Seeing that the battle was over, Mael approached Ovelia. "I was thinking while the battle was going on. The female body is more sacred than I treated it and I can understand your desire to get retribution or at least some form of solace for what happened, whether it was on purpose or not. I apologize for making you feel like you were being devalued and for treating you as if you should have no pride," Mael said solemnly. He really did believe what he was saying, although there was also the underlying reason that he didn't want his previous rash words to create a dissonance in the group. For that, he could easily swallow his own, admittedly meager, pride and apologize. There was of course also the fact that Ovelia was more or less proven right, going by how Niyol had kissed her in the middle of battle.
I knew he was a pirate, but come on... Anyway, should I address the fact that she called me a coward and dishonourable? Well, if apologizing doesn't make her change her opinion, maybe fighting together again will. I've put in enough effort for today anyway. Maybe I really don't have much honour, huh. I guess that comes with being a lazy mage trained for stealth.
"So, now that this is over, how about going to the Bazaar?" Mael asked the group as a whole.

Wow. Niyol kissed Ovelia. On the lips. With what Alex was pretty sure was tongue action too. And she was no longer killing him. Clearly Alex was missing some context clues, because five seconds ago Ovelia was beating the crap out of him, and then right after he did something that Alex deemed worse than peeping, Ovelia stopped. Alex made a mental note to watch out for Niyol, because not only did he engage in reckless and questionable behavior, he seemed to be the type who always got away with it. I do not want to get tangled up in that mess. Hopefully this doesn't lead to any more complications, because our party is already not well coordinated.
Then Mael mentioned going to the bazaar, and Alex jumped on the opportunity. "Yes, let's go immediately. I need to get some medical supplies and I want to have time to browse afterwards." Although this was true, what Alex really wanted the most was to get out of this situation, ASAP.

Upon hearing people speak and realize that people had been present, Ovelia's face flushed even redder, "Next time I'll bite that tongue off!" She said quickly before turning to look toward Mael. "I...see." She said unsure if he was saying it due to the fact that she had beat Niyol or if he really meant it. However, she simply nodded, "Well then thank you for your change. As for the bazaar, I need to go wash my mouth out. A lot. Maybe with poison." She said, "Thank you for the offer, however. I'll go myself later. I think its best if I'm not around him for now." She said motioning toward Niyol.

Niyol sat up not moving at the pain in his head and only mildly chuckling at the jabs from Oveila. "Never again, I can promise you Oveila. I don't want this team to be anymore discordant than we've already made it to be. I'll be careful from on. In fact, I won't concern myself with you anymore."
Niyol tuck his head inbetween his legs trying to get the spots out his vision as well as to get over dread that had suddenly fallen on him. "A promise is a promise though!" Niyol gently float upward still at level with the others on the ground but still in a sitting position. "Let's go to the Bazaar. I'll recover like this until we reached the inner city and by the time we reach the Bazaar I think I'll be find again."
He gave the others a brave smile to hide his pain without looking at Oveila. He will let one of the others take the lead in this at least until they've reached the bazaar.

Ovelia sighed, "Look you could always see a medic and catch up to them later." She pointed out.

Niyol waves his hand, "I've fallen from greater heights besides I have no idea where the medic is in this place."

"Well, i guess its... settled? Somewhat?" Thane says, having been standing back since he wasn't going to get in the way of a duel over Ovelia's honor, people tend to get upset when you do that. "I'm ready if we are all ready to head to the Bazaar."

With that the group was able to leave for their way to the bazaar in Teplas city. The walk didn't take that long, for all involved the trip in the end only took about a half hour to walk all the way there.
As they arrived into the city, those from out of the city were met with an astounding gaze as to the bazaar of the city of Teplas. All sorts of shops selling every sort of thing was available in every corner of this bazaar. The hustle and bustle of dozens of citizens talking to each of the other stalls.
The truest statement about these stalls is that literally anything could be found here. The only question was what could there be asked is where in the bazaar is the person selling the thing you could be looking for.

With the group gone Ovelia would first head to the mess hall to look for something to eat to get the gross taste out of her mouth.
Once she was done eating she would head back to her room to patch up her leather armor and fix it up.
Once that was done she would explore the mansion to learn where everything was. She was especially checking for private isolated bathrooms, big rooms for training, and any places with high metal content to practice her magnetism.
Assuming nothing interrupted that she would then finally head to the bazaar.

Alex was surprised at the sheer amount of shops there was at the bazaar, and also the lack of any formal organization. She could tell right away that she could probably find what she needed, but it wouldn't be easy. She turned around to the rest of her party and said, "If anyone knows where they sell medical supplies, now would be the time to speak up. Otherwise, I am just going to look around for them myself. Of course, if you also need some medical supplies, you are welcome to follow me.

