"Nope, that's it. Done. No point in hurting my others. Los is on the same level physically as Wrona so she won't be able to do anything. My Woobat Flare is even less. And that leaves Jazda which I 'know' is not enough. I'm nowhere near that level."

"I hope you aren't too discouraged by losing to Valuk. He's the same strength level as a member of the Elite Four, if not the Champion herself. With that being said, there is a reason he stays down here. He's too powerful for your average Gym Battle. I generally only call on him in emergencies or when I bring someone down here."
She lets her Blastoise return to the large pool it was sleeping in as she leads you back upstairs to have your Pokemon healed. After that's finished, she has you go change into your swimwear and get ready for your first day as a Gym Trainer.

After healing up, Lia switches her two waters back in over Wrona and Chwast so her team is back to how it was this morning. Despite her not being a water type, Lia can't help but let Scier follow her around like normal. She quickly changes into her swimsuit again, and heads to where the trainers are hanging out. Despite her saying it was fine, and her earlier words about what a trainer 'should' do, she can't help a small part of her wanting to crush someone with Los.

Despite your battle with Valuk not taking all that long, most of the other trainers have moved to the pool area to hang out. A few are still lounging around in the office area, but none you recognize.

As you enter the pool area, you see Aleisandra already talking to Floyd about starting his re-match against her. The other Gym Trainers wave you over. You recognize the friendly Nathan, the two girls Megan and Amanda, as well as even the surly Drew. They seem to be discussing something, and Drew is being disagreeable.
Amanda just strolls over and sits next to Drew, leaning in and whispering something in his ear which causes him to turn red and suddenly change his mind about... whatever it is they are talking about.
