Tiki grumbles, sits up a bit, and leans up against Rei. A bit of wind knocked from her sails, she frowns. "That aint fair..."

"Don't get your hopes up if I'm wrong, but maybe I can ask the doctor down the line and see if he can't get me an 'in' to the College. Then maybe I can get you in to see your Porygon!"

Tiki smiles happily, and blushes slightly as Rei plays with her hair. It feels very nice. She then quickly looks at Rei, who might be able to help her see Porygon again. She hugs Rei tightly. "You can help me see Porygon again!? You're the best Rei!"

Tiki's excitement comes back full strength! She giggles, and presses her cheek against Rei's own. "Ooohh! You're the absolute best, Rei! First the Minccis, then my Chingling, and now help to see Porygon! Thanks for always helping me meet awesome pokemon! Thank you~!"

Clay scrambles over a little late, trailing a Snivy who's still munching on the big green berry with the long trailing fronds that Fan found. Training ran a bit long today since he was puzzling out just what Snivy was good at; evidently his cool head carries over into battle, where he's a lot better at defending himself than some of Clay's team but also more reluctant to attack. Besides Snivy, Clay's worked a little more with Flower, trying to help her get a little quicker off the mark, and is trying to make up for lost time with Missile. "Sorry I'm late guys, I was seeing what Snivy could do. Oh, right, you guys haven't met him properly yet." He stoops down to scoop Snivy up in his arms. "This is Snivy. He's, uh, hanging out to see whether he wants to join me, basically. Anyway, what's up?"Training! Everybody's Agile; Flower, Missile, and Snivy get EXP training. Flower levels up! +1 Spd
Fan used Pickup and found a Tanga Berry. Which Snivy ate. |

Tiki smiles, and waves to Clay. "Clay is here! Mornin, Clay~!!" She grins, and pets the Snivy. "Cooool! So sleek!" She then returns to her seat, and looks at Clay. "Oi! Oi! We are heading out to the grasslands today! I'm looking for giant dog/kitty pokemon, and a ponyta to ride around! Do you wanna come with Rei, and me?"

"Oh, right, you were talking to Sam about it yesterday." Clay grins. "Sure, I'm in! I never did go catch a Ponyta, come to think of it, 'cause when he told me it was the 'go catch a Fire-type' mission and we went to the swamp." Wow, that seems like a long time ago now.

"Okay, let's go!" Clay's going to hold on to Snivy for now. He's not sure the little reptile will balance on his shoulder as well as Fan does, and he is sure Snivy would have trouble keeping up walking on the ground unless they slowed their pace to match it. "I've only been down there like the one time, it's where I caught Red Child, so I'd like to see what else hangs out down that way. It's so flat..."

Tiki drags the group to the watering hole area where she last saw the giant pokemon. They slowly advance when they get closer to not spook it away. "It was around here where I saw it. I hope it's here again."

The party links arms (because Tiki) and skips their way down to the Plains of Vermillion, hoping to spot themselves a "giant kitty/doggy thing", to hear Tiki describe it. When they get down there, they do see plenty of large groups of Pokemon roaming across the grassland in the distance, though they're little more than specks from here. Upon reaching the watering hole, they see a multitude of fish Pokemon scatter as their shadows fall across the water. It seems to be deserted right now.

Tiki recalls that it jumped over the lake from a stand still and then seemed to disappear over a nearby ridge (to the SE). There are no tracks to be found that would match the size of the creature she saw.

Clay calls out Red Child, but if they can't find a starting point for a trail the poor Growlithe's nose isn't going to be much help. "Which way did you say it went, Tiki? I'm not seeing any giant paws around here..."

Tiki thinks hard. "Hmmm.....hmmmmmm.....HMMMMMM!!" A candle lights up in her head, and she goes to where she was standing last, and tries to recall where it took off to. "I was here....and it went....umm..that way!" She points to one side of the lake, travels to the other side, and points in the direction she saw it.