Niyol took in the sights of the bazaar recalling how he went through it the day of his interview into the magic knights and then thought fondly of the Flying Dreagle. The hustle and bustle, noise, and smell of the bazaar was just as powerful as before however maybe even more so with the headache Niyol was fighting off. No matter though, he'll just have to grin and bare it and try not to think about.
"Well... I have been here a few times before but you never know where things move to unless they well off merchants and can afford the same slot. Haha, sorry can't be as much help. " Niyol chuckles then gaze up at the rising morning sun with one hand shielding his eyes. "If we are going to split up lets meet back here around noon and have some lunch together and maybe consolidation information about the bazaar and share them with each other. Oh, and keep an eye on your wallets there is always someone capital or no."
With that, Niyol will offer the names and the places of any well renown booth in the bazaar that his teammate's may like to go to and accompany anyone that would like him to come with them as they go through the bazaar. Otherwise, Niyol will explore and walk the bazaar by himself and realize just how much being a knight doesn't pay as in comparison to being a sky pirate and keep an eye on his purse from any grubby fingers.

Since Mael had grown up in the city, he was actually used to the lively place that was the Bazaar. He used to get taken here as a treat when he was a child. He hadn't come for many years however, and the place always changed, so it was a little like he was seeing it for the first time again. Mael breathed in the smell of foods, of the wooden stalls and perfumes of all kinds. He closed his eyes, just enjoying what he could sense. He could almost taste the smells.
Mael immediately tried to spy a stall that sold gems. He was looking for one gem in particular, called an Eviolite. He also wanted to get rid of this Dusk Stone he had acquired some time ago. Both of the items could be used to make his construct stronger technically, but in the end he'd decided to go with the Eviolite. He didn't want Tenebram to evolve and lose his speed or the ability that made him so powerful.
What else did he need? He still had more than enough medical supplies to take care of Tenebram, and himself. Some more couldn't hurt though. Prevention was the best cure though, according to some person. Perhaps it was time to invest in actual armour.
The dark mage was about to leave, when he remembered he wasn't here alone. "I'm going to look for a gem and stone merchant. I'd also like to find some armour, leather probably. After that, I might go and browse for medical supplies too."
Mael wasn't going to tell the group that he'd performed a spell to become stronger and had lost the ability to see in the dark and was now looking for a pair of magical glasses or goggles that would allow him to do so again. Well, he would probably end up telling them if they asked about the item, but he'd keep it hidden for as long as he could, if only to save himself some imagined embarrassment.

With her exploration Ovelia didn't really find any private bathrooms, there were smaller bathrooms in the mansion far away from where anyone was actually staying, but they weren't private bathrooms. There were other notables, including different berry and herb gardens, a practice room, and a forge. There wasn't any particular location of more metal content than the other, but near the forge area there was a large amount of scrap metal that could be used for the forge she could practice her magnetism on. As she walked to the bazzar she found herself face to face with the massive thing that was the bazzar. Something though immediately caught her eye. Someone was running along the tops of stalls at high speed. give me a perception roll As the group made their way into the bazaar, Niyol was able to mention only three stores of particular interest. The first was a common man who always took the same spot, his stall was called 'The trading post' where he never took money, but exchanged things for things. This resulted in a strange battering system, which for whatever he wanted, he could get whatever he wanted. Anything could be found there. The next place worth mentioning was the 'The smelt' which was a group of people who had multiple stalls all over the bazaar, while finding one of them was easy finding the one you wanted was hard. Each one sold a different stone or gem, and they spread out for the store was a group of individual minors who commonly argued with each other. Though they did know where the others were, since they always had the same spots, but each miner rotates between the spots meaning on any given day it'd be difficult to figure out which spot to go to. The last was 'The velvet room' it was a shop that had all things occult, from magic items to move scrolls. Though no one was ever sure where it was, often one would find it on accident entering through a random door. Give me some perception rolls to find shops sellign the stuff you want, and to see if you guys stay in the general area of each other.

As the group made their way into the shops they found themselves swamped by the torrent of people swiftly getting separated.
Getting through the waves of people Alex found herself a distance away from a stall with a clean smell to it. The people in the area around her were considerably calmer. The stall looked like it had one plesant looking woman, wearing flowery clothing sitting behind the counter. The people in the stall seemed to inspecting all kinds of medical and botanical items.
She smiled at Alex, when Something seemed to shove her heavily from behind.
She heard a familiar voice from behind her, "Bug bitch."
Mael Found himself shoved away from the rest of his group, and found himself in a small alcove face to face with a blue door. A sign overhead that said, "The Velvet room."
Ovelia could see him off in the distance, it was Johnathan, he was running across stall tops. It looked like he was chasing something, with a panicked look on his face. It was clear he was distressed.

