Kaeda just barely is able to stay up when the Kabutops attacks her. If she wasn't wearing the armor that Floyd had given her, she'd be out for sure. Her Butterfree chirps away, worried for her. "You giant bastard...How about picking on someone your own size!" Kaeda recalls her Butterfree, and tosses out behind the Kabutops, her other dino. "Give 'em hell, Samael!!" The huge Tyrantrum roars angrily at the enemy.

Lia rushes in and pushes her out of the way, taking both of the attacks herself. She winces as the attacks slice into her, but is not out by a long shot.
"Pay attention to me you friggin giant pest..."

In a final flurry of attacks, the massive Kabutops is finally felled. Whatever portal it opened to get here seems to pull it back, as its unconscious form quickly fades from view.
Kaeda earns the Mt. Moon Milestone, and the rest of the party earns 3 Misc XP for the win.
The party earns 70 Poke XP each from the 10 Kabuto, and an additional 135 Poke XP from the Outsider Kabutops.

Kaeda very quickly sets the Lapras as their target, and she attacks with some psychic attacks. As Surt moves forward, it then plants itself in the snow as a big statue. It then attacks the Lapras with a massive fiery attack.

Lapras used Perish Song! It cannot miss. All combatants receive a Perish Count of 3. At the beginning of each of their turns, the counter is reduced by 1. When the Perish Counter reaches 0, their Hit Points are set to zero.
Walrein Takes a Breather, clearing its Perish Count!

Lia feels the effects of the song reverb throughout her body, and decides maybe taking a moment to re-orient herself is in order. She takes a knee and holds that. Brunhilda doesn't share the sentiment, and moves forward to slash at the one ninja near her! Lia takes a breather, clearing her perish count and restoring her stages.

The Ice clone's body crunches under Brunhilda's fist, but does not break. It duplicates itself, so there are now 3 of it. From out of the fog and mist comes a volley of shuriken, aimed directly at Kaeda and her Darmanitan.

Kaeda quickly gets Surt off the field to avoid the Perish Song, and sends out her Infernape, Asura. It howls, beats on it's chest, and delivers a wicked fast punch to the lapras. Kaeda also keeps tabs on the strong ninja by reading it's mind for another attack.
Kaeda uses Quick Switch

Mamoswine used Sudden Avalanche, raising its SATK and Speed by 1 CS!

Lia and Brunhilda squint but can't see shit. Whatever, they'll come back out to attack. There are other targets for now. Brunhilda rushes forward but can't 'quite' reach the Walrein for now. She just swaggers in it's direction to throw it off. Brunhilda turn 2
