Tangela proves much more resilient against physical attacks; that spongy mass of vines is certainly not just for whipping enemies. At the same time though, it can see a losing battle when it's stuck in one. It uproots after healing up slightly and takes off, abandoning the other two.

Sensible enough of it. Mayu voyages further into the forest, now reasonably confident that she can handle the forest-dwellers even without Sigma.

Flowers are... probably Grass-type? But Mayu's only Fire Pokemon is unconscious, so she sends out Beta instead. Beta, now a much more impressively-sized Mightyena, bounds forward to bite!
