After knocking on what's left of the gate, there still seems to be no reaction coming from inside the tower. The only one being wary now is Xander. If Blake was paying attention to him, he'd notice his fur standing on edge and crackling with electricity. Xander Blake and Xander are standing on D1 and C1 Lily and Skith are standing on F4 and F3 Kara and Fisa are standing on D6 and C6 Gate is from E3 to E4 Suddenly a loud screech can be heard coming from the entrance of the tower. EsLsqgv41d20 AC 4 + Evasion of Lily and Skith If hit, Defense -2 CS There are three Joltik hanging from a thread over the entrance. Order is: Xander/Fisa (11)
Joltik(s) (11)
Lily/Skith (10)
Blake (9)
Kara (8)
Everyone that was surprised can only use either a standard action or a shift action. (So everyone except Xander)

Hearing the screech Fisa scurries under Karas's feet and looks up at the Joltik with his teeth bared. As he was surprised all Fisa does is move from C6 to E5.

Hearing the screech from the entrance, Xander ran off in the direction that it came from. Following behind him, but startled by the sudden noise, Blake can do nothing except order Xander to attack one of the Joltik "Ok Xander, try and hit one with a Tackle" WrjWB0Skd20+1 If Hit:1d8+22 Blake and Xander move to E3

Xander hits the Joltik closest to him, which is in E3 (there are 2 Joltik in E3 and one in E4). You can see a fire in Xander's eyes as he is unleashing his full force into the attack (Rivalry activated). The Joltik bounces backwards from the force of the attack and stumbles to the ground. You can see that it has trouble staying upright as one of his legs seems to be hit pretty bad. (It's now on C3)
The one that was just hit stumbles closer and tries to jab into Xander (Runs to D3) oD0GuFIF1d20+3 Against AC 4.
If hit, 1D8+15 and Joltik regains half the damage as Hit Points
The other two Joltik both let loose a thread of string. 1D20 vs AC 4 for Blake, AC 5 for everyone else in E3, F3 and F4.
1D20 vs AC 4 for Blake and AC 5 for everyone in E3 and F3
If both hit, -2CS in Speed, if one hit -1CS in Speed, if none hit, nothing happens.

The hurt Joltik stabs Xander right in the chest and starts sucking up blood.
The other two are spitting thread all over Xander, Blake, Skith and Lily. -2 Speed CS for Xander, Blake and Skith. -1 Speed CS for Lily.

"Eww, these little bugs got me all sticky. Skith, lets show them the error of their ways, shall we? ...That being said, all of you are suddenly in the way! Skith, start out by stinging the injured one!"Perking up, the centipede pokemon spits a poisonous needle at the Joltik that was latched onto Xander. Horizon Lily delays until Skith moves

Seeing that Skith had missed, Horizon lily sighs in exasperation, but throws a pokeball at the wounded Joltik anyway. Pokeball vs AC 6: XlYTTT|Q1d20
Capture roll: 1d20 Turning to the Joltik in front of her, Horizon Lily blows it a kiss, sending sparkling energy its way. Quick Wit allows for a Swift Action Sweet Kiss.
Attack Roll: 1d20 vs AC 6, ignoring Speed Evasion 1d20·1d20·1d20

The ball hits the wounded Joltik, but fails to capture it. It's as if it had no effect at all. (You can pick up the pokeball after the battle)
The Joltik right in front of you seems a bit hesitant now, not really sure what to do.

OOC: Sorry, I thought that the turn order was different. I apologize for causing a hold up. Kara rushes up behind Fisa. Kara moves to F5 and as she was surprised can't attack.

Seeing that the pokeball had no effect, Blake lets out an exasperated sigh. "Well, I guess we're doing this the hard way." Blake lets out a massive Snarl at the Joltik closest to him whereas Xander tackles the one he injured again Blake: Snarl vs Joltik in E3 leyt2FdN1d20 vs AC 3. Fisa rends the Joltik across it's face, leaving scratchmarks all over it. It doesn't seem to phase the Joltik that much though.
All Joltik move back towards the back of the tower's ground floor, trying to move towards the stairs at C5.
The most wounded one, the one that was standing on D3, starts unleashing a wave of electricity towards Blake (Thunder Wave) Blake is Paralyzed: A paralyzed user’s Initiative is halved. Make a Save Check that succeeds on 11+ at start of the user’s turn. On a succesful check the user may act normally, but on a failed check the following effects occur: - The user can only take a Standard OR Shift Action that round, but not both - The user is Vulnerable for 1 full round - The user cannot take attacks of opportunity for 1 full round The other two are trying to get away.
Before they moved away, all that can, can take an attack of opportunity.
[OOC] After this all happened, Blake's and Xander's Attacks will happen, I'll quote them so it'll appear in the right order.

For the AoO, Blake takes a swing with his knife at the Joltik in E3 and Xander at the one in E4 Blake: 1d20 vs AC 4 dealing 1d8+14 damage Xander: 1d20 vs AC 4 dealing 1d8+20 damage 1d20·1d20·1d8+14·1d20·1d8+20

If hit, 2d6+20 damage Xander: Tackle vs Joltik in D3 1d20 vs AC 2. If hit, 1d8+22 damage The Joltiks are hit with a barrage of attacks! The one that was injured before topples over and falls unconcious. The one standing in front of it (E3) is severely wounded, but is still able to struggle it's way to the stairs with the other Joltik.
When they arrive at the stairs they don't see what's happening behind them and they both get hit by a blast of sound. They both get knocked out by the force of the blast, making them fall to the ground.
You each gain 13 xp for your Pokémon from this encounter.
Right now you see the three Joltik lying there unconcious, the room in which you are standing is about 4m wide and 4m deep, the ceiling is 2m high. To the left of the entrance is a stairway, that's where the Joltik where heading to. Other than that, you see a table at the opposite wall from the door. There's a bunch of papers lying on it and also what seems to be a small lockbox. On the right hangs a painting of a man, judging by the clothing he could be nobility, posing with a Glalie. What do you do?

Horizon Lily walks over and picks up her pokeball from where it fell after the failed capture attempt.
"Well, it seems those weren't wilds, so we are probably in the right place...
But did they have to hit me with that string shot? Ugh, I'm all sticky and disgusting. Give me a moment."
She walks outside and around the corner. A light shines around the corner, and when she walks back in, Horizon Lily is clean and in a new set of clothes.
