Vicky rolls up to it. She's already gotten dirty a few times today. After the first couple of accidents, followed by the rest that were on purpose, she's not scared of a little more dirt.
She tries bait one more time on the little critter.

The Eevee stops rolling long enough to nip Victoria's fingers as it swipes the bait and eats it in a couple of bites. Then it trills happily and resumes rolling.

A bit more walking and Victoria comes across a faux power plant. It seems to even have actual solar-powered generators that attract Electric Pokemon. Like that Magnemite floating over there!

Further along still, there is an area with a bunch of Fighting-Types working out and lifting large concrete blocks. The first one to catch Victoria's attention is a Machoke that seems to be lifting slightly more than the others in the area. It's competing with a Gurdurr.

Hm. Well, they were already doing that...suppose an objective judge can't hurt. They look at each other, shrug, and begin to request aid from the other Fighting-Types to gather the heaviest objects around for a competition between Machoke and Gurdurr...
The competition is quite fierce. Both Pokemon are performing amazing feats of strength. Eventually, however, Gurdurr reaches a weight it can no longer safely lift. Machoke manages to lift it, if only just. The concrete slab crashes to the ground as Machoke lets it down. The two shake hands. Machoke is tired, but manages to flex at Victoria and the other Pokemon in victory.

She claps for Gurdurr as well. Once the commotion dies down, she approaches the Machoke.
"You there, that strength shouldn't be laundering here in the Safari Zone! You need to come out with me and kick ass!"

Back over at the Electric Hangout, there is a little Dedenne munching on some lovely wires. The wires only connect between the generators specifically for Electric Pokemon to feed on.
