Ally Ninja is taken out by the Vortex. Serperior continues lazily boosting its strength. (Dragon Dance! +1 ATK/SPD)
Whimsicott sticks its tongue out at Rotom mockingly.

Business Suit produces a small remote from within her suit jacket and presses a button on it, causing Weezing to shudder slightly in pain.

Almost as if it had been distracted or sleeping through the fight, only now does a new Pokemon replace Ally Ninja. Even if Lia could have doubted her temporary ally's identity before, she certainly can't deny the presence of that oh-so-familiar red and black Ariados.
Rotom decides to try zapping the bug that appeared behind it.

Weezing is healed slightly by Leftovers, and roosts to regain health.

Lia uproariously shouts at the group of foes, but only causes Business Suit to Disengage.
Serperior boosts one last time, maximizing its attack strength as Business Suit heals it with a Hyper Potion.
Ariados seems annoyed that Scier almost crashed into it, but the Rotom actually hurt it, so that's the current target.
Whimsicott claps for Rotom again.

Scier is about to go help Lia when Lia turns back and stops her, barking an order. "Help them too, they are with us!"Scier looks REALLY confused as she recognizes the pokemon, and knows 'who' they belong to. And that as far as she knows, they are enemies. "Just... do it!"The Chimecho holds for a moment, but against her better judgement rings her bell of healing. Everyone is healed of statuses, but the real benefit is the after-effect. (Heal Bell, Lia/Scier/Aradios/Whimiscott are healed of any persistent statuses, but also gain 40 temp hp each) Lia goes back to hexing her burned target. Lia uses Hex vs Wheezing

Despite the powerful Hex, Weezing still won't go down! It's probably on its last dregs of stamina, but between the fully powered Serperior and probably at least 4 other Pokemon left to Business Suit alone, Lia gets the sinking feeling she's not going to make it out of this alive.
Serperior slams its heavy, scaly tail into Lia, sending her flying across the room.

Just as the poison once again fails to reach its target, and Lia perhaps begins to question how the heck she's even going to beat Business Suit if she can't even take down a single Pokemon of theirs, something happens. Just as she is about to issue another command to the stupidly resilient Delta Weezing, she presses a finger to her ear, as if listening to an earpiece. She frowns slightly, the first real expression she's made this entire time, even when Lia was pressing her more directly. She suddenly recalls her Pokemon, and what appears to be a purple and black Eldritch Horror-esque Volcarona arrives, latches onto her, and then vanishes as quickly as it came. It reappears moments later, grabbing the Rotom and its fallen trainer and vanishes a second time.
While Lia, Scier, and her Ally's Pokemon are still recovering from the sudden disappearance of their foes, the Gallade-guy from before suddenly appears next to Lia with a faint pop. He looks quite winded and disheveled.
"Phew. Finally found you." He surveys the destruction around the area the fight took place in. "Uh.. y'know what? I'm not going to ask. Not right now. We gotta go. Like, now." He walks over to Ally Ninja's fallen form and fishes around for her poke balls, recalling Ariados and Whimsicott, then picks her up and hoists her over his shoulder.

Leader Anastasia smiles politely at Lia as they each take up position on the battlefield. The Sinnoh native releases her Froslass onto the field and rapidly forms hand signs while waiting for Lia to become ready. Once she is, a hailstorm begins, pelting those on the battlefield.

Lia is actually completely unaffected by the weather, and seems to psych herself up to be more limber. She runs up and blasts Anastasia twice with fiyah! Meanwhile Kamien concentrates and summons floating orbs of fire around her. And then as if a response, the sun actually pops out, staving the hail off for a while! Lia uses a Swift to gain 3 Speed tokens using Speed Demon.

Seirei dodges the little Ember, but gets blasted by the bigger fire. It remains floating in the air though.
Anastasia's substitute doll is destroyed by the next Ember in line, leaving her open for the second to burn her. A quick Lum Berry takes care of that nasty burn though.
The Froslass floats over across from Kamien and sprays freezing-cold winds on it.
Icy Wind AC 2 vs tQct88kp1d20 Slow on 18+. Freeze on 20.

Lowers the Speed of all legal targets by -1 CS.
Anastasia creates a layer of extra icy ground within the arena, making it more difficult to approach her. Not that this seems to bother Lia much.

Lia doesn't seem affected, and decides to pre-empt her starting a warpath by... distracting her. Hopefully this works. She tries to strike a 'sexy' pose to throw the leader off her game! Seirei's focus band lets it hang in there just a smidge longer. It blasts Kamien with more ice. It won't hurt much, but will slow her down. Not to mention, Seirei is able to turn the resulting attack remnants into a Mist! (Activate Arctic Zeal, letting Seirei use Mist as if it were on its move list, and allowing for extra options with Mist charges)
