Helios looks at the paper and sighs. Well, if he was going to have to write about what he did today, might as well get it over with.
Sitting down, he writes a short and concise summary of what he had done that day - the pokemon caught, the items found, the note on the door to that one room... Finishing up, he thinks a bit and adds one extra detail: "To anyone who may go back to that location in the future, check behind the FOE hidden behind the big door. There may be another area back there."

As agreed, Merit worked with Nette to write their report. He wrote about the resource points, and he wrote of the clearing filled with Sandile (presumably bathing in the sun) and cacti. There was a path that wasn't explored, so he noted it should be a priority to investigate that path. He also noted that having a flying type was useful for scouting a path to their goal of reaching the bar next to the Shimmying Oasis. As an afterthought, he included the bar's menu.
With the last few details complete, Merit sets down the paper gleaming with wet ink and reclines back in his chair. "That should be it. Anything I missed? Best to add it before we retire."

"The Geomagnetic Pole - don't forget the geomagnetic pole!" Nette replies from behind his chair, where she was trying to observe how Merit wrote. "Oh. But they probably already know thought the guild badge connection. But it probably should still be in? Does it fit?"

"You're right, Nette," Merit says. "That should be in there too." As he writes in the addendum to the bottom of the report, he notices the cheery forest spirit observing his writing. With the addendum finished, he sets it back on the table.
"Well, it's getting rather late." Merit yawns. "I need to reorganize my supplies before I can rest." He stands up, brushing off some sand from his front. "It shouldn't be much longer for the paper to dry. Could you turn it in when it does, Nette?"
Once he gets her response, Merit walks back to his room, waving absentmindedly to anyone he might see. He changes out of his extremely dusty garments so he can beat them in the morning, and he begins to reorganize his supplies until he finally retires for the night.

"Mhm!" Nette affirms with a vigorous nod. As soon as Merit leaves his chair she sits down and leans in to keep an close eye on the paper. Just so it doesn't spontaneously combust! Though she wasn't really sure how watching it would prevent that; though luckily it didn't seem to be a too common problem with written things - had only seen it happen once after all! "Oh!" she absent-mindedly called out after Merit. "I think Nithia put one of those wards on our door. Be careful!"
Then she resumed her watch over the drying ink. She amused herself by thinking back to the previous day and imagining how different berry mixes would taste - maybe they could do some experiments themselves and share any successes with the barkeep? Eventually, after some probing on the less important looking letters, she concluded that the ink had indeed dried and she set out to proudly turn the report in. And after that - her bed and some sleep! *Yawn*
