Victoria eyes the grin and giggles and looks over to May.
"Watch this one May, she may look cute on the outside, but she's dangerous; like one of her Miltanks!"
She laughs and then digs in to her food.
"So do we want to go RIGHT into it and head to Mt Mortar? Or are there other shenanigans anyone's got up their sleeves?"
After a moment of no arguments, she shrugs.
"Alright then! To Mt Mortar it is then! Let's tackle that mountain!"

A couple hours later, the party arrives outside of the westernmost entrance to Mt. Mortar. Victoria presses the 'yes' button when prompted by her fancy blue box, and the group watches as Mt. Mortar's interior seems to darken before their eyes.

After that fight, Victoria finally sighs as the Perish song finishes it. She looks over to Whitney.
"Hey you ok to keep going? I know you wanted to join in on the fun, do we need to go heal and come back?"

When the group returns the next day, Whitney suggests that she save her Pokemon's strength for the 'Boss fights'. She'll still help if Victoria really needs/wants it, but after seeing how quickly her Pokemon got beat up last time, she's realized they just aren't good at swarm battles. As if it were hearing this, the Dungeon sends fewer Pokemon at Victoria than last time. Back to the "usual" 3, rather than 5.

A bit more wandering, and suddenly the party is whisked away in a manner similar to teleportation! Everyone winds up in a strange, enclosed room with a large pool of water in the center. Gee, could this be a boss room?

Victoria turns to Whitney.
"I have a feeling we gonna be fighting something big. Finding the big scary tree was preceeded by me being teleported into the big mansion first, and then again to the area where the ghost fight club was."
She has her hand ready to grab a pokemon off her waist and approaches the pool of water, but not before a kiss from May.
"For luck! Hehe."
She then approaches the pool.

As soon as Victoria begins to approach the pool, a bunch of rocks she somehow missed earlier get up and begin making their way towards her. Whitney steps up, ready to help! May hangs back as always, doing her best to avoid aggro. The rocks, of course, are Crustle! Guess its more minions before the Boss turns up.

She looks back over to Whitney again as May helps Vicky.

May giggles at being called 'Nurse'. Whitney merely smirks. "I mean, I did basically sign up for this. I ain't complainin' (too much)." Whitney's Audino waddles over to zap her with a heal pulse as well. Whitney pats the little healer as the Pokemon fusses over everyone's injuries. "I am glad I wasn't there for the ghost fight. I'd have been pretty much useless there...Anywho! What's next, girl? We gonna finish exploring this place? I saw your Snorlax got really beat up at the end there."
