry Kit and Poke Ball Repair Kit. Potion x 2 Revive x 1 Enriched Water x 3 Lax Incense x 1 And enough Mechanical and Poke Ball scrap to craft all the Cap Ammo and Balls bought by her teammates and herself.
Leslie's Crafting purchases: Bean Cap x 5 Glue Cap x 4 Net Cap x 7 Great Ball x 3 Basic Ball x 3 Pester Ball Confusion x 1
Leaving 675 Credits as misc funds to spend during the mission.

"Alright, now that that's all settled," Omega says, the bracer having rejoined the party, along with your other Pokémon, during the resource allocation. "What's the plan? I hope you do have one. One that doesn't involve you losing me, preferably. I'd like to survive the mission, if you don't mind. Anyways, lead the way. Mainly because you have feet. And I'm stuck here"

Choosing to ignore that they were, for all intents and purposes, a vote short on the emergency leader, Thoron addressed their bracer, saying, "On the contrary, Omega, given our objectives, we need you to lead the way. That said, if you could plot a course for the Prometheus District? We would like you to compile a list of houses in Prometheus that have no reported inhabitants, as well, as we found little merit to rushing; We have elected to secure lodgings first, and a forced entry would garner unwanted attention." That should be everything Peter needed for the first phase, right? Location, a list of targets... perhaps a more specific area would have curbed some complaints, though.

Silas frowns as he gets nominated to the job he proposed. Thoron seems to have thought his choice through, but do the other two really not care who they trust with their life? He had expected and wanted more conflict, so they could decide on someone else. He'd much rather do his work and give the occasional suggestion to an actual leader or better yet, discuss things as equals without any having power over the others. Power does bad things to people, and they just gave him some.
Receiving the position deserves some sort of recognition, so after Leslie's vote, he accepts the role. "Alright, I guess I can do it. Hopefully, I won't have to though."
Once Thoron has proposed their first course of action, Silas provide a bit of follow-up. He can't really see a good way to get their foot in the door. Gaining access to the fights as Silas Floros alone would be one thing, but getting a group of Technicians in is quite different.
"Out of the whole district, we'll have plenty of options. Maybe we should pick a place based on what we want to do first? I know a few places we could ask around, but we'd draw attention. Any other ideas?"

"Never been." Soleil commented simply before pointing at a net she had bought. "However, if we're supposed to find these people catching pokemon without pokeballs perhaps us having stuff to look like it would be a good idea." She said. "Errr... if you guys think that's a good idea. Probably wasn't." She added realizing she had given input instead of just listening.

Leslie ponders.
"Hrmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm." Apparently, she ponders loudly.
There's probably a few clues for an underground fight ring, right? It's not like they pop up out of no where and leave no traces. Like, at the very least, some blood splatters and broken noses should mark the trail. A good place to check would probably be like, factories or workshops with records of employees with medical absences. Unless the fighters are all office clerks and waiters, but who ever heard of something like that? Sounds like a really stupid premise for mission.
Also like, the local police might have some info. There has to be a dead body or two with unexplained damage that wound up on their tables. Unless the fight ring snuck them to the Under transporters. Or fed the defeated to the Pokemon. So maybe that's not the best avenue. Might be smart to at least check out morgue attendants for odd credit transactions. Or maybe a backroom clinic covers the wound care?
Leslie staaares at the group for a moment before she remembers those were all inside thoughts and contemplations.
"Peter, after you find some place for us to stay, can you check Prome District police records for reports of odd deaths with unexplained wounds within the past month? We might get lucky. When that's done if you could work up a list of local clinics, doctors, and nurses, we could start working down to likely accomplices. Or you know, somebody who at least knows the fighters cause they're treating the injuries."
"I know it's a lot to ask, but we've got hard work too, namely walking. Soooo much walking. Can't we get a case like -who stole the party snacks from the HQ common room-? You know, something closer to home...." She sighs slowly shuffling to the exit. Waaaaaaaalking. She needs her own vehicle. Something small, like a motor powered board she can scoot around on. Or better, her own teleport circle network set in every room in every building, with a new circle 20ft from the next one.
Leslie starts day dreaming of the Leslie-vator. It'll go up and down like a normal elevator, but it'd also be capable of going sideways, slant-ways, long ways, back ways, square ways, front ways, and several other ways not currently conceived of by any Shaft dweller... so far.
Such a sweet dream....