"What-" Mael didn't even manage to finish his sentence before he found himself away from the rest of the group. Well that was rude, he thought, brushing himself off a little in annoyance. He quickly reigned his annoyance in again and it gave way to curiosity when he saw the sign saying "The Velvet Room". What on earth is this place? Mael had to wonder. Velvet... maybe this is a seamstress' shop? Or maybe even an armour merchant's. Or both. This might be just what I was looking for.
Mael opened the blue door.

Stepping inside Mael found himself face to face with a regal room. Lining the walls were all sorts of fancy ornate items. All of them he could feel magic radiating from each item, and the room itself. The entire room was a shade of brilliant blue.
The room had the arrangement of a study, with a roaring fireplace in the back of the room. There was not much furniture though. Only two large Leather chairs, and a fancy table. All of the furniture blue.
Sitting in one of the chairs was a man dressed in nobles clothing. He was bald with a large nose. Standing next to him was a woman dressed in a blue maid uniform.
The man smiled and looked at Mael, "Why Hello there Mael. Welcome to the Velvet room, what can I do for you today?"

Mael looked around the room that he had entered. It was at once regal and opulent and yet spartan. There were ornate items on the wall, but very little furniture. Not only that, but Mael could literally feel the magic in the room. It was also very... blue. Extremely blue.
The shadow mage's focus shifted from the room itself to its occupants. There was a rather well dressed man and a woman in a blue maid uniform.
The man spoke and Mael froze. Had he introduced himself and not realised it? No... he'd said nothing for as long as he'd been here, and he didn't recognize the man at all, so he couldn't have known Mael's name. Or could he? With the amount of magic in the room, it wasn't too strange that this man would know the name of anyone who entered.
Now that he was less shocked, he could remember Niyol mentioning this place. It was said to sell all things occult. Mael could hit himself for forgetting something he'd been told only a few minutes ago, but that would have taken effort. Mentally, Mael shrugged.
So if this place sells occult things, I might find more than I need. They should have Move Scrolls here, which is brilliant. That meant Mael could pick up a Thief Move Scroll or even Steel Wing, which would allow Tenebram to hit three of the four types of constructs he was weak to harder. More importantly though, "I'm looking for an Eviolite. If possible I'd like to trade a Dusk Stone for it and make up the rest of the difference with money. Then, a pair of glasses or goggles that grant night vision. Finally, if you have them, Thief and Steel Wing Move Scrolls would be nice. Also, this might be a stretch, but are you in possession of armour good against magical attacks?"

The man tapped his chin for a moment, "I have all that could need."
He snapped his fingers, "Victoria, be a dear, and go fetch him those things from the back."
With a nod the woman walked toward the back of the room, into a door. A door Mael could say for a fact wasn't there in the first place.
He chuckled for a moment, "Oh yes, Let me apologize, I seem to have forgotten to introduce myself. My name is Igor."
"I'll have those things out for you in a moment." he said, "For the time being, how about a seat and some tea? We've got a couple things to discuss. There are also things you'd like to ask me, I'm sure.
He motioned to the table in front of him, and the chair across from him. The table now clearly had Tea, and small snacks on it.

Mael watched with slightly wide eyes as the woman- Victoria, walked into a door that had appeared from nowhere. This place was... amazing. Scarily so.
"A pleasure to meet you, Igor, I would introduce myself, but it seems you know my name already," Mael said, hiding his wariness. Mael had been to engrossed in the magic of the room to realise that the man hadn't introduced himself.
Mael sat down slowly. Things to discuss? he wondered. What could there be to discuss? Mael had one question, and that was how the man knew his name. Beyond that, he wasn't sure he had anything else to ask. Just what did this man want from him?
Mael nodded unsurely, almost jumping a little as tea that had appeared on the table complete together with snacks. He was still getting used to the oddities of this place. How was this possible, Mael wondered. Well, that was another question.
"I've been wondering how you know my name. But more than that I'm interested in the magic of this place and how it can make things appear from nothing. Is it a magical item? Or a spell placed over the location?" Mael leaned forward a little in genuine curiosity.

He responded, ""To answer, The velvet room is...... A special room. Only a few people can come in here, it's a place that both is and isn't in your reality. It's got a purpose, and I'm merely it's embodiment. Needless to say, trying to explain more than that is really above what I'm able to tell you myself. For that isn't the purpose of the velvet room."
"I know the questions you really want answered will come to mind as soon as I tell you why I know your name." He said, "Your Older brother came to me often. He was one of the people to frequent the velvet room."
He added, "I also have some ideas as to where he is right now. In a sense of the word."
