Rei heals herself, Shinpuru, and Magnes up. That last battle wasn't fun. She moves on shortly after, shaking her head.

The next area is empty, but after that is something wholly unexpected. A cadre of dragons! Shelgon, to be specific. Maya's Shelgon immediately pops out of its ball, sniffing the air. It makes a weird growly noise and then gears itself up for battle.

Likewise, Gryz's ball shakes and the Bagon pops out, sensing the challenge. Rei is about to call him back (This seems like a very one-sided battle, what with five evolved versions of Gryz in the battle, it seems dangerous for the first evolution to take part), but... Gryz begins glowing with light as soon as he hits the field, and with a warped sounding roar, the light reaches an apex. When it fades, Gryz has evolved into his own Shelgon form. Rei blinks a few times, stunned. "...Oh my."Rei, still a bit stunned that her newly born would evolve on it's own so quickly, just merely moves up between the two Shelgon of theirs, and does a defensive dance. Rei uses Yoroi Step!
Power Pirouette to gain a stage that Rei didn't gain earlier (Attack)

Maya takes a breath in, then growls in that weird language at her arrow, which glows with multi-colored energy. Based on the dragon-type attacks Rei has seen previously, it seems Maya can enchant her arrows to be dragon-typed at will; though it takes some of her own energy to do so, as she stated before.
Maya uses 1 AP to activate Channel the Dragon's Spirit.

Gryz responds in a similar way to Maya's Shelgon, and runs up and claws through one! Rei does an offensive dance and gets close. She doesn't have a draconic ability like Maya to help fight. She's stuck with a normal human sword. Gryz uses Dragon Claw vs #4 Ac 2 Dragon Physical wqSKFuqG1d20 3d8+35
-New Round- Rei uses Dance of Blades to raise her attack 2 stages!

#4 creates a shimmering blue barrier that blocks Gryz's attack. Rei's attacks manage to get through though. Maya fires a quick dragon shot at #2. Her Shelgon is greatly weakened, but refuses to give up.

As Gryz and Maya/Shelgon take out their last targets (And Rei misses), the newly evolved Gryz roars in triumph. But his roar is interrupted as Rei hugs him. He tries to shake Rei off, a little embaressed in front of the other dragon, but Rei is a bit too strong.
"Yay, you are all grown up! Look at how strong you are now!"
Rei continues to hug Gryz for a bit before looking over to Maya and her concern over the Shelgon. She walks over and leans next to her.
"Maya, whats wrong?"

"Huh? Oh, just tending to this Shelgon's injuries. I think my arrow hit a soft spot and that's why it went down so fast." Maya carefully pries open its jaw and inserts a revival herb to get it on its feet while she fetches some bandages. Sorra decides now is as good a time as any to start setting up camp again. It'll also give Maya time to tend to the Wild Shelgon.

"Well let me help you then."
Rei pulls out her medic kit and begins doing what she can to assist it as well. She does what she can before letting Maya finish the rest, and Rei sets up her own camp before setting up Maya's as well because she's busy.
Although she's not quite tired yet, so she decides to start reading the book Clay gave her. The book about the Legends related to dreams and nightmares. It's a bit of a return to her current problems outside of Rock Tunnel, but she brought it with to read, and it's at least been a few days removed. So better time than never.

Rei sleeps a bit restlessly after reading the book. Thinking back on all the stuff she has to deal with is not helping her poor mind. But she's at least got some sleep, enough to run on anyway, and starts packing up in the morning. While she waits for the others, she keeps flipping through the book on the two legends, trying to learn what she can.

Rei sends out Magnes, hoping that it's steel frame and electricity will help in a battle like this. She does her own defensive boost and stands next to Magnes. Yoroi Step to raise Rei's defense two stages.

Rei dodges the blast of air, and the other attacks seem to not affect either her or Magnes. Maybe it's that dance technique she learned to teach out recently? Hmmmm. Magnes charges up and lauches a blast of energy at the closest one while Rei gears up to start attacking. Magnes uses Thunder Shock vs #1 AC 2 Electric Special (Paralyze on 17+) fRXCpSed1d20 2d6+43
Rei uses Dance of Blades and Power Pirouette to gain a stage in def as well.