"Well, yes, I can pull up a list of dwellings, but, given the estimated number, would you prefer to set some more parameters? Because I don't imagine you'd want to go through dozens, let alone thousands or more." Omega pauses, and then glows, displaying a map in the air consisting of a bunch of glowing blue laser lines, providing an approximation of the district. "This is the Prometheus district." A large green dot appears in the rough center of it. "There's a rough location of the Education Center, as well as the Warehouse and Technician quarters. And here..." A number of orange dots appear, scattered throughout the district. "Are the places - that we know of - that provide medical assistance in any significant quantity. No doubt there are some that managed to slip past us, though. And this..." A transparent red sphere appears, engulfing a sizeable chunk of the far end of the district, away from the Shaft. About a half dozen orange dots remain in the area. "Is our best estimate, based on information, on where the arena is. It's also an area that was fairly notable until relatively recently as being embroiled in... significant civil tensions. Or, at least was the focus, more so than the rest of the district. That has eased off, though. It seems to have sorted itself out."DZȜLjȜȉȓȍțLjȡȗȝLjȉLjȕȗȕȍȖȜLjȜȗLjȔȗȋȉȜȍLjȑȜLjȗȖLjȜȐȍLjȕȉȘǔLjȊȝȜLjȡȗȝLjțȗȗȖLjȎȑȖȌLjȟȐȍȚȍLjȡȗȝǏȌLjȏȚȗȟȖLjȝȘǖLjȁȗȝLjȚȍȋȗȏȖȑȢȍLjȑȜǔLjȉțLjȟȍȔȔLjȉțLjȖȗȜȍLjȜȐȉȜLjȜȐȍLjȋȔȑȖȑȋLjȑțLjȚȍȋȗȏȖȑȢȍȌLjȊȡLjȜȐȍLjțȡțȜȍȕLjǕLjȉȖȌLjȑțLjțȑȏȖȑȎȑȋȉȖȜȔȡLjȑȖțȑȌȍLjȜȐȍLjȚȍȌLjȉȚȍȉǖØ

Silas gives Omega a Look at his last two sentences. "Well sure. Gang wars tend to settle down after one side is wiped out." Silas looks closer at the map, then points at one of the orange dots in the red sphere. "That's Mom's clinic. Obviously, we have a reputation for not asking questions, but we can start there. Maybe interrogate people with odd wounds or capturing gear." It's also a good excuse to stick close to home for the mission. There's no guarantee that the captive Pokemon will stay that way.

The slacker's mouth slowly forms a grin as the map fills with info. As Omega finishes his data dump, she can't help but to mutter "sweeeeet".
Gang wars are great! Plenty of drama and angst and individuals willing to share info to authorities to gain an edge. Yes, the fighting is apparently over, but vindictiveness is a natural human emotion and there as to be SOMEBODY still alive from the losing side. Someone who has been keeping tabs on their old enemy. Maybe this someone has an eye-patch, to round out the cliche. Cliches are cliche for a reason.
"Definitely as good a place as any. And it has beds I bet. Double gooood." Knowing there's basically a guaranteed bed at their destination puts a veritable spring in her step. Or rather, her feet won't be dragging as much as they normally do.

Deeming the current situation 'not an emergency', Thoron says, "Very well, Omega, remove all the residences within less than a ten minutes' walk, as well as greater than twenty minutes of the clinic. Remove... The half that remains deepest in the problem area, and do you have a means of measuring the traffic over a given area? It would be best to not attract attention by disturbing a quiet zone, nor do we want to be under constant observation."
Those parameters in place, he asks, "Anything else? Other means to narrow down our first target, perhaps? Hopefully that range is close enough to the clinic for your liking, Kincaid."

Soleil mostly remains quiet as the others talk. She was bored of just listening, but she didn't really know what to add. The plan to find a base of operations and look around from there seemed simple enough.
She didn't really have much experience with the district or finding underground pokemon fight clubs. Luckily she was young enough and small enough that she doubted anyone would suspect her of being a technician so she could possibly ask and not draw negative attention. Then again, that was only if others liked that idea or thought of it.
