Every book is allowed besides the February Playtest. Accepting any challengers, but would most prefer 1 on 1 duels against other Combat Trainers, since I'm specifically opting not to use any Pokemon. I spent $21,000 on items, challengers can spend however much they like. Speedy McGofast's sheet is here.
I made a thing. Guess we can test builds now. Btw, there are some errors on your sheet. You have two Attack Focuses when the item description says you can only benefit from one Focus no matter which position it's in. Also, you have Type Expertise Flying, but only one Flying-type Move out of the 3 you need to qualify for it.
My char has Blur and Illuminate, so your non-miss moves will do 1d20-2 vs AC2 to start with.
Ah, thanks for catching that. Keep in mind I also have Gale Wings, but ran out of space for Abilities. I replaced the OH Focus with a Shield, and Type Expertise with Dive. Here's the battlemap if you'd be alright with telling me your email for edit rights, I assume you're fine with the starting positions, if not lemme know.
Anyways, Speedy McGoFast's Initiative - 31, instead decides to wait until Initiative 25.
Kojuro starts off by using Splash to close the distance, then Flash at Melee Range. Spending 2 AP for Prismatic Alignment so if it hits, Speedy is Blinded, taking -6 to Accuracy for one round in addition to the accuracy loss from Flash. Kojuro is at 8 Evasion from Splash.
Move: Flash Type: Normal Frequency: At-Will AC: 2 vs QV_ynqmd1d20 Class: Status Range: Cone 2 Effect: The Accuracy of all Legal Targets is lowered by -1.1d20
Speedy McGoFast currently has -6 to Accuracy due to being Blinded. She strafes with a Splash, remaining in Melee distance and currently having 8 Evasion, then uses Feint Attack. Move: Feint Attack Type: Dark Frequency: EOT AC:6 AB|R_F7L1d20-6 If it hits, she activates Scoundrel's Strike and then Cruelty, causing Kojuro to lose 16 HP from Scoundrel's Strike. How many Injuries does he currently have before I do Cruelty's effect?1d20-6
The first one misses, since turn order would have normally reset for Turn 2 and I'd have gone first- I planned on delaying my turn to the same initiative of 25 again anyways, so let's just assume I did that and it's my turn now.
Splash to strafe once again to stay in melee range, then using Thief. If it hits I'll post what I'll do next. If not I'll delay my initiative again next turn.
Move: Thief Type: Dark Frequency: At-Will AC:10 vs Zxzcee5N1d20-4 Physical Damage: 2d6+65 1d20-4·2d6+65
The second one misses, and Speedy McGoFast decides to Take a Breather, running a full 9 meters away, resetting all her CS to default stages of 0, except Attack still being at +1 due to her Attack Stat Booster, and becoming Tripped and Vulnerable. She has the Run Away Ability.
Upon the beginning of Turn 4, Speedy McGoFast takes her turn on her normal Initiative of 31. She uses Kip Up to stand from being Tripped as a Swift Action, then runs 9 meters back into Melee range of Kojuro, using Aerial Ace. Upon ending her turn now she's no longer Tripped or Vulnerable, but still only has 7 Evasion due to not Splashing.
Move: Aerial Ace Type: Flying Frequency: At-Will AC:6 vs Wbo_RbXQ1d20-2 Physical Damage: 2d6+70 (Attack stat of 60, +5 From Attack Focus, +5 from Vanguard.1d20-2·2d6+70
Speedy McGoFast uses the Dive Feature to Shift out of the way of Swift and become Tripped, still within Melee range. Since she already spent her turn this round she won't have her Shift Action during her next turn.
Upon the beginning of Turn 5, Speedy McGoFast holds her turn until Initiative 25.
Speedy McGoFast uses Kip Up again to Stand as a Swift Action, then spends 1 AP to strafe 2 Meters around Kurojo with Quick Gymnastics so she doesn't provoke any attacks of opportunity from standing up.
She then uses Aerial Ace. Move: Aerial Ace Type: Flying Frequency: At-Will AC: 6 vs c253cqz41d20-2 Physical Damage: 2d6+73
Upon the beginning of Turn 6, Speedy McGoFast holds her turn until Initiative 25.1d20-2·2d6+73
Due to hitting, Speedy will activate Scoundrel's Strike using Cruelty's Version. Kojuro loses 16 HP, and then Speedy activates Cruelty, giving Kojuro an Injury. How many Injuries does he currently have before I purchase effects?
Nevermind, I just realized Cruelty's a Swift Action to use. I'll continue as I planned without it then.
Turn 7, Speedy McGoFast decides to act at her normal Initiative of 31. She Splashes to remain in Melee range. She uses Multi-Tasking. She Aerial Aces, using Outmanuever for +4 to her Accuracy for this attack as well as reducing Kojuro's initiative by 9, Gale Wings makes it Priority.
Move: Aerial Ace Type: Flying Frequency: At-Will AC: 6 vs LwHjuiXl1d20+2 Damage: 2d6+78 (DB 6, 60 Attack, 5 from Focus, 5 from Vanguard) Class: Physical
She then uses Aerial Ace again, using Outmanuever again. Move: Aerial Ace Type: Flying Frequency: At-Will AC: 6 vs 1d20+2 Damage: 2d6+78 (DB 6, 60 Attack, 5 from Focus, 5 from Vanguard) Class: Physical
She then uses Burst of Speed to gain another turn at Initiative 15. She then uses Aerial Ace again, skipping to the top of initiative due to it being priority, as well as Outmanuever.

It's very slow, yes. You'll probably finish working on your game before one pops up here, and if you create a recruitment for it you can expect to be swarmed with applicants.

Keep an eye on the recruitment area of this website. They're rare nowadays, but any new games that crop up will show up there. If it's a live game you want though, you're outta luck.

Basically, GMs post recruitments in the appropriate section, and then players apply to the open games. Unfortunately, there has been a rather... small amount of games posted lately, but there's one currently recruiting right now.
