I'm not sure if this is the right place to put this, but I couldn't find an OOC area so here goes... Is there a way to shrink or remove the bar on the left? The way it's currently set up makes me have to manually scroll to the right to see the rest of a post, as it has about an inch too much space taken up by that bar on the left. (...I just had to scroll left in order to edit this post. HELP! )

Try a ctrl- and see if that fixes it.
Also, I'd advise putting stuff like this in the Q&A section

Thread moved to the Q+A forum.
Plotting and Info is for the planning and development of freeform roleplays.
In addition, if the bar to the left is a problem for you and you can't find a fix for it, there is an option in your profile settings to switch the site skin you're using. There is an alternative skin with a much more simple design and a lack of the side bar for your use.

I'm very particular about my text being in the center of the screen, and while I can see the appeal of the sidebar, I hated how all the text was pushed so far to the right.

(I had missed Q&A when I looked at the boards earlier.) The basic skin is perfect for my needs.
