As the turtles step up, Shinpuru and Rei both raise there offense and defense, respectively. They know how strong these things are, and have to get ready for it. Rei uses Purity step and Power Pirouette, gaining 2 stages in sp def and 1 in attack.
Shinpuru uses Dance of Blades and gains 4 stages in attack thanks to simple. |

Rei sees them also strengthening themselves and decides to try to undo some of their work! She steps forward, and dances to throw one of the ones on the right off while Shinpuru, now powered up, skutters off to the side, and then bowls through a couple of them with a wet tail slap! Rei uses Spinning Chimu vs #4

Rei dodges the attack before dancing more defensively, with her last one not having much of an effect, she doesn't have much of a choice. Shinpuru is burned but not out, and turns to the one he missed, hoping to do further damage! Rei uses Purity step to raise her sp defense two stages.

Rei dances an aggressive dance while Shinpuru gets a little reckless in an attempt to take multiple of these turtles out. He skitters around to the side, and runs through both of them with little disregard about his own safety during it! Rei uses Dance of Blades to raise her attack stages by 2.

Shinpuru is partially deflected by Torkoal #1 tucking into its shell again and proceeds to bounce harmlessly off the other. Boy these things are annoying! Maya takes aim and tries to take out another one.

Rei happens to spot one of the "balls" moving on its own. It's very subtle, but the movement was noticed. It's not an object at all, but a Pokemon!
