Tiki turns, and shakes her tome until it starts working. She stares at the creature for a bit. She looks at its...eyes? It seems a bit silly looking, so, Tiki slowly reaches out and pets it.

It stares blankly back at you, expression unreadable (probably because it doesn't have one!). It doesn't seem to react to being petted, positively or otherwise.

Tiki holds it in her arms calmly. "Hm. You're a strange thing aren't ya? I wanna know who ya are. Lets go see the....Magic guys! Oh! You want to come too?" She smiles at the Lilipup?

Seeing you holding the strange creature without harm, the Lillipup follows closely at your heel, watching it carefully. Apparently you've gotten yourself a new (sort-of) bodyguard?
(If you decide to keep it, Lillipup is level 6, Female, Dreamy, with Pickup.)

Almost as soon as you enter the Guild, something freezes you, Lillipup, and the pink/blue thing in place. Everything goes brightly colored for a moment, and you feel a lurching sensation in your gut as you are pulled off your feet into the void. Moments later, you crash to the ground in a new place, surrounding by flashing lights and beeping devices.
Voice #1: "Ah! It worked! We got Porygon back!"
Voice #2: "Wait, who is the girl?"
Voice #1: "Dunno. Seems like she was with Porygon when we tried to summon it back?"
Voice #2: "Can the Ritual do that? Bring humans along with Pokemon?"
Voice #1: "Seems that way, or at least, it brought her along."

Tiki feels very confused, and a bit nauseous as she takes a seat to regain her composure. She holds the blocky thingy close, and her Lillipup sits on her lap, and growls. "Uuugghhh....Wha happen?"

You see one of the figures (which are still kinda blurry to you) walk over and carefully pluck the blocky thingy from your arms.
Voice #1: "Thanks for finding this guy. It's been quite a task trying to track its movements, and the summoning requires it to sit still for about a minute or our tracker can't lock onto it."
Voice #2: "Don't worry,any side-effects of the summoning ritual should pass momentarily. It wasn't meant for more than one being at a time, so be glad you and Lillipup aren't a pile of multicolored goo on the floor, or worse."

Tiki rubs eyes, and temples, before getting up. She looks around, and still doesn't understand what is going on. "Huh? Wha? Who are you? Where am I? How did I get here? What is that blocky thingy?"

Greg: "In order, the answers to your questions are: 'Here', 'You got pulled through the summoning along with Porygon', and '"that blocky thing" is Porygon'. We created it!"
Terry: "'Here' being our Summoning Room within the College of MagiTech."

The two boys look at each other briefly before launching into a whirlwind explanation that they hope answers your question (but is likely to only confuse you further).
Terry: "Eh... yes and no. 'Yes', Porygon is a Pokemon, and interacts with Apricorn Ball technology the same way as, say, your Lillipup."
Greg: "But 'no', we can't make Pokemon. At least, nothing other than Porygon at this time. It's a very involved and delicate process, and it's not truly 'living' in the same sense that Lillipup is. It's 'alive' and aware of its own existence (thus the escape attempts), but it's a being of pure eldritch magic (something I don't expect you to understand)."
Terry clears his throat. "Suffice it to say that 'Yes, it's a Pokemon. Yes, we created it. No, it's not easily duplicated. It's currently the only one of its kind, which makes it quite valuable to our research."

Greg: "We're not entirely sure what it can do, aside from Teleport. That's what we were getting ready to test when it 'ported itself outside to... do who knows what."
Terry: "It was probably curious about what Lillipup was. It's never seen another Pokemon before. While we don't think it would hurt something intentionally, since we don't know what all it can do right now, there's no telling what might happen when it interacts with regular Pokemon."

Tiki scratches her head. "It didn't hurt my Lillipup when I found them. It didn't even do anything to me when I touched, or grabbed it. Oh well." Tiki walks over and pets the Porygon. "You gotta be careful. What if you got lost? You're lucky I found you. Behave ok? Maybe we can play another time." She looks to the others. "Ok. Bye Bye~, Porygon! How do I get back outside?"

Greg hands Porygon off to Terry and escorts you and a very excited Lillipup out of the building. Lillipup seems to be enjoying sniffing everything, taking in all the scents.

Tiki happily waves to the Porygon. She would've liked to play with it, but it seems super important. She picks up her Lillipup, and follows Greg out.

Just outside, Tiki nearly trips over a cute lil' pink thing. It's got 3 weird round bumps on its forehead, and kind looks like it's got a ponytail 'hairstyle'. It seems to be carrying an egg-shaped stone in a little pouch on its front.
