Butterfree takes the rapid series of punches fairly well.
"Confusion," Lilith orders. Butterfree's eyes shine with psychic energy as it assaults the Ledyba's mind.

Sanny hummed a little to himself and decided to see how Jet and his partner would go, tapping his sword.

Jet looks at Sanny confused; so much for that help. Still moving slowly as not to frighten the Elgyem, Keith slowly reached for one of his empty Pokeballs. Very slowly raising it to the Elgyems line of sight. "What do you say? Wanna come along with me? I can assure you that if you do, we'll both have a great time."

Lilith successfully captures the Bulbasaur. (Level 5, Patient). Captain Barbarossa gets her attention as she returns. "Lilith matey. Did ye find anything worth a bit of coin? Or perhaps a fight like those two." He asks, gesturing at the battle between Sanny, Jet and the Krabbys.
The Elgyem looks at Keith confused, reaching out and tapping the pokeball, causing it to open and capture the pokemon. (Level 5, pick the nature, stats are here.) bloodmankey Your turn

"Nothing worth any money at present, just a Rock-Typed Bulbasaur and some Ledyba. Wanted to capture the Ledyba, but they proved unable to withstand myself and Butterfree's assault."

Sanny took a peculiar stance and used his Flutter ability. (+3 Evasion and cannot be flanked) He wasn't in the mood to take glory.

Seeing his Magby knockin' on death's door, Jet quickly ordered for him to disengage, where the furious pirate returned him back to the ball. "Alright, you sons of bitches asked for it" he growled, rolling up his sleeves and marching forward, doing his best to throw the Krabby off guard. Intimidation roll! 15bb1LyF4d6 4d6

"So ye attained victory then. Good. We'll make a pirate out ye yet." The Captain says to Lilith, distracted by a fragment of stone. Vs Krabby! 18 - Sanny 9 - Jet 4 - Krabby x3 3 - William Two of the Krabby cringe as Jet steps forwards, while the third misses him with a Vicegrip! Having no desire to stand around doing nothing any longer, Lilith decides to move back into the forest. Maybe she'll come across some other useful Pokemon while there.

Looking at the Pokeball in his hand, Keith almost couldn't believe that the Elgyem joined him that easily. Letting it out of its Pokeball, Keith looks at it for a second and says "Well, now that we'll be traveling together, I should probably name you. Hm, I know it's a little unoriginal but how about Rayne?" The Elgyem seems to respond approvingly to this, much to Keith's relief. "Well, then I guess that Rayne it is. Let's go see how the others are getting on." As he says this, he turns back and tries to find where the rest of the group has wandered off to.

Seemingly in reaction to William and Sanny's inactio the cringing Krabbies back away, leaving only one currently engaged with Jet. Initiative: 9 - Jet 4 - Krabby
Looking around Kieth spots Lilith heading into the jungle, seeking another challenge and Jet's fight against the rocky Krabby. Nearby Sanny is standing, seemingly unresponsive.
As Lilith reenters a jungle a large ape drops down from the trees and lands directly in front of her. Looking at it Lillith recognises it as the Alolan pokemon called Oranguru, though it has abandoned it's fan of leaves in favour of an orange coat and muscles. (Speed 9)
